Unlock powerful Aneros sessions and deeper orgasms
Since the PC muscle is in charge of making your Aneros move, having good PC muscle tone is a key to producing a greater variety of sensations, stronger arousal and more powerful orgasms. The better your PC muscle tone, the better your Aneros sessions will be. As an added bonus, a toned PC muscle can make your erections firmer.

Find Your PC Muscle
There are two ways to identify your PC muscle. The first way involves an erect penis, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, you should notice your penis move, a sure sign you’ve engaged your PC muscle. The other technique is to sit on the toilet and start to urinate. Once urine begins flowing, squeeze the muscle that makes it stop. That’s the one you’re aiming for.
Kegel Exercises
Exercise Your PC Muscle
Learning to control your PC muscle takes some practice, and Kegel exercises are a way to get this done. Named for the doctor who popularized this exercise for women, Kegels are just as important for men.
Now that you know where your PC muscle is, here are three ways to work it:
Two-Count
Do a squeeze and release on a two count. (squeeze-two, relax-two)
Four-Count
Do a slow four-count cycle. (squeeze-two-three-four, hold-two-three-four, release-two-three-four, relax-two-three-four)
Butterfly Technique
Do a series of quick butterfly stretch squeezes, followed by an equal resting time.
Build Up the Strength
As with any exercise, start off with just a few reps at a time and build up. Rest and fully release (relax) between every muscle contraction. Bear in mind, the release is just as important as the contraction. Failure to do this can cause muscle spasms and improperly train your muscles in the long run. Don’t forget to breathe during your pelvic workout - exhale on the squeeze and inhale on the release.
Setting up a program of daily Kegel exercise will produce profound results with improved sexual health and pleasure.

PC Toning with the Peridise
The Aneros Peridise provides controlled passive engagement with the PC muscle. By gently interfacing with the anal canal, the Peridise physically stretches the internal and external sphincters, making it a great complementary way to tone the PC muscle via stretching as opposed to squeezing.
