Discreet Shipping
Aneros orders below 1 lb are shipped in standard USPS packaging or plain boxes from "Warehouse." Aneros orders above1 lb are shipped in standard UPS packaging or plain boxes from "Warehouse."
Order Processing
Orders are usually shipped the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
An Order Confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder before contacting support@aneros.com to ensure the order was placed successfully.
International Shipping & Duties
Please note that, due to evolving customs regulations in some countries, recipients may be required to engage a licensed customs broker to complete import clearance. This process may incur additional fees and can extend delivery timelines. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

At this time Aneros does not ship to freight forwarding companies.
Aneros products are carried by brick and mortar shops and online shops around the world. Due to high shipping costs, we recommend visiting shops in your city or country. Shops with physical locations can be found on our Retailer Locator. Web shops can be found on our list of International Online Shops.
Otherwise, with some exceptions, we ship internationally through UPS International with some exceptions.
Orders to our neighbors in Canada have a flat rate fee of $45. Other countries we ship to have a flat rate fee of $60. UPS has, from our experience, been the most reliable company to use for international shipping. If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than $45 or $60, our support team may reach out to you and request additional payment before your order can ship. We regularly have shipping quotes come back higher than $100, so thanks in advance for your understanding if we contact you.
Please also note that the shipping amount does not including any duties/taxes imposed by your country's customs. The customer is responsible for these fees. No refunds will be given if the customer refuses these fees at customs. Transit times do vary and delivery may take 7-10 business days or more, not including any time the shipment is undergoing Customs Clearance.
Shipments not delivered due to unpaid duties/taxes will not be refunded.
US Shipping
US orders are shipped via USPS and UPS methods: USPS First Class at a flat rate cost for each. USPS First Class transit time is approximately 5-7 business days and UPS Ground is approximately 3-5 business days. No signatures are required, and PO Boxes are available as destinations for USPS orders.
We currently have suspended FedEx Express as an option for expedited delivery.
Extenuating circumstances such as weather, Covid, etc., may cause delays within the courier network and Aneros cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur after your order has left our warehouse.
Aneros will help track lost shipments, but assumes no responsibility for them.
