I thought this product was a gimmick. It's not. Yes, the super-o is a real thing. If you're thinking about buying an Aneros massager...just buy it!

Fun, sexy as hell, not entirely effective

It’s a good download. Try it out. It’s worth the minor outlay. I like listening to it, and the relaxation techniques in the intro session match up up with the guided meditation methods used in other audio books I’ve tried. I find it relaxing, but have the same resistance I’ve found with other sources, so it’s probably me. A psychologist friend, when asked in a very general way, said that these techniques are useful - and he uses them in his practice - but you you really have to commit and buy into them. Maybe I’m just not there yet.
