I had made a request for a refund on the Trident within the return period on the product description as this model did not seem right for me. I never received a follow up communication from Aneros on the refund procedure.

The the two ends beyond the base of the trident were rough and would cause strong irritation and mild pain on my outer skin. Otherwise, the remainder of the design was nice.

My new favorite!

I have been eying the Eupho for a loooong time and finally pulled the trigger. I consider myself to be highly experienced with prostate play. I love that I can use any type of lube with this non-silicone model. The prostate contact from the Eupho is more pointed and direct and I find that the resulting orgasms are more intense. When the Eupho triggers an orgasm, it lingers for quite a while. Additionally, I experience a lot of involuntary body quaking emanating from my abdomen - like the Eupho is just taking over my body for a few minutes in the best possible way.

I started my journey with the Helix Syn Trident and while I have had tons of pleasure from that, I’ve been reluctant to use it after getting the Eupho. I may retire it completely in favore of a new, non-silicone version of the Helix.
