Vice-2-product2

In 2002, Aneros released the world’s first hands-free prostate massager, an anatomically-configured product specially balanced to work in harmony with a user’s contractions. In the years since, millions of men have been introduced to the concept of prostate pleasure and the wonders of the Male G-Spot orgasm (Super O). In late 2017, we released the Trident series. These devices introduced MAMA ™ balancing architecture and a new arm configuration that demonstrated a tremendous improvement in product performance. The public response in 2018 was overwhelming, making it clear a milestone had been reached. Going forward, we will be incorporating these design elements into our existing product line as well as our new products, establishing a new standard now and for years to come.

Pleasure For Pleasure

How It Works

The Old Way

Before the Aneros Stimulator, prostate massages always involved someone performing the massage, whether it be a physician during a check up, body work therapist, or if lucky, a skilled partner. Providing an effective massage is definitely an acquired skill. Due to flexibility constraints, realizing the benefits of an effective self-massage for most men has not been possible.

The Aneros Way

The Aneros Stimulator allows men to self-administer a prostate massage comfortably and discreetly. Simply through anal kegel exercises, the Aneros’s design utilizes a self-pivoting mechanism that stimulates the prostate internally and external via the perineum. This is done completely hands free, allowing a user freedom to explore the sensations in any number of positions.

Contract for Pleasure

When a man contracts his anal sphincter muscles, the perineum tab acts as a fulcrum against which the Aneros Stimulator pivots, massaging the prostate for incredible sensations. Completely hands-free, the Aneros can be used in any position the man chooses.

Don’t Forget Lubricant!

The key to getting the most enjoyment from the Male G-Spot is applying a liberal amount of lubricant. This allows the Aneros Stimulator to be inserted comfortably and to move freely during use. We recommend using only water-based lubricants because of the ease of clean up after use. Water-based lubricants also will not breakdown silicone which is used on some of our products. Our Sessions and Marksman water-based lubricants have been specially formulated for anal use

ANEROS A to Z

JUMP
A anal sphincter

The ring of muscles surrounding the anus. There are two rings, the outer and the inner. The outer is under voluntary control. The inner is not (it is controlled by the autonomic nervous system but can be trained to relax therapeutically with biofeedback). To identify this muscle, squeeze your anus as though you are holding back gas. This is the muscle that primarily drives the motion of the Aneros.

acupressure point

In the context of the Aneros, these are areas in which erogenous nerves are near the surface of the skin where they are responsive to direct stimulation. One such potent acupressure point, also called the "sweet spot". Located in the lower part of the perineum it is stimulated by the Aneros’ P-tab. A second acupressure point between the anus and tailbone is stimulated by the K-tab. (Another erogenous acupressure point can be found 1/4 to 1/3 of the way up the penis from the scrotum.)

Aless

(a.k.a. 'Aneros-less', 'A-less' or simply '-less') A session where you have any type of prostate orgasm(s) without an Aneros massager inserted.

Anal Contraction

A voluntary or involuntary contraction of the anal sphincter. These are the contractions that drive the motion of the Aneros. Successful use of the Aneros generally starts with the use of voluntary anal contractions, which may to lead to involuntary contractions in the moments leading up to and during orgasm . All of these serve to increase stimulation of the perineum, prostate, anus and rectum.

Anal orgasm

A non-ejaculatory orgasm centered in and around the muscles of the anus and rectum. This is analogous to a vaginal (as opposed to clitoral) orgasm in women.

Anal play

A non-specific term that refers to any kind of anal stimulation for the purposes of sexual gratification. Such activity may take the form of masturbation, sexual foreplay with a partner or intercourse.

Anal sphincter(s)

The muscle rings that form the boundaries of the anal canal. There are two sphincters, the outer and the inner. The outer is under voluntary control and generally associated with consciously controlled stimulation with the Aneros. The inner is not, it’s controlled by the autonomic nervous system (but can be trained to relax therapeutically with biofeedback). This is the muscle that primarily drives the motion of the Aneros in the moments directly leading up to and during orgasm.

Anal vet

(anal veteran) A person who is well experienced in anal play.

Aneros™

a line of patented male sex toys that are anal sphincter driven and anatomically designed to massage and stimulate the prostate for sexual pleasure. The Aneros was originally developed as a device for prostate massage, intended as an alternative means to treat prostate problems such as prostatitis and BPH. Users of the device for health reasons noticed palpable sexual benefits as well.

Aneros session

The period of time spent self-stimulating with the Aneros ranging from 1 to 4 hours (or more in some cases) dedicated to exploring the non-ejaculatory pathway.

Anus

anus

Arousal

An excited physical and mental state marked by physiological and emotional changes that normally occur in preparation for sexual activity. Physical changes may include; elevated heart rate and blood pressure, increased respiration, trembling, hot flashes and erections. Mental changes may include; strong sexual desire, giddiness, the persistence of erotic fantasies, etc.

Arousal amplification

Techniques other than direct penis stimulation that increase physical arousal. They include touching of secondary erogenous zones (nipples, anus, thighs, etc.), focused, deep breathing (valley breathing), KSMO, sustained contractions of pelvic floor muscles, mental focus and visualization. When used skillfully they lead to a cycle of increased arousal culminating in non-ejaculatory orgasm.

auto-f***

A term describing the movement of the Aneros as a result of continuous involuntary (tetanic) anal contractions, simulating the distinct and very pleasurable sensation of receptive sexual intercourse, sometimes to the point of non-ejaculatory orgasm.

Awakening the prostate (prostate awakening)

The process of making the prostate more accustomed and responsive to physical stimulation and arousal.

B Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Or BPH. A non-cancerous enlarging of the prostate common in middle aged and older men, often causing urinary symptoms. BPH is one of the prostate ailments that the Aneros was originally developed to help treat. (from the wiki)

H hands-free

The patented design of our massagers allows them to be used completely – hands-free. This is an advantage over other prostate massagers. It allows an Aneros massager to be used in any position the user wants. More importantly, it frees the user to focus solely on the sensations instead of making a conscious effort to manually manipulate the massager. This subtle freedom is important for bringing the mind and body together during a session, which by many experience users is considered a required technique to master in order to achieve a Super-O.

J journey to the Super-O

Aneros massagers can be enjoyed in many different ways – to enhance a strength and pleasure of penile orgasms during partnered or solo sex, or solely for the pleasures derived from prostate orgasms. The ultimate experience for the route is the Super-O. The practice and understanding of how an Aneros massager, the body, and mind play off of one another to eventually achieve a Super-O is now commonly referred to as the “Journey to the Super-O” by our community members. For some men, this learning period is short in duration. For others, it can take quite some time. There are some key milestones on this journey – they can be viewed

K Kundalini Tab

Also known as the K-Tab.  Curves upwards to rest above the anus between the buttocks to pressure on an acupressure spot there. Named after the yoga concept that there is a serpent of power located at the base of the body’s trunk. The K-Tab and the arm that it extends from has taken the place of the handle seen in other Aneros models. (adapted from the wiki)

P PC muscle

The pubococcygeus muscle, one of a number of muscles in the pelvic floor. It is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. The PC muscle is largely involved in sexual response and contracting during orgasm. It is believed that strengthening leads to longer, more powerful orgasms. (from the wiki)

pelvic floor

The set of muscles that span the area beneath the pelvis, supporting the pelvic organs. (from the wiki)

perineum

The area between the scrotum and anus. The perineum provides external access to the prostate and a pudendal nerve acupressure spot.

perineum tab

On Aneros devices, the front arm which curves upward to press on the perineum during an Aneros session.   This actions prevents external prostate stimulation.  It also acts as a fulcrum against which the device can pivot to perform the internal prostate stimulation.

plastic

Aneros massagers are made from 3 different types of plastic. All are FDA approved and medical-grade, non-porous, and each has the right density for the right weight and balance for that particular model.

prostatitis

Inflammation of the prostate. Although there are many suspected causes, (bacterial infection, auto-immune response and neuromuscular tension), prostatitis remains an intractable disease which is often times unresponsive to traditional forms of treatment. Before the advent of antibiotics prostate massage was the first line form of treatment. In recent years with many people turning to holistic and homeopathic forms of medicine, prostate massage has been enjoying resurgence. (from the wiki)

PSA

Prostate specific antigen. A chemical produced in the prostate and measured in the blood as an indication of cellular activity in the prostate. Abnormally high levels of PSA may indicate health concerns such as inflammation or cancer. The PSA measurement may be elevated by ejaculation, and any form of anal play, including the Aneros. Ask your doctor for a recommended period of abstention prior to taking this test (the Aneros manufacturer suggests a few days to a week). (from the wiki)

S silicone

We call our silicone “Velvet Touch” for its luxurious, matte finish which is designed to hold lubricant. Silicone is used in our Syn models as well as the Vice and deVice.

Super-O

An abbreviation of Super orgasm. An overwhelmingly strong non-ejaculatory orgasmic event. Orgasms that have no refractory period allowing them to be repeated multiple times.  Though different for each man, the Super-O is considered to be the ultimate pleasure a man can achieve.
