Shortly after Aneros was founded it became clear that a one-size-fits all approach to prostate massagers was not to be. The arms of the Aneros Psy are intended to find the perfect custom positioning, not and intended for infinite adjustment as doing so will degrade performance of the device. The tray that comes with the Aneros Psy can be used to "reset" the arms to their factory position.
