Adjustable?

Shortly after Aneros was founded it became clear that a one-size-fits all approach to prostate massagers was not to be. Specifications like the location of the perineal acupressure point (Sweet spot) and the distance between that spot and the anal opening. The precise location of the prostate inside the body is another. Some users have long believed their prostates are nearer to the anal canal while others believe it to be farther away. Some users prefer more perineal pressure, while others prefer less. Although these are subtle factors to consider, for some people they can make the difference between a pleasant experience and a truly transformative one. The arms of the Aneros Psy are intended to find the perfect custom positioning, not and intended for infinite adjustment as doing so will degrade performance of the device. The tray that comes with the Aneros Psy can be used to "reset" the arms to their factory position.

A different animal than the rest

With its distinct P tab, the Psy is a different animal than the rest. I own 6 different types, and the Psy taught me the power of the perineum. Oh my, indeeed it did. Highly recommended, it does things and educates you in ways the others don’t. A must-have in your aneros arsenal.

Best Aneros EVER.

My first experience with an Aneros was in 2004, and I've always been frustrated, until I got the Psy.

First off, it's the arms that are adjustable, not the main body of the Psy. That said, the Psy's bumps and ridges are highly stimulating with just slight motions of the hips. My orgasms have never been as intense as with the Psy. However, I've never managed to have a hands-free super-O with any toy, tool, vibrator..... Anyway, I find that if I gently stroke my frenulum with the tip of one finger, this triggers multiple orgasms, which make me moan involuntarily, and make my whole body tingle inside and out. These orgasms get more and more intense, until I feel that the neighbors will surely hear my moaning. It feels SO good, and I can remain fully orgasmic for an hour, riding the waves over and over again, peaking every couple minutes. It's a truly incredible "toy" (though it's much more than a mere plaything!)
