What is the Aneros Refund Policy?

Aneros offers a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Customers may return their Aneros product for a refund if requested within 60 days from the purchase date.

A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total. Shipping fees paid are not refunded.

How can I request a refund?

Email support@aneros.com for a Refund Request Form.  Aneros Support will provide further instructions after verifying a customer’s product eligibility.

What products are eligible for a refund?

Only Aneros brand stimulators purchased directly from our website are eligible for a refund. Third-Party products and lubricants are not eligible.

What if I buy a special offer set?

For our special offer sets, the refund amount will be the difference between the price of the set and the sum of the full retail prices of the other items not being returned.  There will also be a 5% processing fee, and shipping fees paid are not refunded.

How many times can I return a product?

Customers are allowed 1 return every quarter. Multiple product returns will not be approved unless a bundle was purchased.

What if I purchased my Aneros product from another store?

Only products purchased directly from the Aneros website are eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

The Aneros mailbox is checked every Friday, excluding holidays.  Any returns received will be processed the following week. Depending on the customer's bank, processing time for returning funds is usually 3-5 business days.
