Keys to the Backdoor... revisited

I started this thread for several reasons; first, the last thread I created “a key to the Backdoor…” had become very large. Secondly, having traveled farther along in this sensory journey, I wanted to have an area where I could share some things just as they occur to me. For this reason some of my postings here may skip around a bit with regard to topic. Hopefully they will all ultimately be pieces of a larger picture. Together, perhaps we can all come up with some way to codify the process of becoming Super Orgasmic, a recipe or road map if you will, for those who are trying to find their way.

BEING OPEN AND READY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE

In my last posting I made mention of being open and ready for this new experience. To me this has several meanings. The first of these (which I’ve discussed previously) involves setting aside some the traditional notions about how to achieve an orgasm. It also means, quite frankly, feeling sexual. I’m quite certain now that the use of the Aneros is greatly enhanced by being aroused PRIOR to its introduction. There are instances where this arousal may be generated, through use of erotica or by a partner or sometimes it can just arise on its own. When I feel aroused, I am able to actually sense fullness in my prostate. I then try to mentally connect this fullness with the pleasure waves that I create through timed breathing and subtle, low intensity, anal contractions.

Recognize however, that there will be times when YOU ARE NOT READY for this experience. One, when you are not appropriately aroused; you’re tired, not feeling well, have things on your mind etc. None of these things in and of themselves would normally stand in the way of a traditional penile orgasm, but when it comes to the Aneros experience, I believe you really need to “feel 100%” in order to allow it occur. The second instance where “you are not ready” for it, is when you are TOO AROUSED! Yes, I know it sounds like a contradiction, but being too aroused can lead to impatience and impatience is a “deal breaker” here. How? It can cause you to ignore the subtle sensations that should be the focus of your attention. You need to combine, and summate these smaller pleasure waves to make larger ones, and so on. With both of the above you must be honest with yourself with respect to where you at. The appropriate questions to ask yourself are then, "..am I up to this tonight?" or "...am I trying to hard?!!" In the end, making this simple determination will save you time and frustration. But never fear, there is always a Plan B!

On the occasions where I’m incapable of sufficient arousal or too aroused, I generally skip right to a traditional penile orgasm (with the Aneros in place) and I have a terrific (albeit traditional) ejaculatory orgasm effortlessly. And there’s no shame in that!

    Now for something completely different…

TO SHAVE OR NOT TO SHAVE..that is the ?
This may seem like an odd one at first blush, but when I sat down and tried to think of all the things that I do in the way of preparation, that I hadn’t already mentioned, this came to mind. Am I suggesting total “pubic depilation” (removing all one’s pubic hair) ….not at all. What I am suggesting however, is making sure that your perineum is pretty much hair free. For many men this may not be an issue at all since they are not particularly hairy around the perineal area. Why do I feel this is important? First, I believe that a clean-shaven perineum offers a better surface for the Aneros’ perineal abutment tab. It is easier to keep dry (which is essential for maintaining proper placement) and offers greater stability. I have found that a clean-shaven perineum is more sensitive also. Lastly, shaving also prevents any discomfort that might be caused from an errant hair being pulled by the abutment tab.

As an aside, my wife has been waxing for years and I’ve encouraged the practice…makes for easier navigation down below don’t you know! Nowadays I keep a somewhat “cleaner profile” also, and she has made it abundantly clear that she appreciates the reciprocation!

IS ANEROS THE ONLY WAY TO FLY?
(No..but 1st Class beats Coach everytime!)

There have been several postings that have asked whether one can practice without the Aneros or if the Aneros is the only way to have the Super O experience. My answer is YES and NO (respectively). I am now thoroughly convinced that we all have this ability (for the Super O) inside each of us just waiting to be called upon. I have stated previously that I, and many others that I am aware of are able to have a form of the non-ejaculatory orgasm without the Aneros, (from posts in this forum and Jack Johnson’s www.multiples.com.)

Last night, in particular I had no less than 4 such orgasms before introducing the Aneros into the equation. The first three were accomplished by focused breathing and timed abdominal contractions combined with very subtle anal contractions. The only use of my hands was involved in pulling and pinching my nipples (which seems to kind of push me over the top.) All this occurred while viewing some erotic videos.

This method begins with a low level anal contraction, (so low that’s it’s just above the level of relaxation). I will use this as a “base level” and always come back to this low intensity contraction even if I should try a stronger contraction. The breathing that I’m referring to involves taking in air while expanding into the lower diaphragm (the area from your navel and below). I try to think in terms of breathing into this area. While I’m drawing in air, I do so in a way that vibrates the diaphragm (almost like one would do if one were sobbing). I then hold the air for 10-15 seconds while gently “bearing down” abdominally and to a lesser extent, rectally at the same time. IMPORTANT…I never hold my breath for very long (just several seconds at a time), remember, anoxia is not the goal here. The “bearing down” is accomplished by the contraction of my abdominal muscles while yielding a gentle pushing down motion toward my rectum. I may upgrade my anal contraction to a low-moderate size for several seconds, (always returning to the “base level” afterward.) I may or may not exhale all of the air that I’ve taken in and regardless of which I chose to do, I normally try to keep my lower belly extended at all times once I have started.

At some time during this process I will usually notice a pleasant tickling sensation similar to a kind of “butterflies in the stomach” sensation, only lower in my abdomen, slightly duller and somewhat deeper. It is this “pleasure wave” that you are looking to perpetuate and magnify as much as possible. Now that I am very familiar with this sensation, I have realized that I’ve experienced it countless times before in my life, but simply ignored it (while stretching for example). The reason being, that on its own a single “pleasure wave” of this type doesn’t resemble anything that is overtly sexual. However, when it is focused upon and built up, one wave on the next, it becomes something very different and very powerful indeed! Around this time I usually try to focus my awareness on my prostate and try to channel these sensations deeper and deeper in its direction. Hereafter, it amounts to mixing it up and trying various combinations of this kind of breathing coupled with the “bearing down” and gentle anal contractions that ultimately build an orgasmic wave. A linkage of abdominal, anal/rectal and prostate sensory pathways takes place that makes the non-ejaculatory orgasm occur. I will even have the “anal involuntaries” with this experience.

Last night this happened 3 times while I was sitting in a chair, and again all of it occurred without any touching of my genitals. The 4th time was something totally different. Immediately following the last orgasm, I went to prepare for the Aneros by cleaning up in the shower. Even while I was getting into the shower I could still feel remnant “pleasure waves” in my abdomen. I soaped a washcloth in order to clean my anus, and soon found myself doing some gentle anal/perineal massage. Quickly I got an erection, and found myself using my fist to push against my anus in an inward-downward motion so that I was massaging my anus and perineum at the same time. I also noticed that with each gentle thrust, my now erect penis was bouncing up and down. It felt exquisite. I soon had a great “non-ejaculatory orgasm” STANDING UP!

SO WHERE DOES THE ANEROS FIT IN?

The Aneros is a device that can generate, focus and magnify these “pleasure waves” to an even higher level still. You can almost think of THE ANEROS as A TOOL FOR “HOT WIRING” YOUR BODY! When properly positioned the Aneros is put in direct contact with the anus, perineum and prostate simultaneously. In short, it facilitates a sensory synergy that leads to the most intense orgasmic experience that I’ve ever known!

So getting back to my story…

After the shower I was off to my bed and the Aneros. Even as I was inserting it I could feel another wave building, and within a minute or so I had the first of what would be TWELVE DISTINCT, NON EJACULATORY ORGASMS. (No I’m not kidding, it’s my record so far!). I have discussed previously the notion of “crossing over” to this level. Interesting enough, when you do get onto this level there don’t seem to be any special techniques that are required to make more orgasms occur. Specifically, all that’s required at this point is a little mental focus, and the Aneros seems to take care of the rest. Sometimes it helps to “actualize” the orgasm by telling yourself that you feel yourself coming…. yes positive thinking pays off big! Of the twelve orgasms that I experienced, 7 were immense in magnitude Super Orgasms and 5 were slightly smaller (still incredible though). The majority of orgasms occurred on my back, with 2 in the kneeling position (thanks Max), and one in a prone position (butt in the air and face in my pillow). During most of the session I had my eyes closed, but I swear I actually saw fireworks a couple of times. (I have heard that such things are generated in the optical cortex in the brain in response to certain stimuli) This session took place over roughly an hour’s time.

As is my custom now, I “dove-tailed” the last Super O into a traditional penile orgasm that was the most intense and most “voluminous” to date! I could barely walk afterwards, and the afterglow…well, it continued for hours. As a matter of fact, as I have been sitting here composing this text I can still feel some small sensations in my abdomen and twitches in my prostate (aftershocks) nearly 18 hours later!

As my previous post on this thread asserts, being “in the mood” is critical to your success, creating the proper level of arousal, that is where the technique comes in.

  • B,

I have been using the Aneros for some months now, but seem to be experiencing a problem not mentioned before. I am hoping that you might suggest a course of action that will help, since you have clearly grasped the essential components that make the big O possible.

My technique follows the outline you have stated in other threads, however I always end up ejaculating normally (very pleasurably though).
I am able to do this either with or without the Aneros, and I never touch my penis. This means I am obviously doing something right, but when the quivers grow I go over into an ordinary orgasm rather than the big O.

The most annoying thing is that I have actually experienced an orgasm without ejaculation once, some months ago. This lasted several minutes and was fantastic, alas never to be repeated (at least not yet). I really can't say what I did differently on that occasion.

I guess that this must be over stimulation, but I don’t contract very hard at all so am running out of ideas.

Any advice you or anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. You posts so far have been inspirational for many so thank you very much.

    Jaques.

    Dear Jaques,

First, you're going to hate me for saying this, but what you're describing sounds kind of cool! I wish I could do that! That having been said, I am aware that you are in pursuit of something entirely different.

If you''ve read my posts you know that I had a very similar experience when I first started using the Aneros, so I know just how frustrating it can be. From all of the posts I've read over the last 10 months, it seems that the learning curve for the Aneros most commonly takes two forms; one where the user experiences a Super O early on and can't recreate it, and the second where the user can't seem to find the Super O at all. Of the two, I must believe that the first is the most frustrating, after all, "having tasted the forbidden fruit...", ...well you know what I mean. In any event, as I have stated previously, I believe that what stands in the way of the Super O in both cases is ourselves. It is the simple methodology that we have learned for achieving a traditional orgasm that makes the Super O so elusive for us all. Again, it comes down to doing some unlearning and new learning.

Before I address your question specifically, I have my own. You have written that you are making no contact with your penis. Is it possible that you are you making contact INDIRECTLY, either by pulling down on your scrotum or by putting weight on it (laying on it) or in some other way? Indirect stimulation of your penis is just as capable of "derailing" this process. (Remember, what you're trying to do is to set up a whole new means of arousal using a different sensory pathway.)

If this is the case, you know what the answer is, just make certain there is NO penile stimulation of a direct or indirect nature .

If this is not the case, let me know, I believe I may have something else that will help you.

    P.S. Thanks for your encouragement

    Jaques,
Forgive me, but I was just reviewing your post once more, and it appears that I may have misunderstood you. Are you saying that you build to a penile ejaculation with or without the use of the Aneros and absent any penile stimulation whatsoever? If so, again I would ask, is there any indirect stimulation? If not, give me some idea of the kind of contractions that you are using to build up with and roughly how you time them. Be as specific as you can.

  • B,

Thanks for your quick response. To clarify a few things as you requested

    1) I make no contact with my Penis, direct or indirect. I once tried lying face down on the bed and the sensations from contact with the sheets caused an ejaculation. You are quite right; I think anything stimulating the penis causes you to focus on that sensation which is counterproductive.

    2) I have had sessions without any use of the Aneros. The big O happened during one of the ones using the device.

    3) I am currently starting with breathing exercises; I sometimes precede these with some porn to aid arousal. I then hold a light contraction and hold while continuing the deep breaths. The area almost immediately starts to tingle. After a few minutes the tingling and a few involuntary contracts begin. I used to follow the original instructions to the letter but have found heightened arousal by never contracting the anus more than 10-20%. Perhaps I need to be more active and contact more?
It takes about 10-15 minutes at which point it starts feeling very pleasurable and my stomach starts to contract. I feel the beginnings of the big O but it doesn't come, perhaps because I'm aware of it and the 'expectation' problem comes in.

When you experienced the big O for the second time, do you remember if you had mentally given up to some extent? And that mental release allowed it to return?

What a fascinating topic. Never dreamed I'd be talking on such a subject on the Web!

    Regards,

    Jacques

    Jaques,

In the sessions that you've had without the Aneros did you find youself having a full penile ejaculation without any direct or indirect contact?

    B Mayfield
  • That is correct.

    Jacques,

First, I want to begin by saying that I have no doubt that you will find the Super O again and that you will develop the consistency with it that you desire.

While I was out today I was thinking about your comments and believe it or not I was reminded of a situation I had several years ago when I purchased a built–in gas barbeque grill. Having been touted as one of the best units around, I got it home only to find out that it burned almost everything that I would cook on it. After a couple of weeks I went back to the salesman and complained that the grill was too flippin’ hot! After calming me down, he told me that grill was indeed known for producing very even but very intense heat. He explained that this was excellent for the searing and such, and that this feature was a major selling point of the unit. He went on to say that it was a simple matter to scale down the heat by utilizing only 2 of the 4 burners and cooking INDIRECTLY, (that is, not directly over the flame).

Please forgive the awkward comparison, but I think perhaps that what’s needed in your case, to scale back your intensity by employing more INDIRECT means. Your capacity to be ejaculatory through your breathing and anal contractions is impressive and demonstrates that you are for the most part on the right track. Generating arousal seems to be no problem for you in the least; the challenge for you is directing this energy.

To establish control I believe that you must first reduce the intensity, doing so in this case involves removing Aneros from the equation temporarily. After all, you’ve said that you’re ejaculatory without it. I suspect that adding the Aneros, a device that magnifies these sensations, may only serve to cloud the issue.

I’m suggesting that you start with your breathing exercises and try to mentally focus these waves into your lower abdomen, prostate and rectum (in that order), almost like you are “sweeping” them down inside of you. I would also like you to try this initially WITHOUT ANY ANAL CONTRACTIONS. Instead, use contractions of your diaphragm, lower abdomen and rectum (the bearing down type). I want to be very clear about this last point, by way of contrast; an anal contraction squeezes and closes the anal sphincter, this other that I’m discussing does not. It has the sensation of pushing outward.

Many times one of the things that I find myself doing to encourage the Super O involves generating a contraction from the upper and lower abdomen and the rectal contraction simultaneously. Often I do this while taking a breath with that “sobbing” vibration that I’ve described previously. Then holding the breath while bearing down some more. Sometimes I exhale (after holding air for several seconds) with the vibrated technique with more of the same kinds of contractions. Mix it up…see where it gets you. But remember, for the time being no anal contractions! Let me know what happens with this first.

    Cheers

    B Mayfield

P.S. Yes, it is wild discussing this stuff over the web, but maybe it’s the best way to communicate about it. After all, it allows people to be open and candid yet discreet at the same time. I've learned a lot.

    Jacques,

Forgot to answer your question regarding having given up on the Super O around the time I found it again. Having had this experience yourself I'm sure you can understand that it's practically impossible to put it out of your mind completely. However, I had come to the point where I had made it a much lower priority and was focusing on enjoying the experimentation that I was doing much more than my inability to make the Super O happen again.

    B Mayfield
  • Thanks B,

I will continue to experiment, reducing the intensity of the contractions still further.

I appreciate your confidence in me and will keep you posted.

    Jacques.

PS, When you finally had your second super O, was the third etc easier to come by. If so, why do you think that was the case?

I’d be lying if I told that it all simply clicked into place after the second time. It didn’t work that way for me at all. As a matter of fact it was a matter of many months before I could say that the “process” revealed itself to me with any real clarity. Part of that was about the fact that I was trying to make this phenomena fit into something that was already within my sphere of knowledge. It was not. That’s why I have maintained that people must do some new learning around this to be able to move forward. I have purposely been a little vague about the timing of the sequence of events for me only because I don’t think it is particularly helpful for people to base their speed of learning on anyone else’s. Rest assured there will always be someone who is faster or slower in developing their technique. In general terms I will tell that it has took me 9 months to get where I am today, which is pretty much “on demand” with this. Part of what I’m hoping to do in this forum is to offer a little “coaching” that might help reduce the time factor for some people by pointing out what I perceive to be the “dead ends” and the “deal breakers” in the process.

What you can look forward to is a point where you will start to experience certain “landmark” sensations. However, the landscape itself may change from one session to the next, so rather than being put off with it, you have to adapt yourself and your technique to the situation. This is why I have stressed that you need to have a variety of tools that you use, and then learn to mix them up when need be. The type of breathing (inhaling vs. exhaling), upper and lower abdominal contractions, anal contractions, rectal contractions, positions (on you back, on your side, kneeling, on you knees face down with you butt in the air, etc.) All of these things need to be at your disposal.

Your particular advantage (you may say curse at this point) is that you’ve have been successful with this once, you know it’s not hype you know it’s no myth. You know that your quest is worthwhile. Your challenge now is to develop you techniques and apply them at will, to an evolving situation. Think of these tools and your body as the paints and each session as a canvas. The goal being to create series of portraits of yourself wearing nothing,... but the ECSTATIC EXPRESSIONS ON YOUR FACE!!

    Jacques,

If you're out there, I'm curious to see how you are doing? I was hoping that the exercizes that I proposed (breathing and contractions without the Aneros) might yield sensations that stopped short of creating an ejaculation.

    ANEROS MODIFICATIONS

Over the last year I have read comments by others and written extensively myself about concerns with proper abutment tab placement. It has been my contention that proper placement; vertical and horizontal orientation along the perineum coupled with the necessary pressure, is an essential element for fascilitating the neural feedback loop that generates the Super O. In the past I have dubbed this pressure point the "sweet spot", not that it in and of itself feels so pleasurable, but for its crucial role (when properly stimulated) in facilitating the larger orgasmic experience. The problem appears to be that whereas the position of the prostate is fairly consistent from person to person (regardless of one's stature) the location of this "sweet spot" may not be so. I discovered that my own "spot" was much closer to my anus than the standard MGX model provided for. Last month I read a posting from TJ (See my thread "In Search of the Sweet Spot") who indicated that he had identified a much higher location for his spot than the Aneros provided for.

So what to do? In TJ's case he found that by simply bending the Aneros' abutment tab backwards resulted in the the tab engaging his perineum higher. In my own case I found that obtaining the SGX (PS2) model did the trick. This smaller version came with an abutment tab that presses on the perineum in a lower postion, and more tightly I might add. Nonetheless, I still slightly missed the MGX's larger girth and and length. Again, I had heard of others modifying the Aneros, but had been reluctant to do so myself, not wanting to permanently damage the device. However, given the fact that I now also own an SGX unit that works very well for me (a backup if you will) , I decided to throw caution to the wind.

First off, I was lucky in that I was able to get a "heat gun" from a friend (really a glorified hair dryer capable of more intensly focused heat) . In evaluating my needs I realized that what I was really after was a shorter and more forward protruding abutment tab. To effect this I applied some sustained heat near the bottom part of the ascending loop of the abutment tab first so that I was able to move the tab backward (away from the main body). I then applied heat to the upper outside curve of the tab, so that I was able to bend it inward/downward. In essence, it was like taking the top of a letter " S " rocking it backwards, then curling the top part down in on itself. On my first "test drive" of the modified unit, I noticed that Aneros would not insert completely (as it had prior to my modification). From this I gleaned that I had bent the tab too far forward. I figured out that the tab itself shouldn't overhang more than about 5 or 6 ribs on the Aneros' main body. Any more, and the unit will not insert properly nor move naturally.

After some further tweaking the Aneros was ready for another "test drive" and this time it was incredible! Finally, more pressure from the tab in just the right place! Unbelievably I was even able to achieve 4 Super O's in the side lying position! Although this position has been the one the manufacturer has recommended from the start, it has never been one of my favorites. However, on this occasion, with my modified MGX, this position came alive for me. With each "involuntary contraction" I could actually feel the Aneros bouncing all over my prostate.

So, am I recommending that everyone modify their units? Absolutely not! As a matter of fact I would actually RECOMMEND AGAINST IT UNLESS you are: a) absolutely certain where your "sweet spot" is, and b) fairly certain that the abutment tab is not hitting it. I would also add that you must have a good plan together prior to making any modifications, as to what you need to change and how to execute it. Furthermore, before you change anything take some notes on how the Aneros is configured from the factory, Make some measurements; distance between the underside of the tab from the ribbed part of the body. How many ribs does the tab overhang (counting from the base) etc. This way if you get into trouble you'll have some reference points to come back to. Just remember that the Aneros has been "engineered" to perform in a certain way according to the relative proximities of your anatomy. Also be aware that underlying any modification is the risk that you may alter the functioning of the unit for the worse, so all factors must be carefully considered prior to attempting this.

As for me, I think I'm off of my SGX and on to my MGX (MOD) for a while at least.

    IN PRAISE OF RIDING SIDE-SADDLE

As many of you know, the manufacturer has long recommended the side lying position as good place to start in one's quest for higher orgasmic fulfillment via the Aneros,(the Super O). For those familiar with some of my previous postings I have been somewhat critical of this choice for one reason; it had never worked for me! I have seen numerous comments from other users who have had a similar experience with it as well. Well as my last posting (see above) will attest my opinion on this has changed. As a matter of fact, as of this last weekend, I thoroughly recommend the position.

For those who have been successful with this position from the start, the following may not apply, but for those, (who like me) had long ago discounted its use, and found success with some other position, there is good reason to revisit this approach. First, don't bother with trying to initiate your Super O's by this method, but once you've had your first one, (in some other position) and have "awakened" your body, try shifting to the side lying position. Strangely, where I found it impossible to "start-up" this way, it was a much simpler matter to have subsequent orgasms in this manner. Furthermore, I found that the orgasms that this position affords are VERY intense indeed! The position seems to naturally allow one to internalize and focus the "pleasure waves" for building and maximizing a Super O. I also found myself pressing my knees together and sort of squeezing rectally at the same time which yielded some incredible new sensations too.

Again, if you've been otherwise successful in having Super O's and haven't tried the side lying position for a while, give this a shot. For those you are still in process of finding their way, I still think that some of the other positions are more productive.

FINDING YOUR OWN RHYTHM...GETTING YOUR BODY IN TUNE

As I have discussed previously in this thread (see above..IS THE ANEROS THE ONLY WAY TO FLY?), it is not only possible to have a "non-ejaculatory"/ Super O without the Aneros it is a a terrific "warm-up" as well as a source of tremendous pleasure in it's own right. I recently had an experience that takes this one step farther.

A couple of days ago, at the end of a long day, I had layed down on the floor and started doing some stretching in order to release some tension in my back. I had planned an Aneros session for later but for now I was just trying to relax a bit. After about 10 minutes or so of doing some exercises, I noticed a warm limber feeling in my lower back. Just for grins, I decided to do a little rhythmic breathing coupled with a little mental focus to see if I could generate a "pleasure wave" or two, just lying there. To my surprise, with very little effort I soon felt the warm tickling of a wave starting up. I then started some gentle anal contractions to encourage more waves and a moment later I had mentally connected some of those sensations in my back with those I was generating in my abdomen/anus/rectum.

Soon I found myself building a very nice orgasm with more focused breathing. To make a long story short, I went through 2 more orgasms like this, one building on the other until the 4th one came along. At this point, I had more less decided to transition and finish myself off with a traditional ejaculation (afterall, I was still planning on the Aneros for later on), so I started stroking my penis, fully expecting the "non-ejaculatory" response that was starting, to be extinguished and replaced (after a minute or so) by the familiar sensations of a penile orgasm. This time however, something really strange happened, the penile orgasm did not take hold! As I was stroking my penis, I noticed somewhat diminished penile sensations, yet I found myself stroking faster and faster. It was odd, because even though the sensations I was experiencing were NOT penile centered in the least, the stroking was helping me build a larger "non-ejaculatory" orgasm. Soon I noticed that I was breathing harder and harder and the "pleasure wave" was becoming larger at the same time. When the orgasm finally broke loose, it was absolutely enormous! An earth shaking, total body experience! So much so that I thought I was going to pass out! After 10 or 15 minutes or so of basking in the afterglow I decided to finally finish off with an ejaculation. I can truthfully say that when this one came it was without a doubt the most intense orgasm (of the traditional type) that I've ever had! Honestly, it was hours before I felt normal again, and even the next morning I felt little "aftershocks" from it all.

Needless to say, I never did get around to using the Aneros! So does this approach replace the Aneros. Not at all, remember "variety is the spice of life". Besides, I credit the Aneros in part for enabling me to "wake up" this "nether region" of my body. Moreover, all of these things complement one another anyway. What's going on for me now is a sensual journey whose itinerary began with the Aneros, then stopped off with Jack Johnson's www.multiples.com, then to some months of experimentation to produce my own breathing techniques. These breathing techniques would later fascilitate more consistent Super Orgasmic results with the Aneros. Until the present day, where I am now having wonderful, intense, yet different experiences both with and without the Aneros.

As an aside, I know that in the past I have strongly cautioned against incorporating any penile stimulation in one's Aneros sessions if one is attempting to have a Super O. Not withstanding my comments above, I remain steadfast in that assertion. Call this new experience an "advanced technique" to be employed by "advanced users" only. Again, for most users, I still believe that penile stimulation initiates a deeply engrained physical response which for most people ends in a traditional ejaculation. That is, penile contact generally derails the "non-ejaculatory" phenomena. There are numerous comments from Aneros users that support this notion. However, in my own case, over the last 15 months, I've succeeded in "tuning" my body for some altogether different physical responses.

I am firmly convinced that the key to it all, lies in focused breathing coupled with the proper anal/rectal/abdominal contractions. It is the synergy of these stimuli that enables you to build larger and larger waves that create the Super O. (Remember the analogy of the playground swing ). What is absolutely essential is learning your body's OWN unique rhythm. This can only be accomplished through experimentation and practice. The good news is that once you have discovered your own rhythm, generating a Super O will become as easy as having a traditional penile centered orgasm.

The journey's not over yet....,more to come later!

Have not "got there" yet (ie, dry full-body orgasm), but still confident. Your comments re: refraining from penile stimulation in order to explore a different neurological track, were helpful. What I experience frequently is emission of pre-cum and then some semen, but (through restraint) stop just short of full ejaculatory muscular spasms and full "squirt" release. And yet, I gather from your descriptions that a "dry orgasm" is just THAT; namely, dry...NO semen. I'm wondering if what I am experiencing is the result of an accumulation of semen in my penis due to the build-up of arousal, rather than the full convulsive emptying of the prostate that occurs in a typical ejaculation.
    Cheers!

    S-L-I-N-GSHOT

Last week, while in the midst of one of my Aneros sessions, I stumbled across something really different. It involved combining two methods of stimulation. The first is the technique of spreading ones butt cheeks as a means of generating "involuntaries". For those unfamiliar with this, the concept is that spreading your cheeks (while the Aneros is inserted) further destabilizes the Aneros in a well lubricated anus such that it slides in and out VERY easily, causing your anus to fight to hold on to it. Between the voluntary contractions that you make in trying to hold on to the Aneros and the degree and amount of spreading that you do, you can give your anus a nice workout and by doing so tune-in some involuntary contractions fairly easily. I like to think of this method as a way of getting your anus to transition to involuntaries.

The second involves using skeletal muscle tension, and focused breathing. More precisely it is the buildup of sexual energy through muscle tension and rhythmic breathing and its timed release to orgasm. The origin of such methods can be found in Tantra. Jack Johnson (www.multiples.com) has discussed this method as well as a part of his “Key Sound” technique.

While “mixing it up” one day I came across a position/technique that I’m calling a SLINGSHOT (for reasons that will become clear later). The position starts with you lying on you back (with the Aneros in place). Pillows may be used underneath your upper back to give some elevation. Arms are set tight to your sides and both hands go under your buttocks. Both hands grab a cheek and spread. Experiment with the degree and duration of the spread, but remember, you must use your anus to hold on to the Aneros, so don’t let go! Play with it for a while, and notice, that by simply opening and closing your cheeks and/or by varying your level of anal hold/contraction you are able to slide the Aneros in and out rhythmically. After this “warm-up” try holding the Aneros in with an anal contraction while executing a rectal contraction (the pushing out contraction). You’ll notice that these contractions work "antagonistically" (against each other) one pulling in, the other pushing out, so that the net effect is greatly heightened muscle tension with very little net movement of the Aneros. The idea here is to be continually ratcheting up muscle tension.

The next step is to elevate both of your legs just like you’re doing leg lifts, and while doing so elevate your torso as well (if you have pillow under your upper back you may not need to work as hard in this area). Use your hands and butt as your center of balance. At this point you should have your arms to your sides your hands grabbing your cheeks your torso lifted and your legs lifted at the same time, much like you are trying to form very widened out letter “ V “ with your body. Be aware you don’t have to lift very far in either direction, just enough that you are able to get and maintain a good abdominal contraction. If you are doing this correctly, it takes less abdominal energy than you might think, mainly because you are really balancing (teetering) on you butt.

    YOU’RE NOT DONE YET!

While maintaining this position, spread your legs apart as far as you possibly can. No I’m not kidding! Now, when you have all of this in place, start spreading your butt checks once again and work your anus to hold on to the Aneros. Try spreading your cheeks as hard as you can! In this position you’ll find that that your glutes are naturally engaged so you won’t be able to spread them very far. Nonetheless you will find that all of this activity further ratchets up the muscle tension (which you will release later). Once again, much as you did in the warm-up try alternating holding and releasing contractions combined with the cheek spreading, stopping occasionally to see if your anus starts any contracting on its own. To change it up you might try holding your breath, bearing down (rectal contraction) an anal contraction spreading your cheeks and legs wider at the same time. Now exhale, but start immediately with some rhythmic breathing or vibratory breathing as you inhale. As you inhale mentally focus on your anal rectal and abdominal sensations and visualize energy being drawn-up into the very center of your being. If you’re like me very soon you will be having many "involuntaries". In my own case, I was in this position for about 5 or 6 minutes when I had my first orgasm (Super O), In all I was able to maintain the position for about 20 minutes. Over that period of time I had 4 orgasms.

By the 4th orgasm my muscles were finally fatiguing and so as I felt it coming on I decided to let go, (legs down torso down), but maintained my anal contraction. It happened simultaneously, that is I pretty much collapsed, but as I did this the forces (anal/rectal/abdominal/legs) that were in balance just moments before were no longer so, and the result was that the disproportionate force of my anal contraction thrust the Aneros, like a "slingshot", deep into my rectum. Almost involuntarily I clamped down with an intense anal contraction and held it down hard as I was catapulted into one of the most intense Super O’s ever.

I find this position unique. I love the way it feels being all spread eagled having orgasms, it’s almost too intense to describe. It’s rewarding in both the buildup and release. This one’s a keeper!

Advanced users and newbies alike, don’t be scared off by the apparent amount of exertion required for this, again, it’s less than you think, and if properly timed, can yield exquisite results.

    Check it out!

WOW!! The first time today all I got was a few drops of fluid and nothing much in the way of pleasure.

I read the forum and took my time after a glass of wine, taking care to breathe and hold the contractions.

After about ten minutes I knew that something was going right, just a little adjustment with the handle and I came, almost feeling I was going to pee, then just thin clear, sticky fluid, a wonderful feeling so unlike a "normal" orgasm.

I want to try again tonight but maybe I should wait until tomorrow.

    A very satisfied new user.

Is there anyone else out there that finds water good enough 'lube'? I insert my aneros after soaking in hot water and enjoy my prostate massage for hours at a time. Doing my PCs during that time gives me pleasure and when the proof is my cock is dripping pre-cum when I slip it out. I never have a problem of it slipping 'out' like when I used KY or other lube.

    Tech,

In response to your question; wouldn't know. Although there have been others who have generated threads and posted elsewhere in the forum specifically about this, the notion of retaining the massager for long periods of time, through a day of work etc., is not really my thing. My area of interest is more of less restricted to specific sexual encounters, either alone or with a partner, devoted to the pursuit of heightened levels of arousal and the Super O . For this application, proper lubrication is strictly necessary, as it is the instability of the massager in the anus, that is fascilitated by proper lubrication that brings about the "non-ejaculatory" orgasmic experience.

So here is two great applications; the tingling feeling from inserting the Aneros using only water during the day and finding a little 'pre-cum puddle' in my shorts after wearing it for a couple of hours or so. The other application is during those 'intimate' times. Like you, I also enjoy using the Aneros with lube in bed while solo but especially with 'company'. While solo, I enjoy moving the lubed Aneros in and out of my anus using only PC contractions for a while and then using the control arm to manually move the bulb in and out as I slowly masterbate to orgasm. With my lover in the 69 position, she expertly massages my prostate (my glory-organ) using the control arm while giving me oral as I give her oral. The 'Big 'O'' while she is giving me oral is incredible ecstasy. But the ultimate climax is for me to roll over on my back and have her mount me. Putting my weight on the control arm while on my back forces the Aneros to firmly press against and work my glory-organ while she is moving up and down my shaft. That gives me the best climaxes I ever had. Good times.

    TT,

I'm impressed with your description of your Aneros exploits with your partner. So much so that I've decided to revisit your original application of the device (retention during a day) for myself. Never hurts to re-examine things.... I'll give it a try once again...who knows !

    Dear TT,

Yep, checked it out once again. I'd have to say that the retention thing (inserting the Aneros and going off for a day of work), is still not my "cup of tea". The main reason for it is that I find the standing position and walking around with the Aneros inserted far too intense in terms of prostate engagement, even with the SGX!

I have used the standing position and walking around in the context of a full on session, very successfully however. The more intense pressure that this brings to bear for me, can be a great way of bringing on another Super O. Different positions are great for changing things up and adding variety to any sexual encounter, including those with the Aneros (see the Slingshot, above). On occasion, when I have already had several orgasms on my back or on my side, I will stand up and walk around, grinding my butt cheeks as I do so (terrific anal sensations). Then sometimes I stand about 3 to 4 feet from the foot of my bed and let my hands fall to the edge of the bed while my feet stay in place. At this point my body is at an angle with the bed. I then lower myself down almost as if I were doing a push-up and grind or bow downward with my pelvis at the same time. I find this maneuver does marvelous things with the Aneros inside the rectum yielding a delightful pressure on my prostate rhythmically. I also find that if I move my pelvis in a circular motion as I do this, that it yields exquisite sensations in my anus. It gives you the sensation that the Aneros is travelling around the entire inner circumference of your anus!

Well, glad you at least gave it an all-day try again. I guess my glory-organ is not as sensitive as yours for some reason (lucky you). Thanks for sharing your many positions and those great results you have achieved. Like you, I enjoy those 'extended tingles' as I do the 'cheek-grinds' walking around. Have you tried up and down stairs while doing strong PCs? No one can know what you are doing as you enjoy oozing semen. I sometimes flow enough pre-cum to show a tell-tale wet spot so I either pad my cockhead with a pad of tissue (or wear a condom if I anticipate an orgasm). A cockring or ballring enhances my enjoyment too. Being somewhat of an exhibitionist, I like the ridge of my firm-flaccid cockhead's corona to show thru my pants.
BTW: I have used an Erecaid Vacuum Pump, squeezes and the Max-extender to improve the size of my cock to about 7 1/2" long erect and 6" firm-flaccid and cockhead corona to 2". Not huge but at least larger than normal. (My wife has urged me not to get any bigger, so I have stopped the vigorous activity, but still stretch daily with the Max-extender (I'm getting stretched as I type this post to you...and the Aneros is working nicely with each PC too)and do my squeezes for my cockhead because I like the 'hanging' look and enjoy how it 'flops' while walking around in the buff. My goal now is to finally get as long flaccid as erect. (How's that for vain ego...smile).
I can see how doing your push-ups and contortion exercise as you have so aptly described from the edge of your bed can excite and milk your prostate to give you those great intensive feelings that result in a great orgasm. Good Show. I look forward to giving that a try. Good Times.

Hey B. Mayfield, I know you are a prolific writer on this forum. I have a question. I know you know that using your email address causes days of delay before it is posted but by being a registered user, your post is posted immediately...like this one is. So I respectfully ask; why don't you use your registered name? You, probably like me, like immediate posting and I would enjoy hearing you without delay. A daily (or hourly)dialog could then be enjoyed. Maybe you like your email address available to other members here which I can understand. You could be registered and simply post your email address with each posting. Just a question; feel free to ignore my inquiry.

I'm not sure I understand the question. I am indeed a registered user, ( I am using my registered name) and I always see my comments posted the moment after I enter them. With respect to my email address, I have actually used several different addresses since I started. I believe my email address is being posted with all of my comments as well, isn't it? The reason for the changes has had to with changes with internet providers and then also problems with receiving spam. My schedule has always been the limiting factor with regard to the amount of communication that I have through the forum (or by email for that matter). I do try to respond as quickly as I can, however sometimes it's a day or two before I can get to it.

Just thinking about your questions once again. Let me know if my email address appears along with my postings. I'm on a Mac, perhaps the forum appears differently for PC users? Maybe there is a latency factor with this site, that is not evident to me? As I stated earlier, everything seems pretty much "real time" to me?!!

Sorry about the confusion. Due to the time between your responses, I assumed (yes, I know about assume; making an 'ASS' out of 'U' and 'ME';...) smile.
I thought maybe you were using your email address instead of your registered name; those postings take several days to post, whereas registered members get their postings posted immediately. You have explained clearly that you may not post a reply each day that explains the time period.
Yes, your email address shows on your postings. Don't know if the forum displays the same for Macs as PCs. If you see your post on the forum as soon as you post it, then they are immediate.
Hope this clears up the question a little bit. If not, let me know.

The following is a copy of my thread entitled "In Search of the Sweet Spot". Since locating this area is so essential to the building a Super O I felt it would be better placed with my other postings that deal with technique development. - Mayfield

    Hi All,

My thread entitled "A Key to the Backdoor to Ecstasy" has become quite large (27 posts) so I hadn't noticed several new postings that were recently added on. Because these get tacked on to the end of the thread I think there's a tendency for them to get buried. In particular the postings by TJ and to a certain extent JoJoGunne bring up some interesting points that I wouldn't want anyone to miss regarding locating the "Sweet Spot".

To be clear the "Sweet Spot", as I call it, is not an intensely pleasurable area in and of itself, say like the head of your penis, or the clitoris for women. Touching this spot doesn't necessarily make for a spontaneous orgasm either. It is however an area that is essential for generating the "non-ejaculatory orgasm" or Super O. The "Sweet Spot" is the neural plexus, an area of convergence of a series of collateralizing sensory nerves, nerves that serve the penis anus and prostate. I have described how the area may be most easily found, by finding the rounded ridge on the underside of your penis and following it down to your perineal area and then yielding pressure over the center of it (most easily done when you have at least a modest erection). Alternately you can start an inch from your anus and work your way up. Again it should be in the general perineal area, (if you're on your scrotum you've gone too far!) One should experience a tingling sensation that runs in the center of your penis down to your anus, and prostate somewhat simultaneously.

I have previously stated that the vertical location of this spot was provided by the abutment tab of the Aneros itself and that all one had to be concerned with was finding its' horizontal location. On the basis of TJ's posting (shown below) and my own experimentation over the last month or so, I now believe that my statement was inaccurate. I am now coming to the understanding that the "Sweet Spot" may subject to a lot more individual variation with respect to its location, (vertical and horizontal) than I had previously thought. TJ's comments speak to a higher location on the perineum for the "spot", and in my own case I have recently concluded that it's a lower vertical location than what the standard MGX Aneros provides for. In general, I believe that the Aneros works for many "out of the box" in this regard, but not for all.

So what to do? Well first, find your "spot" (as described above) Once this has been done you'll want to insert the Aneros and find out where the abutment tab touches, relative to the area that you found with your finger.

As TJ has pointed out the Aneros can be adjusted (bent) to increase or decrease the area of engagement slightly. BE GENTLE with it. Experiment, find out what works best for you. Maintaining the horizontal location will always be a little more of a challenge since the perineal area, particularly when it's engorged is irregular in shape (rounded, ridge-like) so the tab will always want to slide to one side or the other. As I've covered previously, if you use a finger or two as guides you shouldn't have any problem. REMEMBER, it's crucial not to let you fingers exert any pressure on the tab while they're guiding it, the tab MUST be powered and responsive to your anal contractions ONLY. It is this that sets up the sensory feedback loop that is essential to generating the Super O.

I apologize if my earlier posting on this subject made it more difficult for anyone to find the "spot", but I trust that you'll understand when I say that my understanding of this phenomenon, (as with life's great mysteries) is still evolving!

    B Mayfield

(Since I wrote this thread last year the manufacturer has modified the original Aneros MGX providing the redesigned model with a shorter tighter abutment tab. For many this will make finding ones Sweet Spot an easier endeavor. For those with the original design MGX or "MGX classic" as I call it, modification is still an alternative (see my 1/19/04 entitled "ANEROS MODIFICATIONS" on page 1 of this thread. )

Hey guys...I've had the Aneros for a week now and have not had an orgasm from the Aneros. I have had it in for up to an hour and have no problem getting the involuntary muscle spasms to start but I cannot keep them going. I have got an erection before during use but it doesn't stay around. Am i not squeezing the muscle right, holding too hard or what. I would really appreciate some more pointers or tips so that I may get to the same result as everyone else.
    Thanks, Chris

One should experience a tingling sensation that runs in the center of your penis down to your anus, and prostate somewhat simultaneously.

(Since I wrote this thread last year the manufacturer has modified the original Aneros MGX providing the redesigned model with a shorter tighter abutment tab. For many this will make finding ones Sweet Spot an easier endeavor. For those with the original design MGX or "MGX classic" as I call it, modification is still an alternative (see my 1/19/04 entitled "ANEROS MODIFICATIONS" on page 1 of this thread. )

Gentlemen - I need some help here. I've had my Aneros 3/4 months now and use it pretty regularly - always with the anticipation of good things happening. It's the smaller SGX model. I'm a fit 60 year old, sexually active with no hang-ups about things anal but....I just cannot get this thing to work. I've tried every approach, every type of lubricant, every type of breathing and relaxation as described in the Aneros forums.
I nearly always manage some pleasurable feelings from the prostate massage provided that I do the work - but nothing happens naturally.
Should I think about trying the Larger original MGX model with the shorter tab. Joey

    Joey,

Be aware that the SGX and the MGX ( the new version sold on this website) abutment tab specifications are virtually the same. The difference between the two devices is in the size of the body of the massagers. The MGX has a longer and wider body, both of which translate into more prostate engagement (contact). After some initial sessions with the SGX that were promising, I came to feel that I was missing something. I should mention however, that I was able to experience Super O 's with the SGX, albeit not as intensely. (At the time that I had experimented with the SGX, the manufacturer had not yet redesigned MGX.) I have to believe that New MGX is a better fit for most men, particularly for those who are anal vets. The SGX is still a good ice-breaker for those who are new to anal play, or for certain individuals who can't accomodate a larger device.

    A MESSAGE TO ALL USERS

    Dear Users,

From here on, I will no longer be adding new topics to this thread. The manufacturer has opened up a new area in this website called BEE LINE that I believe is better suited for that purpose. I strongly urge all of you who are interested in my comments to check it out. The concept of it, as I understand it, is that it's a space that is more informational and a little less chat like in format. In the forum when a thread author generates a topic, there are very often a mix of responses, some of which are on topic and others that are off topic. Not that it's a bad thing per se, but it can be very frustrating to some users, newbies in particular who are trying to find needed information. They are left to try to separate the wheat from the chaff as were, from pages and pages of threads that number in the hundreds at this point.

BEE Line is meant to offer a user quicker access to advice and techniques. To establish BEE Line, they have started by culling from several of my postings in the Keys threads in addition to responses that I've made to other threads in the forum. I've been told that there will be several contributors to start with, and that the number will grow as time goes on.

I encourage anybody with any questions or comments to continue to post to this thread if they so desire. I will continue to respond to comments both here and elsewhere in the forum.

    Respectfully,

    B Mayfield

P.S. Check out my newest posting on the Super T in BEE LINE !

ANEROS THE NEXT GENERATION - REVIEWED

Sorry guys for taking so long on this, but I had originally wanted to post here and to my own web site at the same time. As it’s been taking a little bit longer than anticipated for development and implementation of the site, I figured I’d start with a condensed version here and offer the more in depth version once I’m on line.

The Next Generation Aneros’ signal a real departure in marketing, form and function. Up until now HIH (the manufacturer of Aneros) has introduced new models (for the western market) one at a time, normally with several years or more in-between. The reason for this is presumably that they were aiming at a one size fits all approach . For those who follow the forum regularly, one thing has become clear; there are certain anatomical variations in all of us that may govern one’s success with one unit or the other. That is, some have found success with the SGX or with the MGX Classic while others have found it with the New MGX.

Rather than making continued improvements on one design path, HIH has broken some new ground by introducing 3 new units all at the same time, 2 of which are geared to meeting more specific needs.

    THE MAXIMUS

The Maximus is, as its name implies, the largest unit that has been brought to the western market. Originally dubbed the hammer by Aneros staffers, (for its ball peen hammer appearance), this product clearly out-sizes all the other models with respect to its girth (width/thickness). To give you a rough estimate, it’s probably on the order of about 15% larger at the head, than the MGX. The abutment tab and arm is of the same design as seen in the SGX and NEW MGX models (shorter and closer to the anus than in the MGX Classic). Looking at the base you’ll notice the absence of ribbing (to promote mobility). The overall concept behind this unit is clear; a model for those who were looking for a more filled up sensation.

So does it deliver? Yes indeed it does! No doubt about it, upon insertion one immediately has the sensation of something larger back there. As with all things individual perception on this will be different too. Aneros newbies and those new to anal play will most likely find the Maximus far too large for their purposes. While many anal vets might be saying, is that all there is? . In any event, one must remember that MOBILITY is an absolutely essential component of Aneros function. If the unit is unable to move freely in and out of the anus it will not work properly.

So if you’ve had your troubles accommodating the smaller MGX don’t bother with the Maximus (at least until you’ve opened up a bit). And if you’re an anal vet who’s really into expansion and such, again don’t waste your time…you’ll do better with a large dil or a plug.

So who’s going to benefit from Maximus? The Maximus is best suited for experienced / advanced Aneros users who are looking for a fuller sensation with their Aneros sessions. Such a user should have had previous experience with larger items or a certainly a fair amount of flexibility and the ability to relax easily.

    Pros

Delivers a fuller sensation that makes for a really different Aneros experience. (When you come with this one and you begin to clamp down and spasm upon it, you’ll really notice the difference in size…it feels great!)

    Cons

One sacrifices a certain amount of agility and focus with this unit. Owing to the disproportionate size of the body and dull rounded shape of the head, the balance seems just a little bit off (again the abutment tab and arm are of the same size as the smaller MGX). As a consequence, there is greater inertia with this unit than the others. So what’s the work-around? In a chance conversation with the Aneros’ inventor, I indicated my concerns and he alluded to the notion that this unit requires more intensive lubrication than the other models. After some experimentation I have found this definitely to be the case. To this task I went back to one of our oldest tricks, mixing oil and water for a really slippery (albeit messy) solution. It’s been terrific ever since.

    Final impressions

Between the necessary lube job, the size, weight, and absence of ribs, your rear will get quite a work out trying to move and hold on to this unit. When all is said and done however, the Maximus is good for those who are into something different and into a bit larger fare. I don’t see this as your primary weapon of choice but it’s great to fill out your ARSE-ANAL ! :)

    THE EUPHO

The Eupho is really at the other end of the spectrum from the Maximus, but more than that, it’s in a class by itself. First, it’s thinner than any of the other models (with the exception of the SGX) and it is far more contoured than anything else that they’ve ever produced. This thing is really impressive to look at, and seems to almost beckon you to insert it! Like the other Next Gen models it’s ribless, but also comes with a newly revamped abutment arm and tab (see http://www.aneros.com/nextgen.php). The arm itself is much thinner and lighter in construction, while still being nicely balanced in relationship to the body. It’s my belief that this new arm design will make it much simpler to adjust, if it becomes necessary. Considering the problems that many users experienced with the older style abutment arm (and tab) this emerges as a major innovation in my book.

When road testing this model I was immediately taken with just how agile it is….it really moves… and it feels terrific! The numerous contours make for some excellent anal stimulation while the tip dances across your prostate. The thinner design allows for considerable play inside your rectum and I found myself doing a great deal of moving. I came up with two positions just for this model, (I’ll be covering this when I post to my site). I came so many times with this unit…..it’s a winner!

    Pros

The Eupho is capable of producing some unique and absolutely delightful sensations as well as some very intense Super O’s. It’s thinner size (girth) combined with the ribless design makes for a very mobile device. Furthermore, it should be fairly easy for everyone to accommodate.

    Cons

It possible that some might find that it delivers a little less intensity in the way that it engages the prostate. Consequently one has to work at it a little more to coax a Super O out of it. However, I found that the extra effort came naturally and in a way I felt myself driven to do it, almost as if the Eupho itself was egging me on. For these reasons I would have to say that one might consider this more of an advanced / experienced users model as well.

    Final Impressions

Again, I’m intrigued with the way this thing looks (it has a form vaguely reminiscent of a female figure the same way the old coca cola bottles were). If you’re really into anal play to the point where you are collecting different massagers I’d say that the Eupho is an absolute must (I certainly wouldn’t be without it). One might consider it the Aneros connoisseur’s model. If you are a newbie I would advise getting started with one of the other models first (see my review on the Helix).

    THE HELIX

At the risk of overstating it a bit, I would have to say that the Helix just might be the Aneros users very own Holy Grail! In general terms its unit similar in size to MGX. But the Helix is not a mere reworking of an old MGX (the way the New MGX was to the Classic), with a redesigned head, body and abutment tab it’s really a whole new unit from the ground up. Specifically, the Helix is slightly shorter, with a head that is wider and thicker than MGX. Overall the device has a more aggressive design with a prominent contour on its anterior surface (toward the prostate) that translates effectively into more intense and more focused prostate contact. Furthermore, they’ve contoured the unit in no less than 4 other areas so that from the moment that you insert the Helix, you know it something different. This one gets right down to business! Miraculously it does all of this without sacrificing any mobility either (owing in part to the ribless design).

The abutment arm and tab are identical to that of the Eupho with its slimmer more minimal design. The tab itself is smaller than that of the MGX so that it yields a more focused pressure (albeit over a smaller area). Surprisingly, even with the smaller surface area of the tab it appeared to anchor the unit as well or better than its predecessor.

From my very first trial with the Helix we were fast friends! For me, there was no learning curve or having to become accustomed to it. I inserted it and started having involuntaries within several minutes, shortly after…I was immersed in Super O’s.

    Pros

The Helix is the best unit that HIH has designed since their introduction of the MGX Classic years ago. It’s my opinion that it’s an excellent choice for the advanced user and newbie alike. I anticipate that this unit may give those users who have been having difficulties crossing over that extra push they need.

Furthermore I won’t be surprised if the Helix supplants the MGX as the flagship model in the Aneros line.

    Cons

Probably not for SGX users or for those who are having trouble accommodating the MGX already.

    Final Impressions

If you’re only buying one Aneros massager….this is the one to get!

    Conclusions

In reading this review one might get the impression that I’ve reduced all of this to the level of an old fairytale with …one too big, one too small and another just right. This would be a mistake however. There is a great deal to admire in all 3 of Next Generation models. You’ve just gotta know what you’re getting into! Hopefully this review will have helped you somewhat in that regard.

It’s clear that HIH took a great deal of time and made a creative leap here… and in my opinion it’s paid off big time. To be sure several of these models are more esoteric, but it just goes to show that the manufacturer is open to change and innovation. Well done HIH...keep it (and us) coming!

    Cheers,

The best so far. I was on about giving up but I thought no will carry on, I get a very nice feeling like I was masturbating. So I was going to carry on. I lay down on the bed on my back. And start to breath slowly relaxing. I started to contract slowly about one every 2 seconds. Ii could feel the normal nice feeling like little tiny orgasms. So So I play with this for about 10 minutes. I started to contract faster about 1 every second. Trying to go over the edge but still no look. Thinking about want people said on the web site. So I pushed down on it like going to the toilet and the feeling doubled. Then my ass started twitching on it’s own slow to start with then is got so fast like 10 a second. It felt so nice I kept going and going what felt like for hours. After 15 mins my legs would shake.

It was nice but not as nice as before The feeling was so intents and nice.

I really don’t know if this was small super O. but I tried again next day and nothing just the nice feeling I have normaly get
hope i am on right track

    Hi,
the many posts I read on this forum helped me on my journey so far and after last night's new heights I feel I have to give back a little.

I am a fresh user of the aneros but not new to anal pleasures since I am gay, both active and passive and have been playing occasionaly with dildos. When I saw the aneros and read a few posts I thought: this is for me!

The MGX and Helix arrived last week and I gave myself a test ride with them. The first two sessions I had were dissapointing as nothing happened. Nothing. Except I could feel the aneros in my rectum and that was it.

After that I tried to follow the advice to relax, kneel, do nothing... for some reason I think I was triying too hard. On the third session I contracted my sphincter muscles, thighs, just about everything I could and it got me into some sort of spasms with a rocking pelvic motion. I could definitely feel the aneros and the tab this time, generating a wee bit of pleasure but what seemed to be very little for such an effort. Anyway I was making progress.

Then I read someone's post about differentiating between all the mucles involved in order to fine tune the effect... easier said than done. But I tried and noticed that if I concentrated on my anal sphincter and then added contractions of the muscles that control your peeing, somehow the plesure seemed a bit higher. But still: no waves, no butterflies, no groaning... I was becoming jealous!

On my fourth or fifth session something different happened: After using the aneros for an hour and calling it a day with only slight improvement, I terminated the session by masturbating and as the previous times my orgasm was a bit stronger and copious than normal. I took the aneros out and went to sleep. When I woke up, I could still feel my sphincter muscles and contracted them a few times. A very short but definite hit of pleasure went through my body! I was so surprised as I had done nothing more than contract my muscles with no aneros in. The pleasure was akin to what I experience when I make love.. only shorter. This definitely encouraged me to continue as I was feeling that I was making little steps forward every session.

Yesterday I came home tired from a very busy week at work. Went to bed at 1 am and decided to try and sleep with the aneros in. As ever afer the first sessions I used the MGX as I like it better.
After a relatively short time (15?30? mins) I was where I'd been before but I then tried to avoid squeezing my butt too much or rocking my pelvis and lay still. When contracting and moving the aneros inside I tried to feel if there was a place that seemed more sensitive. When there I would try to just keep the toy pressing there, not thinking about my contraction or breathing, and I tried to get "into" the feeling mentally, concentrating on the pleasure created, however small. This resulted in stronger feelings but I could not sustain them very long; however I was now really starting to enjoy this. Then on one occasion I got a glimpse of what was ahead I guess: a warmer, deeper, stronger feeling started to radiate within my pelvis, at the same time my legs experienced a fast but low amplitude vibration. This was very nice and I tried to find how to keep it but again lost it after a while.
Tired I decided to end the session with a hand job and had a very strong orgasm, rocking around and comming profusely, despite having done so several days in a row ( and I am no 20 year old...). I went to sleep after playing a bit with contractions without the aneros that brought little pleasures all worth feeling.
I don't know how long I slept but I was woken up by a sharp surge of pleasure going through my body. I loved it even though I was quite taken by surprise. My body felt very sensitive and my anal area even more so; I couldn't resist giving it another try, so I put a little bit of lube on my Helix and in it went. I experienced more waves that I couldn't make last but enjoyed them as they came. Then, and for the first time ever since I embarked on this journey, I felt a very strong erection. I was too tired to last very long so I played with myself again and had another very strong and wet orgasm.

I haven't had the super one, I know that, but every session had something more to offer and I feel that my body is slowly awakening and offering me more and more enjoyable moments. I haven't read here of someone experiencing "pangs" of pleasure that woke them up but would like to hear from your experiences. I am very interested to see where this leads and just a bit anxious that I may become addicted(!)

This is the first "place", virtual or other, where I have seen men share such intimate feelings, regardless of their origins or sexual orientations. And I am touched. All because of this little bit of plastic we are playing with...
