P-Wave Trance

This morning, after getting up, taking the kid to school, and then coming home and laying down for an Aneros-less session, I was getting some really serious intense and frequent P-Waves! Yesterday, I had read a forum post about how someone else was feeling sore from some extended sessions they had earlier, and I was feeling some achy muscles around my prostate as well, which was the reason for an Aneros-less session...which became quite intense!

Next thing I realized, I checked the clock, and I had lost about 2 hours... however, the p-waves were still going very strong and my skin, my head, my whole body, was tingling quite intensely.

So I am actually of the opinion that I didn't fall asleep as such, but entered one of the deepest P-wave trances I've ever experienced.

I suspect there's a fine line between actual sleep and a very deep state of relaxation...but this was not the same as falling asleep from what I could tell!

    Anyone else experience something similar?

Absolutely beautiful, @Theme_Gasm! When I am tired and am taking a nap, P-waves sometimes envelope me. On such occasions, my prostate vibrates super rapidly with P-waves.

Now after a good 22 months of working with Aneros, I have entered a 24/7 A-less state, often unnoticed, but which I can get into such states by tapping into them through a few light Kegels, even more so through meditation upon the treasure trove laden in my prostate, penis, testicles and associated organs!

My LESS sessions are better than my sessions with my aneros. I think I hit the mini O in a LESS session yesterday.

Question: Has anyone on this website had their first mini O, dry O, and possibly super O first in a LESS session?

Tomorrow I am hoping to put what I learned in my LESS session into practice with my helix syn. I hope all this transfers over from LESS session to Aneros session.
  • @Turnrow

My first super-o happened anerolessly. I had greater results without the aneros than with during my first couple months. The intensity of my aneros sessions has finally caught up with that of my aneroless in the last month. Although, I always let my aless sessions lead into my sessions with the aneros.

I think I had an easier time relaxing without the aneros in me and it took awhile to fully and completely relax with the aneros in. At the time I thought other things were the issue, but as soon as I could experience complete relaxation my aneros sessions took off. There is a subtle difference between feeling relaxation and being in a relaxed state. Its more of a focused relaxation that is conducive to the aneros experience. It took me awhile to apply what came so easily with my aless session into my actual aneros sessions.

    Good Luck!

@BigGlansDC, @Turnrow, @beefstroganoff, & @Trei --- Thanks for the feedback...I hadn't thought about how both types might "catch-up" with each other, but I can see how that may be what I'm experiencing.

Also, the idea of "focused relaxation" makes perfect sense as I have VERY often found myself shifting between more, and then less, focused relaxation states with either unexpected p-waves or involuntary contractions occurring, and then suddenly stopping!

This has happened SO many times over the last year, that I get the feeling that the most effective state lies somewhere between being asleep and awake!

That in-between "state" is what I think I'm tapping into...and if so...it's one of the "sweetest" events to happen to me since the Super O! I mean really guys...this was euphoric...and I slipped quite gently into, and then back out of, this state that I couldn't really believe that I had fallen asleep since I didn't go into REM state and dream. But, I sure felt amazing afterwards, which was typically a very different feeling than if I had actually fallen asleep! Because I hadn't noticed the time loss so dramatically until now, I couldn't help but see what happened as being different than sleeping. I'm having a hard time coming up with the right words it seems!

It's too early to be sure, but as we're moving into warmer weather, I seem to relax easier than when it's colder! I'm going to spend more time Aneros-less for a while to see what might happen! I'm also starting to feel more and more like the Aneros really are equivalent to "training wheels" on a bicycle...and that I'm just now starting to be able to experience a greater freedom to move "faster and further" down the path, whatever that may be! Again, it's hard to explain what I'm sensing, but it feels unique and very worthy of more exploration!

You seem to have put yourself into a state of hypnosis in order to retain concentration and awareness throughout the transitional hypnogogic in-between phase of the sleep/wake cycle. Trance pretty much means the same thing as Hypnosis so i think you had the right word.

I experienced my first super-O during the hypnogogic phase.

    Whoa Whoa Whoa.

    What a thread!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys for chiming in on what I asked about LESS sessions being more productive than aneros sessions at my stage of the rewiring.

This morning I sat in my chair so conflicted about many things professionally, personally and spiritually. I began to very softly work my nipples and heaven broke loose in my groin and rectal tract. It was trance like and had the amazing power to lift my spirits as a man. The pleasant feelings seemed to be massaging my masculine psyche at the core of my existence as a man....so much so that I stopped and thanked God for the amazing powers He put within the male body .........which is fearfully and wonderfully made.

I believe that I am finally in the midst of the the rewiring. What has been said about relaxation in the posts above is true for me. I have not been as relaxed in my aneros sessions as I should have been. The fact that a guy can achieve his first super O thru a LESS session is encouraging to me........but I still want to master the aneros.

I hope that others will join in and discuss this business of LESS session experiences as it is very relevant, at least to me in my quest for the rewiring.

@Turnrow you are thread hacking. You have to make your own threads for your own questions. We now have two separate conversations going.

@Trei --- Very helpful info! You are validating something I've thought might be true for a while now!

While reading other posts and sources, and from my own experiences, I believe there is a state in which we optimize our concentration/relaxation pair of conditions, which sounds like what you describe as hypnagogia!

Where I'd like to be eventually, is where I can attain what's called "lucid" dreaming. Although, after re-reading its description, I believe I may already be experiencing some level of lucid dreaming.

Not being practiced in, or having had any training as such, I'm going on what I've read and heard over the last 30 years!

I do recall an event in my late teens where I was at summer camp and through the advice of other teens I decided to "try" to relax my mind as deeply as possible. Well, I was in for a shock when I felt myself falling through the cot on which I was laying!

It was such a unique sensation, that I was jolted back to being very awake! Since then I've tried to get back to that state, off and on for many years! I may finally be realizing a path in that direction, that is IF that is in fact what I experienced!

@AneRico --- Thank you! Now I have some terms to better describe what I'm experiencing and for more research!

I do recall hearing about Beta and Theta waves, and while I'm not going to over-analyze what's happening, at the very least, as I'm reading, I can relate better to my own experiences!

You're description of being in a Theta state seems to really connect with my beginners understanding of what happened!

    I found the following...

"It is at the Alpha-Theta border, from 7Hz to 8Hz, where the optimal range for visualization, mind programming and using the creative power of your mind begins. It’s the mental state which you consciously create your reality. At this frequency, you are conscious of your surroundings however your body is in deep relaxation."

    Thank you again!

    Sorry Guys.

I didnt see my comments as divisive of this thread but illustrative of what was being said about LESS sessions and relaxed trancelike states as they related to my progress and experiences.

Will try to be more perceptive.. Meanwhile, you guys could be a little more courteous and tolerant.

Continue with your conversation unihibited.  I apologize.

@Theme_Gasm I also found @Anericos description (and your recent one) to be very accurate to what I have been hearing thus far.

@Turnrow, in order to keep the forums a neat place it's important not to tolerate things like thread jacking. Despite this I not only ignored and tolerated your first hijacking but even answered your questions. You should try to be more considerate and actually answer the OP's question next time.

Many members (including myself) have experienced the time dilation phenomenon, when you are in an altered state of consciousness, time is a rather fluid and imprecise concept.

...however, the p-waves were still going very strong and my skin, my head, my whole body, was tingling quite intensely.

Absolutely, I invite you to read @artform 's thread Hypnagogia, Aneros Orgasms and After Effects and my response to @Jspad's Half asleep thread.

What I did not make clear above was that entering A TRANCELIKE STATE, which to me is deep meditation, deep relaxation, deep mental focus in a LESS session brings on wonderful orgasmic feelings. Delving deeper into that TRANCELIKE STATE is where I want to go in pursuing total rewiring along with aneros use.

Thanks again for an illustrative thread. This trancelike state for me throws time and stress out the window.

@Turnrow --- Yea, time and stress are are altered for me as well! I emerge from most of my sessions with a big smile on my face and a deep sense of satisfaction in my soul! So exquisite!
