I've had the Aneros for about 2 months and still, nothing has happened. Im pretty sure it has to do with my breathing, because I've been leaving that out. Nowadays I've been trying to do it, but I might be breathing the wrong way. Any help out there, would be appreciated.

Don't syncronize the breathing, that's too much concentration. Just relax and do slight pc contractions and slight sphincter, but not too tight becauase it kills it. Watch a porno to help arouse you as well. Discipline yourself not to touch yourself during the movie. Lay on your back, bend your knees, feet apart and prop your head up on a pillow...which helps believe it or not.

I second ljw's advice -- knees up and relax... I've made great progress over the last few months by concentrating on the sensations at the tip of the Aneros (somewhere near the base of the penis) and keeping my knees up with feet somewhat apart. I don't really think about breathing at all, other than to relax and not hold my breath too much.

i agree on the other writers on the breathing, relax and keep your legs a bit apart.
at the beginning nothing happened very much, but now the arousals start increasing. 2 days ago i had more or less and orgasm, during the night, with slow and concentrated contractions, using the MGX. sometimes it seems as if i am fondling my prostate with the tip of the device. i don't do very much with my breathing until now, but it might lift me over the edge.
by the way, i use a mgx and helix both intermittently (i have them 6 moths now), and i have cut the curls so i can sit on them. I use petroleum jelly (ordinary vaseline! in Dutch) which lasts for several hours. I can keep the aneros in for hours without any problems. it gradually gets better and better! the breathing could give the last push maybe. i will let you know. great devices.
