Hello forum members. I have been using aneros on and off for 2 years but really haven't used it in the space between those years. I gave up after so many attempts. The most I got was a build up of a pleasant feeling but then when I thought about it it went away. What are some advice and techniques to jumpstart success with the aneros helix. I am frustrated but know that it is possible to get a super o. that is all i want is a super o. Thanks

    Hi jcdoctor,

Welcome to the Aneros Forums, I hope you will take the time to read the introductory PM I just sent you. I don't know how much reading you have done on this Forum but you should know the Aneros journey is a learning adventure which does not follow linear rules of logical application. That PM contains links to a number of informative places, so I won't try to explain them all here.

If there were a set of techniques which consistently led one to a Super-O, you can bet they would have been posted here by now. Alas, no such set of logical steps exist, it is left to each man to find the intricate combination of techniques which will unlock his Super-O gateway. The Aneros journey to orgasm is scattered with paradoxes as compared to traditional penile stimulation leading to orgasm and ejaculation. One of those paradoxes is the more you want a Super-O, the more elusive it seems to become. This is one of the ...Obstacles to Progress. Identifying and resolving those obstacles are your first steps toward the rich experience of a Super-O.

If you can morph your expectations into intentions,
if you can morph your anxiety into patience,
if you can morph your demands into desires,
if you can morph your mind noise into a mind mantra,
then you're ready for a Super-O to morph into you.

Of course there are a number of approaches and what works best for one may not for another.  It took me months, but I had the most success with really relaxing, sustaining gentle PC muscle contractions like you were holding back urine flow--not tightening the anus--while lightly tickling the nipples.  Doing this brought on warm feelings in the lower pelvis that with practice got to where it would flow out into the penile shaft and eventually to the glans where it would really burn and tingle, and with further practice where it felt like the most intense ejaculation you could imagine but with nothing coming out.

Give some of the many good suggestions you'll find on this forum a try and always be patient and "listen" for the subtle, fun feelings you'll experience over time.

slimjim's approach towards the Aneros is very similar to mine. I found that stimulating my nipples and caressing my hairy chest, abs, and thighs serve as a powerful foreplay for me and certainly I continue all this during my sessions. But what he tells about the penile shaft, glans, and ejaculation with nothing coming out :-) adds fuel to the fire of my sessions.

    He also writes:

"Give some of the many good suggestions you'll find on this forum a try and always be patient and "listen" for the subtle, fun feelings you'll experience over time."

How true! Especially in regards to patience and "listening"!

I add, "Be open! Go with the flow!"

    Now to my session!!!

  • Thanks again for the helpful advice
