    nimarkm,

    Welcome to the Forums,

You are a lucky guy to be getting such a dramatic reaction on your inaugural Aneros voyage.

First off, DON'T EXPECT, anything, be open to the new sensations coming your way, relax your way into this adventure and let your body lead you. There will be plenty of time after your session to do an analysis but one quick way to bring the feelings to a screeching halt is to over-think them whilst they are occurring. Enjoy the ride as if you were in the front seat of a roller-coaster, just throw your hands in the air and moan out your pleasure. image

P.S. I sent you an introductory PM with some additional hints and tips to get you started here.

nimarkm, [QUOTE=nimarkm;102997]What I'm wondering is what's actually happening with the shaking - what's doing what to where to cause that? I think we'd all like to know the answer to those questions, image it's a mystery to me. perhaps some of our medical members can explain it, I don't have an answer for you and I hope you don't get bogged down trying to come up with explanations for all these sensations you are going to experience. Sometimes it is better to just enjoy the experience and suspend your rational thought processes.I'm also wondering whether or not I should be 'squeezing' or not as well... I suggest you read up on the Pelvic Floor muscles and then the Contraction exercises in the WIKI....all very new and exciting...image
    Yes it is!

Some of us find shaking distracting; some of us find shaking adds to the experience. Everyone gets different things out of this than others. Relax, feel free to experiment, and enjoy the journey.

[QUOTE=nimarkm;102991]So, I've inserted my Helix... now what should I expect? Already getting loads of shaking / bouncing on the bed... what's going on? Advice please...

If those scientists come to their sense and realize that we're created, the medical development will advance in leaps and bounds. Basically we're machines though much more advanced than your average home appliances.

Have you been tasered or electrified? You'd be shaking and bouncing in pain. The Helix triggered your electrical system inside your body firing to cause the shaking and bouncing. Overtime, you'll learn how to control the electrical system inside your body to do what you want it to do, for example, super-O.

For the most part, relax and "listen" for the subtle sensations that want to build with it in. Once you get to where you can relax with it, you'll probably experience less shaking. But for the most part, allow your body to do what it wants with it in.

Go with the flow and review the wiki, also scan the forum and read from the experiences that have been posted over time.
