Do ya think....
  • Do ya think theres more success if you edge for a while first, then insert the Aneros? I would think that you would be more excited and have a better session. I never have before because I only wanted feelings in my prostate. I figured if I touched my penis first...then I would only concentrate on that and have my session end in a dud. I usually just clean, lube, and put it in. Usually not all that sexually excited. My mind says "hell yeah", but my body could care less most times. I don't think I have ever used the Aneros when I was completely horny. So....does anyone else edge first? Or is this counterproductive? Just wonderin.
  • I tried this method in the past, it did not work for me.
All sexual energies were focused on the penis and I could not transfer that energy to the prostate.
  • Thats what I thought also Bishop.

I agree with The Bishop that edging isn't a sound practice as a part of "Anerosgasmic" sessions aimed at having intense non-penile focused orgasms. (dry-Os, Super-Os etc.) It shifts my sensate focus away from a prostate or whole body experience and fosters classic masturbation aimed at a hands-on ejaculatory experience.

I think though that edging offers some real benefits to Aneros users:

-- When heading for a Super-T finish of a bph therapy session, edging for a long period tends to ready my entire reproductive system (not just the prostate) for maximum performance and ejac volume.

-- Regular edging sessions with or without an Aneros help maintain me in an Orgasmic Zone just short of PONR. This helps distinguish between Orgasm and Ejaculation or Orgasm and other physical releases(tremor, skin flushing, visual presentations etc.) So, done well it is a major help in distinguishing between ejaculation and orgasm.
  • This I have also read rook. I have read that this is a really good practice in prolonging lovemaking. Without orgasm, you can obviously continue having sex even though you may have ejaculated. There is no refractory period with just ejacualtion alone. I think as part of my Aneros practice (tough work btw. I hate enjoying myself so much lol) I will incorporate some edging for the soul purpose of keeping me at that aroused state. I feel that most times, my body just isn't into it. If I can keep myself sexed up, then maybe when I actually have a session.....maybe my prostate will be more senstitive.
