Have you read the PM I sent you? Have you read the Getting Started section of the Aneros WIKI? Have you read the B's Keys to the Backdoor Sticky? Those all have good solid information to get you going and thinking in the progressive terms you need to advance. Rather than classify your technique (whatever it is) as 'wrong or right' it would be better to classify it as in the range of ineffective to effective. You've only just begun the journey of learning about what your body is capable of accomplishing with respect to Aneros practice. Patience and relaxed attentiveness without expectations will reward you in time.
  • This may sound weird but here it is anyway... For a man it takes practice and discipline to control his orgasms, for a woman it takes practice and surrendering to Have her orgasms. Your working with the part of your body that is homologous to the female G-spot and so your actually working on having the same kind or similar orgasms to the ones that woman do. It follows the same dynamic. Your used to working with your projective/penetrative sexuality which is all about the penis. Now you must learn to work with your female (receptive) aspect. And if you have insecurity about that then consider the idea that it doesn't make you any less of a man and doesn't mean you're gay (no offense if you are). Youre not abandoning your sexual masculinity, you're complementing it with your own internal femininity. That sexual femininity has always been there but has been left dorment. You must be patient with yourself in this journey.

    Hi Fredmsi,

My greatest progress to prostate induced orgasm happened once I learned to relax, breathe, accept and surrender. I subscribe to the 'do nothing' approach in the Wiki.

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that many women, whose initial orgasmic experience was Clitoral, take several years to 'graduate' beyond simple pleasure from vaginal g-spot stimulation into intense orgasm. That is not unlike what we experience in moving beyond simple penile induced orgasm.
  • i dont exspect anything when it starts to kick thats when i try too let go even more. just let it roll its fantastic
