Capitalizing on Aneros Skills

Sometimes it may seem as though Aneros skills have little application in other real-life situations.

Last month my dentist, while probing deep within the root of a tooth, remarked, "you've really improved your ability to relax. How did you achieve that?"

My response, "it's all in the meditation." :)

So, if you want to improve your relaxation, pack an Aneros to your next root canal. :D

    Hey, rook.

Am a correct in assuming you were packing a small Peridise unit?

    Cheers,

I recently had a dental cavity filled and I understand completely the importance of Aneros rewiring in facilitating the relaxation reflex. Trips to the dentist have long since become almost non-events since learning to relax.
