Struggling to describe an orgasm

So, last night I had the most amazing anerosless dry-o I have ever had. It came after being horny all day and having one peridise session and several other anerosless ones (throughout the day). What's most odd about the experience is that while I remember knowing it was amazing when it was happening, I can't really remember enough about it to describe it. It's as if my conscious mind disconnected so much that it wasn't even registering what was happening. I honestly which I could recall what it felt like because I'd like to describe it and relive it in my mind. But, for the life of me, I can't.

I often find myself paying close attention to my orgasms as they're happening. I try to be an "observer" but also try to pay attention to the sensations. This time, I don't think I paid as close of attention. I'm wondering if it was this lack of attention that allowed me to reach a new level of pleasure or if not paying attention is what's not allowing me to recall the experience.

Does this situation sound familiar to anyone?

Blissed out totally eh dtmsmith!!?!!! :D :D

Blissed speechless is not uncommon, and your body remembers, if not your control/speech centres. Enjoy the tantalizing, detailess memory! This won't be the last time for one of these my friend, IMHO. Give up counting and measuring...

some of these glorious gifts are beyond words and ineffable all

Thanks artform. As usual, what is new to me is not new to others.
And, for the record, I'm not measuring or counting in an effort to compare one experience to another (e.g. trying to measure progress). It's just that it if I can't put what I've felt into words, it somehow makes the experience seem less real. It's really a strange feeling not to be able to describe something that's happened to me (esp. for me as I tend to be quite good at expressing myself). But, I guess I need to get used to it :-).

    Hi again dt, and Artform:)

Er..Yes! I last made an attempt at describing the sensations a couple of years ago. Since then my MMO progress has, literally, escalated beyond description and beyond measure. Because I then used up all the available terms in my vocabulary any updated attempt at description would be impossible for me to put across without repetition.

Certainly, the sensations are real enough at the time but after a session I’ve not found it possible to bring them to mind in anything other than a pale shadow of their reality. From this I conclude that the mind is basically unable to properly remember the full sensations of extreme ecstasy.

I read the other day an assertion that, similarly, the mind is not able to remember sensations of extreme pain. That seems reasonable to me. Perhaps that’s a very good thing because who, in bed at night, would want to vividly re-live a torture session, or even the discomfort of a bad bout of influenza? Maybe the mind is just not very good at registering in memory these sensational experiences and we just have to accept that as an evolutionary fact. Consequently, adequate description of extreme MMOs is practically impossible.

But maybe that is to our advantage. I find that the first orgasm of my next session, soaring upwards from the zero starting level, suddenly brings back all the sensations in full measure, always making for an extremely exciting beginning!

    Hi Mog,

What you say is very interesting and rings true for me. I guess I should consider my latest experience to be a milestone in my journey. I honestly didn't expect this sort of thing to happen.
Also, I have found something similar about my first orgasm of a session (esp. after a day or two break). It seems to crank up very quickly. Sometimes it ends up being the most intense of the session (depending on the day and how much time I spend).
