A Need for Involuntaries
  • So, I'm new to all this and just getting started and I'm looking for some advice from the advanced users on here (whose posts have been very helpful and enlightening) about how to encourage involuntaries. So far I haven't been able to get to that vital step! I've gotten pretty close but never gotten all the way in that step. So any tips or contraction techniques that you all have to help get me there, would be greatly appreciated!

It often just takes time. Have you read through this?

I hope you have better luck than I have with involuntary contractions. In the year and a half I have been doing this I have had about two minutes of them, just enough to show me that they really exist. The post that helped me to that point was by Cave of Mystery, and it was called Quick and Dirty Path to the Super-O. Maybe it will help.

I must say that even without involuntaries, I am happy with my progress. So don’t get impatient, whatever you do. Go with the flow and see where it takes you.

  • Scott,
The worst thing you can do is try to force the involuntries. They'll never happen. The gentler and smaller you contract your sphincter the better.I learned that eventually, and can now almost guarantee awesome involuntries every session.Keep practicing and you'll get there and when they do start go with the flow let them happen, don't try to force them, and soon you'll be lost in the ecstacy of the Super O.
