Anal Orgasm vs. Prostate Orgasm
  • Aneros has not really done an in depth review on anal orgasms. I believe I MAY have had an anal orgasm in the past with the Peridise but am not 100% certain. Is it possible for other Aneros models to cause an anal orgasm or one simultaneously with a prostate orgasm/Super O? When I've read an article about fisting they claimed it could cause an anal orgasm similar to an penile ejaculatory orgasm but that it took place in the anus/rectum and could last much longer and possibly as long as you want as long as you were being stimulated there. I've never been fisted or fisted anyone and it's probably unsafe but I have an instinctive theory that the Progasm, Peridise, and Crystal Wand can bring about some of the pleasures of being fisted. Will you all chip in and tell me what your definition of an anal orgasm is or describe one if you've had one? Are they anything similar to non-ejaculatory prostate orgasms/Super O's caused by the other Aneros models? How are they different and similar?

    The article on fisting:

  • I have been having these regularly. They are different than prostate orgasms and they can take different forms with me. The do start around the anus and radiate outward, like a warm, tingly flush and quivering. The can be seperate from prostate orgasm or happen concurrently. It has taken me about a year and a half of sessions to recognize the difference between the two. Both are very enjoyable. Sometimes the anal orgasm produces what feels like a rolling, worm-like sensation in my rectum. It's almost a little similar to the feeling you get right before you puke but without the nausea and it feels really good, of course.

Regarding fisting, I would encourage you to avoid exploring highly risky behavior. The anus is not designed to accommodate the circumference of a fist or hand. The spincter (sp?) muscles which open and close the anus can be permanently damaged by the degree of trauma and stretching introduced by fisting, leading to ongoing fecal incontinence (yuck! and not sexy at all) and irreparable damage to your anus.

In addition, the rectum wall is quite delicate and can be easily torn by a ragged fingernail, which could produce a serious infection or make you more vulnerable to contracting a serious STD or even HIV.

Stick with the Aneros or a dildo. You'll be much happier and healthier in the long run.
  • new guy,

I know what you mean with the worm-like sensation. Ive had it before for 3-5 seconds which felt amazing but ive never been able to hang on to it.

Just about every time I use the Peridise (16mm one) I get those "rolling, worm-like senstaions" in my rectum. I seem to recall someone else describing it as "a caterpiller in the rectum." Whatever one wants to call it, it's an awesome feeling.

Kind of curious if the ladies here get the same type of feeling.

I would have to say that in the last Peridise session I had...yes, I did feel that kind of feeling. It was odd, interesting and pleasurable....to say the least.

    Enjoy!

I believe it's likely that the Peridise produces anal orgasms while the other models produce more prostate based orgasms.
  • But also keep in mind that the Peridise does tickle/slightly brush the prostate and/or other glands a bit which could result in a prostate orgasm or that mixed with an anal orgasm. For me the Peridise produces a lot more pre-cum (or precum/pre-ejaculatory fluid) than the other models. I'm almost guaranteed pre-ejaculate fluid with the Aneros Peridise sets. An Aneros friend from here suggested in a joking way something to the order of the prostate working overtime since the Peridise is tickling and teasing it and not always touching it as if the prostate were yearning for stimulation or stimulation from the Peridise device and therefore producing more precum. He meant it in a joking way but I told him he may not be that far off from the truth.

My anal orgasms start near the opening and lead to the most intense orgasms that can be whole body experience. The key to extending them is relaxation. Once you get an anal orgasm roll with the right relaxtion you can cause them to repeat over and over again. Sometimes I play tennis with the anal and prostate oragasms, with the prostate I can feel an ejaculation coming on so I roll the orgasm down to the anus and as it starts to subside I can bring the orgasm back to the prostate. I have had these for 5 minutes at a time. It's been a while since I have had these and thought possibly the progasm may help me. The Helix and eupho a-tabs really don't create enough pressure for me while the mgx does, sometimes too much, hopefully HIH can recreate these two with progasm type tabs.
  • What are a-tabs? Do you mean p-tabs?

Valuable comment and thread. Reflecting back, my first Aneros Mini-O was ano driven. Possibly because I was using the condom-lube scheme on an SGX that wasn't solid against my prostate. It was powerful though and very memorable. Since then my Mini-O's have all been p-stim initiated with either the Helix or Eupho. Will try to revisit that anal-O. :D

The more I play though, it seems that there are many probable many on-switches, not just the prostate, anus or nips. So far, those three are the most powerful for me. As a kid I was wired to pressure on my pubis. Wonder what's next?

    Hi EB81

I have posted on the anal glands thread you have here now, and included initial thoughts on the distinction of anal orgasms from prostate orgasms and the link to the different nerve system channels involved in our erotic, orgasmic or ejaculatory responses. More conversation on this with more participants is needed.

Reading the WIKI got me a doubt...

anal orgasm A non-ejaculatory orgasm centered on the muscles of the anus and rectum. This is analogous to a vaginal (as opposed to clitoral) orgasm in women.

Both men and women can achieve an anal orgasm so the analogous to a vaginal orgasm should be a prostate orgasm, isn't it?

I think that clitoral orgasm is similar to penile orgasm and the vaginal orgasm is similar to prostate orgasm.

Is the WIKI right or wrong?
  • I posted a short while ago about my experiences with an anal orgasm check it out: http://www.aneros.com/forum/achievement-unlocked-anal-orgasm-t4428.html

I haven't had them simultaneously but I can't see any reason why not. After all its stimulating both at the same time, I find its just where you concentrate on the feelings that determines whether it will be one or the other. I'm not yet experienced enough to shift my concentration back and forth to elicit both.

I'd say its similar to a prostate orgasm, I like SlipperyWhenWet's description of it being like having a caterpillar in the rectum, lol. I got the same intensity, the same feedback loop , the same involuntaries but the feelings were coming from the sphincter/anal walls gripping the Progasm vs stroking the prostate.

I've only had this happen with the progasm, and I suspect its because the sphincter/anal walls needs something bulkier to really clench around.

Its a good thread here, I definitely think something about anal orgasms should be added to the wiki, its really only mentioned in passing.

YES! Yearning is the correct word!! That's an excellent description of what happened with my first mini-O. The SGX was in only faint contact with my prostate.... butt, a sudden involuntary contraction of multiple muscles sucked it into contact with the prostate and that triggered waves of what felt like rectal contractions. Not so much like a worm -- more like a strong snake. Mini-O followed within seconds.

Far more 'violent' than what precedes my mini-O with the Eupho.

No Peridise in the toy box--getting tempting though.

Were there an MGX or ribbed-stem Eupho with the tabs (ball & K) of the Progasm, I'd buy today!

Im digging up this old thread because Im struggling to identify the pleasure that Im experiencing in my sessions. Are there 3 types of orgasms? Penile, Anal, and Prostrate? Are Penile orgasms the same as prostrate orgasms? It could be that I'm experiencing anal orgasms but I'm not sure. I'm having involuntary contractions of muscles all around the prostrate that cause my body to convulse all around the aneros whichever model I happen to be using (having the most success with progasm but have been enjoying the helix as well). These aren't mildly pleasurable feelings they are extremely intense pulsing spasms, earlier today I was literally moaning and trying to catch my breath . Involving PC and sphincter muscles sets. It certainly seems like the prostrate is involved to me but they feel nothing like a traditional penile orgasm, actually better many times and longer lasting. It does feel like I could be on the verge of something larger but these feelings are so pleasurable that I'm quite satisfied by them if I get them during a session. I get the leg muscle twitching like Ive seen in aneros users videos and alot of precum even occasional twitching in my penis but like I said its not the same feeling, the buzzing pleasurable sensation that's usually centralized in my penis during a traditional masturbation session is coming from a completely different part of my body, around the aneros and prostrate areas. The feelings are sooo good, but completely different than anything else Ive experienced in the past. I wonder if what I'm experiencing now will eventually lead to dry penile orgasms as well, either way I'm pretty happy with this form of pleasure.

Hey Vinestal -- I admire your rapid progress. Good work man!

The problem I think is an effort to define a multi-dimensional critter in a one-dimensional environment. Labels and classifications are frought with mis-interpretation since we don't have a "remote desktop" capability in our brains and, don't know what the other guy is actually doing or feeling. Our lexicon, while improving is still quite lame.

First read Buster's thread regarding getting overly analytical about pleasure. -- http://www.aneros.com/forum/f5/quick-update-ol-buster-14704/ --

Then maybe, stop reading/thinking and just enjoy.

I think it's important to remember that orgasm is always in the brain regardless of how/where the trigger was initiated and which muscles were involved in the brain's response. Real example: If I get hyper-aroused with a Helix up my ass and my wife strikes the sole of my foot with a knitting needle and my mini-O goes whole-body (like from a jolt of Heroin), is this a "foot orgasm?" Most Aneros users would say, "NO!" And, most would not call it anal or rectal orgasm either. It's just a big mind-blowing orgasm.

Arctic Wolves, who had a wide-ranging legacy of posts in the Forum, seemed to have a practical/holistic approach to orgasm and encouraged us to view the entire pelvis as one playground. -- don't sweat the minor details, just enjoy and never give up.

The engineers among us (I'm one) get pretty atomistic about orgasm, so here's how I'd label/describe a few. Note, I tend to think about the motor response, not the trigger(s):

Anal orgasm: Oscillating involuntary muscle moves in the anal canal and sphincters (the last 3cm. of the ano-rectal anatomy), perhaps with involvement of the PC muscles (my best ano-rectal responses involve the PC, Sphincters and rectum.) I've not gone beyond my first experience with Peridise so have a lot more to learn about anals and the difference between Aneros and Peridise triggers.

Prostate orgasm: Oscillatory muscle contractions or clenching along the rectum above the anal canal. These "hug" and slide the Aneros and increase pressure and pleasure sensations on the Prostate. The prostate receives the stimulation and the brain figures out which muscle groups to move. The result depends on how one is "wired" and probably influenced by how he handled arousal and 'shaping' of his mini-Os.

From the perspective of this forum, There's little involvement of musecles in/around the Vas Differens, Seminal Vescicles or Urethera and there's no discharge of semen. This defines the "dry orgasm." There may be pre-cum flow from the Cowpers glands. That happens because of Aneros action in the lower rectum and/or mental activity that activates Cowpers flow.

Penile Orgasm (post-pubescent males): Orgasmic trigger due to physical or electrical stimulation of the penis, (glans shaft etc.) or the rectum or pubus (base of shaft). The brain then motors complex muscle responses to yield an ejaculation and refractory period unless a Tantric or other denial technique blocks the brain from doing it's motor stuff.

But, how about the "nip-orgasm." ?? A whole body response to just some cool nip-work and sensate focus. The nips did nothing except just erect. The muscle action was all over the place -- how do we name that?

If you got this far, go back to Buster's post or do some searching for the sage writings of Arctic Wolves, artform, Pan, B.F. Mayfield and the other pioneers in the Archives..

I think mine defiantly fit your description of prostrate orgasms, but your right it really doesn't matter, I'm really enjoying my sessions these days. Thanks for your perspective rook. Ive recently discovered control of a muscle group I didn't even know existed until a week or so ago, and that's really opened the door to some incredible experiences for me. I think its my sphincter muscle or part of that set but I just hadn't strengthened it to the point where I have as much control over it as I do now. I can squeeze the aneros in an entirely different way than from my PC muscles. Its like Im able to push down by contracting these muscles but not in a "pushing out" way I'm still clinched. I feel like the more I use the muscles involved in my sessions the more control I seem to have, at least till the involuntaries kick in.

For me, the "ultimate" orgasms are when I get these sensations along with a sense of churning out spew simultaneously. Have been able to maintain it for minutes at a time semi-frequently in the last few weeks.
