My life changed forever yesterday...

    I DID IT!!! I FUCKING DID IT!! I HAD A SUPER-O!!
Or rather many Super Orgasms yesterday, during my three hour session I lost count! After I had my tenth dry orgasm the thought popped into my head, "My life is changed forever, everything has changed. This is SO insane!" Special thanks to all the Aneros members for all their insights, information and sharing their experiences, I would have never gotten to the Super-O without this forum. Love to all my Aneros brothers!

    Session

After inserting the Eupho I vaped some weed to relax, enhance sexual pleasure and shift attention away from the penis. I laid down on my side with my legs bent. After 20 minutes I felt twitching in various part of my body, eye, arms, legs. It was like the muscles were being touched by a mild electric current, which made them react. Then my butt started to clench (involuntarily), drawing the aneros deeper. I resisted the urge to clench more, I have learned on past sessions that letting my body dictate where I am going in the session is best. Then my hips began to tremor. Then they started to buck more wildly. I turned more on my back to get a freer range of motion. My legs are bent and feet are on the bed. The lower part of my body is shaking wildly now. It is so hard to not contract, it feels so good. My body takes over and contracts for me. My hips are off the bed, my body is pushing me upwards. The feeling is so intense I have to let out a scream or I think I will die. Waves of pleasure wash over me. My prostate feels like it is on fire. The harder my body contracts, the further the orgasm ascends. My mind is completely blank, I am consumed, I am a lightning rod. My back arches further. My body is completely clenched from head-to-toe, wringing out every drop of pleasure out of me. I must scream out again, it is such an immense feeling. Then finally I come back down again. My hips and back come back down to the bed again. I am gasping for breath, my whole body is throbbing.
Over the next two hours I had orgasm-after-orgasm. Some small dry orgasms, some Super Orgasms. After I had my first three orgasms all I had to do there after was just slightly clench my butt to start another orgasm.
After I could not take it anymore from physical exhaustion, I took out the aneros and took a shower. In the shower I started getting a tickling sensation in my prostate again. I contracted and had a dry orgasm WITHOUT THE ANEROS!!! I did this three times in the shower. That was wild.
The day after I am totally spent, but I CANNOT WAIT for the next session!

    The_Bishop,

Hey, Congratulations Your Holiness, your persistence and efforts have finally paid off. I am very pleased to hear that "HypnAerosession" was an effective part of your tool box for this breakthrough session.

Yes, your life did change forever and it will likely keep evolving as you become more acquainted with the Super-O. You were already a member of this brotherhood but now you have that special extra knowledge of the reality of the mystique involved.

    CONGRATULATIONS BISHOP!

That's one beautiful story. What an amazing way to break through into Super-O's!

I bet you'll never look at your shower the same way... ;)

I'm feeling tempted to take some marijuana again soon, nothing beats a Super O when you're high, still, I'd strongly advise against using it too regularly. It can seriously fuck you up. I've used it up until now with an interval of 1-2 months and everytime I use it seems to put me on a higher plateau even when I'm not using, so much so, that my good sessions now when I'm clean are at least as good as the first sessions I had when I was high last year....so I'm really looking forward to next year if this trend continues. Marijuana in moderation definitely has its benefits.
Super O's are amazing, I wonder how they mix with squirting? Now that would be one for the photoalbum!!!

    Congratulations The_Bishop!!!!

I'm so very happy for your accomplishment of crossing over into achieving super-O's!!! :D :D :D

    So now come the questions...

How long did it take you from the start of your Aneros journey to achieve super-O's?

Do you feel there was any key observation or technique that got you there? Or just practice and time?

What role did smoking weed prior to the session(s) play in getting you to achieve super-O's? To be more clear, could you have done it without it?

I'll be curious now that you have crossed over how consistently you can achieve super-O's without smoking weed. Please keep us posted with your results.

    Thanks everyone!

    To answer your questions Love_is

    1) I got the aneros 2 years ago. Used it for a couple of months with zero success. Used it once a month for about a year. Then later last year started using once a week. Only started to progress when I used marijuana before sessions starting two months ago.

    2) Key observation for me is let your body take you where it wants to go. The aneros and your body will be your guide. Your body knows when to contract. When things started to progress I tried to hurry the process along by contracting, this always killed the possibility of a good session. Regarding practice or time. It's just time, allowing your body to rewire. Practice to me means you are consciously building a skill. For me, it did not work like that, it was all allowing the body to rewire on it's own time.

    3) I think I would have never gotten to Super-O without weed. I could never relax to the point to where I could forget about what I was trying to accomplish. The expectations were always there. For me, marijuana was the breakthrough.
Through experimentation I found that a small amount works the best. When you reach the zone where your mind starts to wander and the expectations drift away. If you get too high it seems to numb the body to the interaction with the aneros.

I am still dumbfounded that I finally made it. Please PM if you have anymore questions Love_is.

I'm happy for your accomplishment and envious of course. I can't agree with you more that weed can play a big part for many. I hate to rely on that but time and time again I find that weed will make a good thing even better.
I'm still messing with the ammount but I think you are right that a little bit is better than a lot

Well done the Bishop(of St Albans)
I think you are right about the weed.
I find it hard to relax, I can do it to a point then the mind wanders
onto mundane matters.( what do I eat tonight, how do I do this job)

I hope to be able to try some in a month or so.
Alcohol is no help at all, probably the No 1 session killer.

I should have written this in green ink !

Thank you for your detailed response The_Bishop. :)

I'm honestly surprised to hear that you think you could not have done it without weed. Mind you I understand, as I have my own issues with relaxing and being distracted and such. Now I'm really tempted to try this route! It's just such a pain in the butt and expensive trying to source what I believe to be a wrongfully illegal substance. And then purchase whatever associated equipment to smoke or vaporize it through. Ah well... I'll keep the idea in the back of my head in case any opportunities happen to show up. :D

    The_Bishop, SOS member now too!! :D :D

I haven't used weed for more than 4 decades, and before then maybe half a dozen times lightly. It turned out to trigger heart arrhythmia in me. So does caffeine.

Alternatively I developed a meditation practice and find that going into my meditative state enables easier smooth launches for sessions. Recent brain research seems to verify the significant rewiring that meditation practices can create. Have you tried this at all The_Bishop? Have you Love_is? Others?

Aw, shit, TB....we all knew you could do it, man. Fab.

I agree, again, with you Artform, no weed here either since the 70's. HA

I find a nice cool room, perfect stillness and absolute relaxation to be a "meditative" state for me. Like tonight, on the road. Beautiful Helix Super O's. I'm so mellow.

Great new, TB....can't wait for more, can you? Nah.

Multiple sessions, guys, I'm tellin' ya. One builds on the last and then BAM! Way to go, man....it's wonderful...just wonderful.

congratulations. As far as weed is concerned, I find it is the best way for me to have Super O's. I only smoke weed if I know I can immediately use my aneros following now, since I think it is a shame to waste the opportunity of having several hours of indescribable bliss. I use my aneroses without weed quite often, but it is never quite is good, at least in my case.

    Hello Artform, :)

I can't say that I have. I suspect I would have difficulty sitting there trying to clear my mind for any length of time. But I can see where you are coming from. Maybe at some point in the future I'll be more motivated to try meditation.

    Thanks for the suggestion artform!
I guess I am taking the easier route, I have tried meditating (event read a couple of books) and could never still my mind. I have obsessive thoughts sometimes and meditation could never push those thoughts away for long. I did not give it too much effort before I resigned myself to failure. I would like to try it again at some point.

    @Artform:
I've done some energywork, meditation and relaxation, but I think marijuana puts you in exactly the right horny mood as well as relaxing you. Also its ideal for out of the box breakthru's by its very nature.
As stated previously I wouldn't use it as a crutch everytime you use the Aneros, more as a plateaublaster into new stratospheric hights every 1/2 months

Merci encore une fois cher ami plantation!! :D :D

I haven't tried Kava, but it sounds promising too.

Yesterday at The TaoBums, after watching a British documentary "Jungle Trip" about ayahuasca: http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/jungle-trip/ , I gave the following bit of personal history...

Shamanic drug initiations always take me back to my childhood and puberty. I was raised for my first six years on phenobarb and atropine. (The psychoactive drug used in wicca, and other traditions enjoying flying, for those unfamiliar) Again, while entering and progressing through puberty, the ulcers treatment I took several times daily had a good lot of atropine for almost two years. I walked up stairs of air, no problem...

And carried on quite well enough through very active participatory daily life to be treated as reasonably "normal", if more than a little eccentric. Have been able to play very nicely in meditation or hypnagogia, and with my internal time consciousness ever since. So, I have come to Taoist, Aneros, and Key Sound practices, more than somewhat pre-re-wired too.

all the best with the consciousness explorations and related inquiries all

So, none of this is a critique of weed whacking, just opening a door to another alternative inner reality, which can open another door... too! Coincidentally, it was when the atropine meds did not stop the pain and/or cure the ulcers, that I first researched and took up yoga and was able to develop both a good basic meditation skill, later furthered in several directions. Along with or as part of the yoga, I developed the heavy duty pain control technique that I use often in daily life: such as decades of dental work, including multiple drilling in one tooth for example, with no freezing or local anaesthetic of any kind! This pain control includes healing and that is how I finally cured the ulcers, permanently, no recurrences.

Both fellow Anerosians, alv and esfenoides are yoga experts and I invited them some time ago to post on techniques for approaching the Super-O and Beyond energies here using yoga as the complementary practice. Haven't seen much of either here since then... Hope they will return and we can create a new school of yoga here: Anerosian Yoga.

until then or whenever bliss up into the stratosphere with your aneros starter key gentlemen all

Well, Bishop, I am quite happy for you. :D I know we chatted many times sharing our mutual experiences and hopes. I think even greater than the orgasm itself, and many may be stopping me right here in my tracks thinking I'm nuts for even suggesting such a thing, but even greater than the orgasm itself may be the accomplishment. I mean, YOU STUCK IT OUT MAN! WAY TO GO! Way to never give up and just believe Bishop! You believed in the product, you believed in the many people here who kept encouraging you, and most important, you believed in yourself.

I want to say that I love limits. I love when I get to a personal wall, and it stares me in the face. I love it because I can look at that wall, jump over it, or walk around it, and just keep on moving past knowing that my limits aren't my limits. I do hope and pray that I never meet my limits. Bishop you went past your limits and learned that their truly are not limits. Shine on my friend. Shine on.

Wow, congrats Bishop! That's great news to hear of success after the amount of time you put into it. I have no pity for those that come to this forum and complain about getting ripped off though they've only used the aneros a handful of times. You're story shows that eventually you'll get there.
I quit smoking weed maybe 4 months ago or more because it started giving me really bad panic attacks. I wasn't smoking on an everyday basis. Problem though is that since I've stopped smoking I've had zero interest in using the aneros or achieving MMO's. I mean if I took a hit right now I'd probably be in the bedroom in 5 minutes having an aneros session because weed just gets me in that mood and makes it very easy to relax into MMO's. I don't even have to do anything. My body is just so responsive to the MMO's or aneros when I'm high. I keep telling myself that I'll have sessions even though I don't smoke any more but here's just no motivation. I just find myself traditionally masturtbating more now.
I almost want to smoke just to have a great session but don't want to get the anxiety attack. I'll have to look into that Kava tea plantation linked his his post
