Something I discovered today...

So I discovered today that having burning ass syndrome from eating hot and spicy food the previous day, does not mix well with anal play. Ouch! I tried my new Peridise again today, and all it did was intensify the burning sensation in my anus, and was very, very uncomfortable. I lasted maybe ten minutes before I removed it. Not good! Live and learn!

    Hey People, :)

I just wanted to bump this thread up again. As I had forgotten about this issue. And lately was having some anal soreness and irritation that I thought was from almost daily Aneros sessions. Nope, I've been eating a hot and spicy Mexican dish I made for the last five days now. The thing that made me not put 2+ 2 together is that I didn't make it as hot as I normally would have with habanero peppers seeds and all. My taste buds are so used to hot/spicy food made with habanero that using a milder pepper without the seeds, I hardly noticed any hotness in the dish. But apparently my anus is not as tolerant as my mouth is to hot/spicy food.

    So I have to ask...
Is it just me? Are other people able to eat this way and completely digest the capsaicin that makes hot peppers taste hot to us, so as to not experience any anal irritation and soreness?

Makes me wonder how popular anal play is in countries where they commonly eat very hot/spicy dishes daily. Mexico, Thailand, and India come to mind. As it is for me, it seems I can get away with eating a hot/spicy dish once in a while. But several days in a row apparently is too much if I want to have fun using my Aneros prostate massager's.
    Your thoughts?

Great bump on something I'd missed. Luv it!

Hey man, ya gotta pace yourself. Scheduling is everything. We can't have you not showing on the U.S. roster during the Aneros International field competition. There is hope though and you need not deny yourself the simple pleasures in life.

Training tips (totally untried -- you got the lab-rat lead on this):
-- Skip the Habañeros and savor an aromatic Wasabi or "gentle" Jalapeño when you got a heavy session in the offing.
-- Reconsider your not douching out the wazoo before a session. If the how-to Wiki (below) is correct you might try a few ounces of milk, wait a couple of hours then go-fer-it. :) 8)
-- Blend a dash of baking soda into the Shea Butter.
-- Go genuine Mex and use good old lard in hot foods. Trade-off: clogging your coronary arteries but, we only go around once.
-- Always finish off with a dish of ice cream. (again, see the 'how-to')

There is an old saying "a good curry that burns twice"

More on the serious side of hot spicy food, which I also enjoy, is that the hot spices could be a cause for hemorrhoids.

And talking about hemorrhoids; some time ago I had a real big external one and asked the doc to lance it. This he did under local anesthesia but it was the most comical sight as he placed me in a gynaecological examination seat, laying back, feet up and spread wide, doc between my legs and two nurses to assist.

    Hello newbie2009, :)

Good point! A friend here who begs not to be mentioned ;), suggested calling it the AnerOlympics!

I'm not sure wasabi or jalapeño will make a difference. They are still both hot, and my anus seems less tolerant of spicy heat than my mouth. Although I do love wasabi on nori rolls or veggy sushi. Although, a word of warning. All wasabi is not created equal! I made that mistake a while back by putting a huge dollop on my veggy sushi, as the previous stuff I had eaten was not all that hot. Big mistake!!! That was single handedly the hottest thing I had ever eaten in one bite. My face went instantly flush, my whole face was sweating, and I literally thought my head was going to explode! Thankfully the sensation only lasted about 30 seconds. Of course I can laugh about it now. But I hope I learned my lesson.

I'm skeptical about this one. If washing in the shower with soap does not lessen the irritation on the outside of my anus. What's a rectal rinse going to do? And as a vegan, I won't use milk.

Blend a dash of baking soda into the Shea Butter.

Hmmm... I wonder how gritty that would be? I'm not sure I'd want to be the first to try it. You tell me how it works for you. ;)

Go genuine Mex and use good old lard in hot foods. Trade-off: clogging your coronary arteries but, we only go around once.

Once again, as a vegan that's an ingredient that I won't use. Aside from that, you're implying that lard cuts down on the "hot effects"?

Always finish off with a dish of ice cream. (again, see the 'how-to')

I'm not sure soy ice cream is going to have the same effect. I rarely eat it anyways due to the refined sugar in it. I learned early on in my vegan-ism practice that vegan replacements for animal product foods rarely taste anywhere near as good. So they are only a small part of my diet. Besides, it's a processed food anyways. Way more healthier to eat whole foods.

Thanks for the ideas and humor though! :D
I guess I'm going to stick to eating hot stuff only occasionally.

    Hello alv, :)

Ah yes, I love me a hot hot curry that makes me eat slowly. :D

I wasn't aware of the hemorrhoids issue. That's kind of a bummer. :(

Too funny!!! Thanks for sharing!
That reminds me years ago I had a female urologist. And one of the days I went in she had another woman intern or something with her to learn and help. So there I was laying on the table with my pants and under shorts down, and here are two women looking at, manipulating, and talking about my penis. Now technically, that should have been the most exciting time of my life. But I can assure it was not!

And don't make chili with habenero peppers and then go pee without first washing your hands. Better yet, wear gloves while chopping the peppers.

Yeah, wearing gloves while chopping and handling hot peppers of any sort has always been my rule. Although I did one time forget to do so, and apparently scratched or rubbed my face in a few areas. My face was burning all day, and thankfully nothing else!

Oy! I hope it didn't transfer to anywhere else on your body.

    Hey alv,
Can you expand on that comment?
I have some sense of flavor/fragrence in my glans (when erect). Can't sense all the odors I can with my nose but the lube on some condoms, pussy and some foods are very noticeable when I'm erect. I've been told this is B.S. so had quit mentioning it.
I don't know whether I'm absorbing the esters and they are getting into my bloodstream and I sense them in my head or if I actually have some olifactory/taste sensors in the tip of my dick. It's definitely made some women (including my better half) 'standouts' in my memory.

I've spent a fair amount of time trying many different types of "food additives" and some hot sauces. Once the concentration of capsaicin reaches a certain level they can no longer be called a hot "sauce," they are in the new realm deemed a food additive.

For those who know of the burning monkey butt morning, here is something else you can try if you are up for it. While you are enjoying your spicy dish, wash it down with some top shelf vodka (Stoli Gold, Belvedere, Grey Goose) and cranberry juice. I don't know if it has to be the top shelf stuff, that is what I had on-hand the 3 or 4 times it happened. Others have noticed this effect so I'm fairly sure I'm not crazy.

As you might have been able to figure out by now, even with clean hands (Thanks for the laugh Jupiter, been there done that) you will notice a warming sensation when urinating

This doesn't seem to work with beer or the limited spirits I've enjoyed my extremely spicy food with.

    Enjoy,
    Marty

    Hi artform, :)

Your welcome. :D That is extremely fortunate that you have that ability. I was wondering if some people might be able to get away with it. Now I know. :D

    Hi MartyB, :)

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to keep that in mind. I wonder how much the cranberry juice plays into it also. It would be interesting to ingest the two separately on two separate eating occasions to see what the results are.

  • I've also heard that POM works but there are a variety of fruit options in the "Cool-Burns-from-Chili-Peppers" link up above.
