involuntaries.. so what is next?
  • hi i posted here a couple of weeks ago i got the helix and i have done about 6 sessions now.
i actually have been able to get involuntaries. I do rythmic breathing and i mix up contractions, then after 20 minutes i start holding a base contraction and i contract a little further, this usually is enough to start involuntaries and they feel good on their own.

the problem though, is that i haven't experienced something bigger, i think that i had a hint of it in my last 2 sessions when a tingly feeling starts in my abdomen and spreads to my whole body for like 1 second. it's not really pleasurable, just tingly... could this be a sensation that marks a dry-o in the making? if it is, what do the pros do to amplify that feeling and tip the scale? this is my question, but if i'm wrong it might not make sense for which i'm sorry :p... but anyway a little guideline on what to do after a involuntary would be very helpful

I would say that you are well on your way. Don't rush it because if you do, it will only get frustrating. Just take your time and let it come to you is the best advice I know. One thing that you can do is to RELAX! I have found that the more relaxed I am, the better. In time it will happen, just don't give up. Every session can be different. It will build has time goes.

    Hi pocketjacks!

    Welcome to the Forum!

ffd71 is right . . . All that you're feeling is right on the path to the big "O"!

As FFD said "Just take your time and let it come to you."

Or, as the folks in KSMO put it . . . "Don't chase the fawn . . . let her come to you!"

Most of all enjoy your Journey!

Yes Pocketjacks, I'd say that is an encouraging sensation and one that you should focus on. You should focus your minds eye internally on it when you begin to feel it. Focus on it and absorb it, play with it, let it absorb you. Experiment with what breathing seems to help, slow, hold your breath a bit. The way it progresses is those tingly feels and p-waves alternate and come in cycles of waves with peaks and valleys. Ride the peak and it will naturally eventually valley, but keep your concentration, relaxation, and patience and you will soon find the next peak which will typically be more intense than the previous wave cycle. You continue riding until eventual sensory overload whereby your brain and then body begins orgasming.

PS: Experiment with different positions. You will find that some turn you on and feel much better than others. I seem to do much better lying on my back with my legs extended up, or feet on the floor. Try to be fairly still and not change positions too frequently. I may be on my back for hours, but that's because it really works better than other positions for me. See what works for you.
