low sex drive nothing seems to be working
  • Hi as you may not know i have a very low sex drive i have tried just about everything and
nothing seems to really work. Yesterday i wasted forty dollers on adjustable nipple clamps
which gave me abit of arousal and an erection none of which lasted any more than thirty or
so seconds, i wasted ten dollars on thermal warming lubricant, ive tried looking a porn ninty
percent of the time i dont get excited aroused i have tried using horny goat weed and similar
herbal products they seem to work to get a bit of a sex drive but i cant maintain any descent
length of sexual excitment, i went to the local GP and told him about my problem and he gave
me a stupid pointless blood test in which everything turned out ok. I dont have a couple of
thousand dollars to go to a private clinic which i think would be the best option but i need money.
I dont understand nearly all men can get sexually excited very horny or aroused wtf is wrong
with my stupid useless body im sick of this.

    Cheers thecritta

    Hi thecritta!

Glad to see this isn't getting you down any! LOL!

Just thought I would chime in here . . . I have had some very good success, by taking some of Zane Blue's advice. I started taking Fish Oil with about 2600 units of EPA and 1800 units of DHA per day and plan to increase this some...

here is a quote form one of her posts:
    ____________________________________________________________________________

"[Oh, I think you might notice a difference, if you get lots hornier than you were at baseline before you started taking the diet pills.

Take at least enough to get 1600 mg of EPA and 800 mg of DHA per day. I'm taking enough fish oil to get 3400 mg of EPA and 2600 mg of DHA per day--which is a lot.

You can always go off of the fish oil later for a couple weeks and see if your libido drops.]"

    ____________________________________________________________________________

I was already on Fish oil at a low dosage from my GP, so it certainly will not hurt to be taking it any way. (BARING ANY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, OF COURSE!) GOOD LUCK!

Sounds like something more than that. My diet may help, of course.

Do you mind answering some questions? First, are you on any medications? Second, what's your diet like? Do you eat out a lot? Third, how often do you ejaculate and what sort of masturbation stroke do you use?

Hlaser, how much do you weigh? Be careful increasing the dosage, you might already be at the maximum for your weight. The 1700 mg of EPA and 1300 mg of DHA is what I recommend for someone 130 pounds, so most men should be fine at that dosage.

    Hello again, Zane!

I gotta say . . . "What kind of masturbation stroke do you use?" is a very interesting question . . . can I ask what can be learned from this info? Just intrigued by it, that's all???

To answer my questions: I weigh about 250 lbs., so what do you consider a reasonable dosage for a big Guy like me???

(Oh, I masturbate to ejaculation traditionally a couple of times a week, although now, since I'm on the fish oil, I feel like doing it every day! My stroke, I guess, would be slow and long and I usually do it at the end of a Aneros session with it inserted. My diet is with calories counted and as well balanced as possible.)

I have dry orgasms every day, with or without an Aneros present.

This is a very interesting thread!

 No, I meant thecritta of course! I was trying to see what might be impacting his libido.

The reason I asked about masturbation was sometimes I hear from men saying, oh, I can't get an erection easily, and then when I find out more it turns out that they are masturbating to ejaculation six times a day every day or masturbate by bedhumping (which can kill erectile quality).

At your weight you are safe going up to my current level of fish oil.

    Hi thecritta,

Sorry to read of your predicament.

Zaneblue's expert advice on supplements seems well worth following up.

But have you considered investigating the KSMO route to multiple orgasms? Jack Johnson's technique requires no aids or devices of any kind and is an extremely powerful means of training the mind (the bit that really counts) to enable multiple orgasms to be easily accessed.

A couple of years ago my libido, for reasons of age, was practically extinct. My KSMO training has given me back the orgasmic performance I had as a youth - in fact far in excess of that.

    Try http://www.multiples.com/

You've most likely tried it, but have you gone a long period of time without ejaculating? After a big down period in my libido, waiting a week got things going again.
  • Did your GP test your testosterone level? If so did he also check a free testosterone level and SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin)? If these turn out okay I would talk to him/her about Hypo/hyperthyroid signs and symptoms and see if any of those fit with your decreased libido. Diabetes and hypertension are common diseases that cause erectile dysfunction. Should you have one or both getting treated is the first step to a return of your sex drive. Any chronic disease can cause a loss of libido. Just trying to help.

  • In a similar situation I found that by age a low testosterone level was the problem, with a prescription from my urologist I now have a better level of testosterone, and things are working much better, and as a side benefit I have lost some weight, and actually feel younger...amazing, but I am very grateful to the doctor for the help. Hope this might help you.
