Ordering troubles
  • Hello everyone, 

    I've been having some trouble with ordering some products. I placed two orders on friday, and while my bank account reflex the purchase, my aneros account shows that I have not made any purchases, nor did I receive any email with a tracking number. I think I have pretty much exhausted every avenue of contacting support except this one. I'd appreciate any feedback anyone can give me.

    @Nintendude84, aneros is probably closed on weekends.  I'm sure someone will be in contact with you shortly.  Did you email support@aneros.com?  Or you could try calling them on tues.  Hope that helps.

    Hi Nintendude84,

    We were closed over the weekend and today for Memorial Day - we will be processing orders received on Friday tomorrow.  If you don't have an acknowledgement by the afternoon tomorrow give us a call.
