Yes, great help; however, urinary improvement is just a by-product of better vibes. I'm mid-70s.

I am 60 and I rarely get up at night after using aneros, and my stream is like a 16 year old. The wife says cleaning up after sex before was hardly worth wasting a kleenex, now she needs a paper towel !!!!!! Had the glove treatment last week,Doc says my prostate is nice and soft, not all lumpy like a lot of guys your age.I didn't tell him about my new friend, I just said well I guess a busy prostate is a healthy prostate. He laughed and gave me a thumbs-up.

  • I had a great improvement in urinary flow and retention; lost that annoying urgency that stopped me from enjoying a movie, or a ballgame, or taking a long flight. My principal reason for starting Aneros treatments was for this condition. I was on Avodart, Jayln, Uroxatral, Hytrin, and a few others along the way to treat my urinary problems which they said are typical for my age (62) and mostly due to BPH.The side effects of these drugs combined with what I already take for Rheumatoid Arthritis were debilitating. Drowsyness, dizzyness, leg cramps, lack of sexual drive, no morning erections, and on and on. I actually had two minor car accidents that I think I could attribute to being affected by these drugs. And they all say, as a possible side effect, "increased risk of prostate cancer." What?! I stopped the medicines, started a regimen supplements and herbal remedies and started massaging regularly with Aneros. I already do Kegel exercisesregularly so when I read about the buttock clenching necessary to pivot my SGX to the perfect spot for a healthful prostate massage I went for it. Again my urinary health has never been better. All the pleasurable aspects of using my Anersos were an unexpected and very welcome bonus to what I was looking for - to improve prostate health. At my last exam my PSA was .07, Testosterone 580, urinary flow meter test was normal, and the rectal exam showed no swelling - BPH gone! I am hetero, married 32 years, and the improvement in my ability to get and maintain erections is as good as it was 10 years ago when I was first diagnosed with Rheumatoid, Atherosclerosis, and Diabetes. Intimacy is better, confidence is up, and I'm having high quality extended intercourse which has also prompted my wife to have a renewed interest in sex. The Aneros journey is something I wanted to, needed to, share with her. I'd love to hear from anyone who has had great health related results and from others who use the Aneros during intercourse.

Yep, it's fun getting healthy "down there" with these products.  The biggest effects I note are improved urinary flow and not having to get up during the night to pee and better erectile performance.  Married 25 years and keeping sexual function "up and going" means a lot when you're not as young as you used to be!

I find that using an Aneros considerably assists in ejaculating. The orgasm is safely more intense and my wife appreciates the attention. I use either a SGX or a MGX. With a MGX I have to work harder to ejaculate but that of course is good too. I hope this helps. I have been writing too much on the forum recently so I'll stop here.
