Stuck? Start the New Year off with a new position :)

    Hey all,
    Aneros devices continue to surprise me with new experiences and here is one I want to share.  I think it is natural to get stuck in a rut with Aneros at different times in our individual journey.  Whether it is how one prepares for a session or executes an exercise, sometimes we stick with what feels 'right' in spite of a lack of progress.  In reality, you might be making progress but you have developed a 'habit' that you don't realize until you inadvertently break it.
    For 6 months, I have been a lie on my back kind of guy.  Feet up against a wall or flat on the bed/floor or legs straight out.  I knew there were other positions but when I tried them early in my journey, I did not get results or they felt uncomfortable.  For some reason, with the new year I decided to give the old positions a try after 6 months of conditioning.  All I can say is WOW.  First, I tried on my knees with my upper body draped over a stool (doggie-style, supported).  I hadn't done it since August when I started using the Aneros.  I was super aroused and slid in the regular eupho.  I got movement like I never felt before.  I love the eupho when I am on my back but somehow the reversal of gravity's pull causing it to rest more on my prostate caused the most relaxing and delicious movement.  I just breathed as it danced in my ass fucking me up, down, and sideways for two hours.  Then I went to bed and decided to try the side position that Aneros recommends.  Still nothing.  But I remembered a forum member writing that they curl themselves in a fetal position so I tried that.  Suddenly, everything ignited in my prostate.  Again, I did nothing but ride it until I fell asleep/passed out.
    I guess my bottom line is that if you are doing the kegels and practicing the exercises and you find a dry spell or that you aren't getting results, don't be afraid to head back to the fundamental positions and try something else.  You may surprise yourself like I did.

    @bbegee6,
    Couldn't agree more!

    This whole Aneros journey is about experimenting. You never know what responses are possible unless you keep trying new things.
