How to stop all sensations/P-waves?
  • Hi all,

My first post was not supposed to be the following content. I was going to write earlier today about how I had gotten the Progasm and while I am a complete beginner, I got this first. And truthfully it wasn't a problem to insert. However it was very difficult to generate any feelings from it. But then things started happening. On day 2, upon sitting down in a chair without the Aneros, all sorts of things happened, plenty of P-waves for the first time ever, in other words warm heat waves spreading from the center of the body, and thereafter disappearing, because I wasn't ready.

This excited me so much that I tried the Aneros again, and so for the past 4 days, only 1 has been without. Yesterday evening I had plenty of P-waves by sitting Anerosless in the chair, and really enjoyed it, as it was very blissful and felt great. However I just couldn't reach an orgasm, which I have yet to do with this.

Then I went to bed, and woke up in the middle of the night feeling P-waves, and had only gotten a couple hours of sleep. Throughout the day today, my body has been in a constant buzz-state, with me feeling like I am going to trip over and freak out when I am not actually sitting down, and let the P-waves "take" me so to speak. Today, again Anerosless, the pleasure just got stronger and stronger, yet still no orgasm. While I enjoy this, it's too much when it interrupts my entire day and night. I've been having bouts of heavy sweating, and my appetite has dropped drastically, which leaves me feeling rather lethargic at times.

Without a climax, it feels like my body is being tortured to be honest, and when the P-waves are going on, and on, and on, and on, it goes from being really amazing to dreadfully tiresome. I think I saw a similar thread like this when randomly scouring through the archives, but I cannot find it now.

I have gone for a traditional finish just to relieve some pressure, and it worked a little, but I am still feeling completely destroyed. Should I try to ejaculate more and more to deplete any sort of "fire" that remains dormant within? Or any other suggestion?

I realize most people ask for help how to reach higher and better and stronger, and perhaps that's something I am interested in too, but not for now. Right now I want my ridiculously super-sensitive nipples to stop triggering P-waves, I want to be able to sit on a chair normally without triggering P-waves, I want to sleep normally for 8 hours without triggering P-waves, and I want to get P-waves when I want them, and turn them off when I want it too as well.

For what it's worth, I am 34 years old, straight, never done anything anal before, and I went from having zero experience with this, to 4 days later finding myself having gotten too much.

Please give me some helpful advice here.

    Thank you!

Dude embrace it! Rewiring usually causes havoc the first few weeks but from there on out, it gets a lot better. Let your body work on it its self. Don't try and put out the fire! Let your body learn to naturally manage that fire on its own!

You are at a spot that took me 10 months of regular use to get to! Just try and flow with it for now!!!
  • Hi MMO_RPGlol,

I know that perhaps my problem doesn't sound like a problem to some of you who have spent a great deal of time trying to reach this, and I understand that it might sound like a luxury problem, but I was just not prepared for so much of this. If it is as you say that there's an intial phase when things might run a little wild, then that's good, or at least something that tells me it might be more controllable, which is all I want.

There's a family dinner coming up soon for example, and in this state I dread thinking about it, because you know, chairs and everything...

If there's methods to this, either to make it subside until I want to start it again later, or in order to control it, I am all ears, and this is what I am interested in right now.

As far as my body and mind goes, I am normally very sensitive, so I think that when I found out just how the P-waves arose when sitting in the chair, I started working with the PC muscle, everything from strong to so subtle there's almost nothing going on, various "cycles" of contractions, various holds etc. And with each success so to speak, things got stronger and lasted longer. And then I pretty much got so fine-tuned it just didn't stop, as I probably got too excited about manipulating it whether standing, sitting, lying down or whatever.

Well, I hope I can get some control over this...

    You undoubtedly will.

I don't think what you are describing is a luxury problem. Many men have described the same troubles as you are describing now.

I say this, because the body can be EXTREMELY fickle at times. I say this because around 6 months ago, I was probably right behind where I am now progress wise. If I had stuck it out a week or two longer I probably would have been so much better off right now.. But I decided to just stop my aneros sessions for a couple weeks and indulge myself in normal masturbation.

Well to make a long story short, it took me the last 6 months to get back to where I was before because of that. Not saying that's gonna happen to you, but I know I felt extremely foolish when I realized how much I reverted my progress, and I just want to try and keep others from making that same dumb mistake as me.

But either way, from what I have heard from other people's similar stories, your bodies basically going to ravage you senseless for the next few weeks. It might just be wise to plan your social activities in between ravagings..
  • Thanks for the answer.

To explain how I feel now, I am virtually without any energy left, and it's as if this thing is trying to erupt by itself constantly. I know people would say give in to it, but since I cannot get a climax out of it, and thus making it stop, it just feeds off of me, like some sort of alien parasite.

Like I said before, I am not ready for this, and don't think I can handle it. It's 20C in my apartment right now, and I am sweating like it's 40C. All I want is for it to end so I can get some rest, some sleep, and some peace of mind.

Some weeks of this I do not think I will be able to endure.

I hear ya. Maybe @rumel has some advice? I'm not at that stage yet.
  • I would really welcome any advice from those with experience and knowledge. I respect your quest on this journey as people call it, but I've found that this train is going too fast, and I want off, right now.

I like any other human being likes pleasurable feelings, but the price for what I got is just too high, and had I known I would've just let it be, and not even start.

Right now I am feeling so worn out and miserable if it continues or gets any worse, I will have to go see a doctor immediately and get some sort of help. I don't intend to sound like a broken record or repeat these things more, but yeah, more input and advice on what might "kill the fire" so to speak. Or put in dormancy, whatever.

I'll try to see if I can get some sleep now.

My advice is that you get to a doctor as soon as you can tomorrow, especially with the weekend looming.

@wintermoutain I know how you feel. I just learned how to really calm it all down a couple of days ago and I have been on this journey for 5 months. I was going crazy, getting boners at work, getting the urge to cum every 5 minutes. But with rewiring and taking days off I am a lot calmer. You will get there, But for a you I think your prostate is just now opening so embrace it. It's gonna get crazier just know if the body doesn't give you more then you can bear. It will die down soon. Just be calm.

@wintermountain - sorry to hear your initial experience is so challenging. The thread offered by @ineverknew is a good start. Also search the forum for "grounding".

Although not as intense as you are experiencing, I've had, and often still do, disorientation brought on by long periods of strong p-waves. I normally have non-stop buzzing and muscle contractions. I think I am beginning to detect a pattern that seems to reflect the state of balance in my everyday life. If things go quiet, it's an indicator of too much stress. If things are very intense, I'm not getting enough exercise. If I get continuous, gentle reminders, things are just about right.

The posts in the thread and by @bigoluver mentioned finding mental/spiritual calmness and relaxation as a good start. Aneros use is a very mental activity. Good luck, please keep us informed. I'm sure other experienced members will also help out.

@wintermountain  you may find the following sources to be helpful, they are the Spiritual Emergence Network in the U.S. and a source in the U.K.  (I seem to want to think you are in the U.K. for some reason).
I found both of these using Google.  I am familiar with the concept of Spiritual Emergency and have read Graf's book of the same title.

I certainly do hope these help you find relief.  My initial impression is that you should see your doctor right away to perhaps help get immediate relief from physical symptoms as well as to rule out anything that may be harmful.  But it took me a while to get it through my thick skull that you are likely going through Spiritual Emergency from Kundalini awakening or similar.

Phone numbers are provided on these sites.

A link I found for the UK:

  • Hi all,

Thanks for your answers. I did read the link to the other fellow having some similar experiences. After my post above, I contacted someone I know who has a great deal of knowledge of these sorts of things, such as yoga etc. And while I didn't explain how I had gotten this (Aneros usage) I did say it occured after kegel/PC exercises which is somewhat true. And I explained how it seemed to come from my prostate, and then explained all my experiences.

His immediate reply was "Kundalini". He did tell me that this can be treated, but I don't know how long this will take. The good news so far is that after a few sessions of me splashing my face with ice cold water (my own idea) it sort of cooled down my heat.

I went to bed, in the hopes of getting sleep and rest, and fell asleep just fine, but woke up from the energy trying to arise again, in otherwords what I think was my prostate. Every time I relaxed trying to fall asleep, the energy disturbed me. So, 1.5hrs of sleep is what I got. I will try to sleep more of course, but this is getting rather too much.

The comment above from Xileh on how it's a very mental activity is true. That's why I also had better results with doing this, without the Aneros rather than with. The Progasm just shook loose what was there and it was mostly mental thereafter. I think this might be why many people struggles with this or spends extra time trying to figure this thing out: It's extremely delicate matters, and I found that my success came from being very mentally concentrated. I am also afraid I overdid it by using the Progasm too much for too long in the beginning days because whenever I felt a tingle I put it in and so there was little rest. I won't touch the products again now however...

AneRico, I'm not in the UK but thanks anyways.

I will of course see how things unfold. As of now I am not sweating anymore, nor am I shaking or feeling destroyed, but I do need sleep and rest, and this is so far a big challenge.

I will update my progress as it unfolds in the coming days.

    Again, thanks all.

  • I'm not at all experienced, but what you describe sounds like some kind of prostate orgasm rather than p-waves. If so, they won't have a climax followed by a refractory period like a traditional orgasm but can last for a longer or shorter time. Can someone with more experience tell if what he describes is p-waves or orgasms?

You've stopped having aneros sessions right? But you're still having these orgasms? Are they diminishing in frequency or intensity since you stopped the sessions? I don't know what a doctor can do about this. Can you lie low for a few days until they subside? I just got the progasm and found it the most powerful experience yet compared to the Jr and the eupho syn. Perhaps when you've collected yourself, you might try a different model with more control like the eupho. Just a thought. I'm sure you'll come out of this well and intact.
  • If what I experienced at the height of these periods were an orgasm, then they were certainly not what others had described them as, meaning it seemed to be much less. Still, it kept going and going. Whatever the case, I find myself leaning towards Kundalini with 90-100% accuracy now. I so desperately wanted to sleep, but no matter which position, on my left or right side fetal position or legs outstretched, on my back or on my stomach, I got disturbed by what is hard to describe, but a sort of tingle/buzz/glow that at first I thought to be only in my prostate region but may very well be going through parts of my spine now. I use vague terms, but that's because I can't really say for certain.

And yes I've stopped. Last time I used was yesterday afternoon. My problem mostly was that due to the chair method, I "hacked into" the energy or whatever and made it so apparent and obvious that it kept going constantly and I felt it present even without a chair, but then mostly as a very strong buzz. With the chair it got pretty intense at times, still in my eyes nothing that felt as an orgasm per se, because I connect an orgasm with the meaning of climax, something that happens, then it dies down, and also brings relief. I've had zero climax, zero post-orgasmic peace, zero relief. And since it kept going by itself, I couldn't get peace. If I want to masturbate the normal traditional way, then I choose when, and when I'm done, I'm done. Here however it's my body deciding for me when, and for how long, and I can't really say I accept that.

The worst physical symptoms came from the afternoon towards the evening and the night. Then it calmed down somewhat, and I tried to sleep. However the energy is present just in a different form, and it doesn't let me sleep.

I too question what a doctor can do really. Apart from giving me sleeping pills, but other than that, not much. If this is Kundalini, then it should be handled by someone who knows how to work with that.

I've had my last session with an Aneros period, I don't want to play with this energy anymore. In fact I want for it to be gone permanently. My old-fashioned orgasms were fine as they were.

    Wintermountain,
What you have described has happened to a few other members as well (e.g. see 'johntrevy's thread Have I Awakened my Kundalini?). You could be experiencing a mild form of Kundalini syndrome, rather than trying to re-list all the suggested solutions to your present dilemma, I will instead direct you to read some other threads where these issues were discussed as well, please see the threads Kundalini Rising, What are your thoughts on kundalini and psychosis? & All you rewired folks, Please help me. (kind of urgent). While I have no doubt this situation is unnerving, I'm also confident trying some of the solutions previously offered will eventually resolve things for you. My own suggestions would be for you to cease Aneros use until you get past this condition, give yourself permission to have a few ejaculatory orgasms to deplete the sexual energy level, take some long relaxing walks in the outdoors to help ground yourself followed by a soak in a hot tub or a hot bath, set your living environment to be as relaxing, tranquil and stress free as possible, practice some light meditation with aroma therapy and soothing music in the background. You will transition through this without harm or injury and will have a new appreciation for the power of your own body to manifest its magnificence.

    @Wintermountain,

Here is a list of phone contacts for experts in Spiritual Emergency.  They will talk you through what is going on with you and help you.  You should be able to find a provider near you in this list...or at least SOMEONE to talk to to help get you relief.

What can a doctor do?  Perhaps provide you with serious sedatives to relieve your symptoms temporarily thus giving you space to start dealing with them?  I don't know....  But the Providers in the Spiritual Emergence Network will likely know.  They exist to help people who are in your situation (if I understand your situation).

If you wish to vent via a Kundalini experience, using KellyHowell's Kundalini audio tracks might help provide relief.  She introduced me to some staccato breathing that plays well with the Brainsync tones on Track 2.

You'll need ear buds to exploit the subliminal sounds.
  • Wintermountain? Are you getting back to normal? Haven't heard from you in a while and was wondering, hoping, worrying. Please keep us informed.

Your situation has got me thinking about the possible dangers of prostate massage and what to do about it. I've not had a super O yet and already have a bad impression of them based on my experience with witnessing grand mal seizures, not my own but my charges when I worked at a home for the retarded. I've noticed the superficial similarity to the video of someone in the midst of a super O. Even though I haven't had any kind of non-ejaculation orgasm yet, I've been noticing how disoriented, euphoric I am after a session and the need to ground myself after a session. I usually try to remember to go for a walk, work out at the gym, or cruise for men to come down from the clouds. Otherwise I'm in an altered state which while lovely, could be dangerous if I'm not paying attention to my surroundings.

Thinking of you and hoping you are doing better.
  • Hi all,

The current update is very positive.

After following advice I got from a close friend of mine, who also has a lot of knowledge about internal energy, and so on, I was given a specific diet, including herbal medication, and some other advice. At the worst of it before I improved, I had gone nearly 3 days without sleep, and my inner system being completely ravaged and in chaos, with tons of energy disturbing me constantly. Not allowing me to fall asleep, and not allowing me to relax, also causing physical problems of all kinds such as stomachaches, headaches, absurd amount of sweating at random, and so on. Then my emotions just disintegrated, and basically started crying uncontrollably in sheer agony over the torture I was going through.

But now after 10 hours of sleep, I am starting to feel better. The herbal meds have helped, and everything seems to have died down. Having been able to diagnose exactly what's going on, treatment is more specific, and it will be dealt with.

What I am going to say now might not be very popular, however: I realize that what happens when people talks about a "rewiring" is just that, but, of a negative kind. Because you are messing with internal energies and changing their pathways. Thus all the strange results, one of them being longer and harder orgasms. But there's a price to pay, and for some the results aren't always nice. As I said earlier, I am quite content with who I was before. I don't need "longer" or "harder" or "better".

In fact, the best kind of bliss I so far have found, was the first moments of complete quietness physically and mentally, with no more disturbances of any kind, and just being able to relax and have a clear mind.

I thought this was a toy like any other, say a fleshlight or whatever, where when you wanted to use it, you could. But I found out it used me. And not only that, abused me. That is not acceptable, and as such, with all the results that can come from this, I think people ought to think twice before they start messing about in such a way.

A great deal of people have had such bad experiences with these kinds of energies and similar, that they end up with heavy psychiatric drugs, and their lives are seriously damaged.

Whether that's what could've happened to me, or to others doing this, I don't know. But whatever the case, I don't find anything of what I experienced, even the highs, to be tempting at all. Right now I am focusing on complete recovery, with not a single possibility of this occuring again, and that includes the possibility for P-waves or whatever.

Thanks for all of your concern, and thank you for being an open and supportive community.

I have never heard anyone ever express the concerns you have. As far as I'm aware kundilini syndrome only really happens if you leave the energy in your head for too long. Also, I have noticed nothing but positive since my beginning rewiring. Skin feels more alive. Happier. More sociable. I have literally never heard of a person ever needing psychiatric drugs as a result of this. I don't know where you heard that, and I mean who knows, but I have no idea why someone would try and balance out internal energies with drugs instead of just trying to correct the problem... But i mean whatever man do whatever makes you Happy
  • To begin I hope you're not thinking of me and psychiatric drugs. That's not the case.

But if you investigate into yoga and inner energy practices from various Eastern traditions, it's not uncommon, nor is it unheard of, that there's cases where people develop severe mental disorders due to these things, including kundalini. It can happen, that's why it's risky to play around with. In India they have some expertise on this issue because it's more common than in the West, and there they can diagnose it and give treatment if it's legit. But the chance is that in the West, you'd be sent to a psychiatrist. Especially so if your symptoms are of a severe kind.

I actually went "Woah wait a minute..." when I first read about all the experiences people had with Aneros, when I read reviews on Amazon, because quite frankly it just reminded me of kundalini, and that wasn't anything I wanted. But somehow I went ahead with it, and it took me a couple of days to unleash "everything" upon me.

So now, after all of this, all I want is to go back to normal, and stay that way.

Although I think you are missing the point a little bit, I encourage you to take whatever action you deem as necessary. Not everyone likes the same things, and there should be no surprise that not everyone is interested in this as well.

    We wish you the best.
  • I don't blame you for abandoning the aneros after that bad experience. I would have second thoughts too if I went through as bad a time.

But you say: "A great deal of people have had such bad experiences with these kinds of energies and similar, that they end up with heavy psychiatric drugs, and their lives are seriously damaged."

I don't know how many people have had a bad experience with the aneros. Does anyone know? Maybe a survey would document. I suspect that the worst experience that the vast majority of men using the aneros have had is that it didn't do anything or took a long time to get results. I have had a unqualified positive experience so far.

I wish you well in whatever you pursue.
  • I can empathize. After a great session Thurs. night my PC muscles have been involuntarily contracting and are extremely fatigued but still keep contracting and I can't stop it. The first day, Friday, felt like I was on the edge of orgasm nearly all day and was enjoyable. After muscle fatigue set in it started to become painful and now every contraction results in a sharp pain. I hope I get through this without permanent damage. Today it has slowed way down which gives me hope. I can't ejaculate to see if that will get rid of it because my sex muscles are so run down I can't obtain an erection. Hopefully my body will get used to this practice and this won't keep happening. If it becomes a regular occurrence after a good session I may have to stop this as well.

    Update:
The involuntaries have stopped. I feel OK but am a bit sore and my prostate feels completely numb. I'll give it a few days rest and see how I feel before getting back on the horse. At least if it happens again my muscles will be in better condition.
  • @wintermountain

I don't know if you are still around, but I recently just am going thru the same sort of thing you described, although not as bad.

firstly, let me apologize a million times for the way I acted before, because I had no idea what you were going thru.

Secondly, can you offer please what you did and ate to get back to normal? that information would go a long way for me.

    Thanks
  • This sounds scary as hell. Makes me hesitant to continue using the aneros.
  • yeah its something to think about. I am just glad I got control of it.
