My shallow breathing method (A basic rythm to guide you on the path to the Super-O)

I sent my method to a friend on the forum. The method differs from what I`ve read on the forum since most of the info is about deep breaths or "aggressive breathing". This is more like shallow breaths and deep exhale aimed to realx you and let your model make better contact in an effortless way.

My friend feels this method has also helped him along, so I decided to share it so that others might get the same results. The feelings brought upon me by this method was the game-changer for me that brought me to the Super-O in 4 sessions.

If I were to start over I'd recommend myself to have three different
types of sessions or parts of same session. One with breathing technique, one with exercise of the different muscles and one to learn
    how to separate them.

Hard to explain the breathing I use. But
try laying on your side, lubed up with a model that moves
    easily.
Exhale all the air in your lungs - then actually press the last
bit out. (Breathing out naturally keeps air in your lungs while exhaled
you see... we're built like that so that we have a small backup.)
    When
you exhale the last bit you will probably feel some muscles down there
make contact. This and the natural movement in the Aneros model will
suck the aneros inwards. Don`t be afraid to give the air a push out in
    the end to empty them.

Then you breathe in some air. Maybe 5-10%
of all the way filled lungs. As you focus on this you might realize
that the Aneros gets pushed slightly out. That`s all you want in the
first par of the breathing stage. If it doesn`t move out when breathing in,
then you`re doing it wrong. If so push your belly MORE out even though
it`s not natural when not filling your lungs all the way up.

Get this movement going as a basic. It`s shallow breathing but it works, as you don`t really need a lot of movment to get the buildup in good sensations. The movement by breath allows you to relax and focus more on the feelings down there than contractions.

Do it on your side in a comfortable fetal position . Also try it laying on your belly. I prefer feet over the side of the bed.

Sooner or later you will feel something build while the motion is rubbing against your prostate.
I was amazed of how slight movement got me to build up, while hardcore exercise and contractions gave me nothing.

    When
you have the build up in place, try clamping down on the Aneros
slightly while doing the same. Maybe from 10-50%, don`t push yourself in this stage. The contraction increases the contact and it is easy to
hold a slight contraction for a looong time. It`s like it
holds itself there after a while. When you`ve done this try switching muscles and do the same with that contraction.

When you feel something tingling down there, you`re on your way. This same method can also be used to propel your model into alot more movement when you feel it`s right. When you get to feel some unique sensations you haven`t had before then you know it`s working.

Now, just keep doing what feels good. What feels good and the mix between active and involuntary contractions will sooner or later get you the Super-O, or at least it did with me. Just remember to go back to this method as a basic method/movement when you`re tired or the results fade. I find it`s good to use this to as a basic to build upon.

And remember, it`s not about how fast you breathe but the movement you get while focusing on the sensations while relaxing.

Don`t forget to check out "Quick and Dirty Path to the Super-O", that is a really good post for a another well detailed method.

    Sincerely,
    Alex

Sorry about the text being a bit weird. Looks alright when I try to edit it, it`s only when I post the sentences get a new line.

Holy smokes!! I just came out of a session. And I was INSIDE a 50% SuperO for about 25 minutes... jeeeeeeez. That was INCREDIBLE.

So after I had sex yesterday I popped in the MGX, but I was so tired I fell asleep. Bad dreams and woke up to an tortureus pain from the Ptab.
This morning I did a hand job. Wasn't really planning on having a session but thought I might as well work on the breathing method and isolating muscles... boy was I wrong!!

I did some isolating exersices of mild contractions rolling the different muscles over to eachother. Held some light contractions then flipped over onto my belly.

Kinds tired I figured I was just going to hold the PC muscle "open". Not contracting it, by open I mean barely the notion of being activated. Did this while I focused on my breathing method. Slowly the 50%Super-O krept up on me... I was in bliss for over 20 minutes straght without doing a single contraction.

I used the progasm ice btw..

I call it a 50% super-o because it didn't have the release and wave of electric impulses through my body and nerves. But W O W.... it had ALL the other feelings.

    Hi @Alex_xxx,

I have been using your shallow breathing method along with the Aneros Tug-of-War Technique in my Aneros sessions since the latter part of April. Since then both have put my Anerosing at a much higher level. In fact, it has gotten to the point that my shallow and subtle breaths power the motion of my Aneros models in all sorts of subtle ways, delivering to me tons of pleasure!!! :D :)

Oh yes, I forgot. When I began my Aneros sessions June a year ago, three weeks into my sessions, I began to discover what my nipples could do for me when I stimulate them. Stimulating my nipples really power my Anerosing!

Alex.  Thanks you for sharing this.  I think you are on to something.  At least it helped me with strong P waves after exhaling all the air from my lungs.

You said one thing that I want to clarify:

Then you breathe in some air. Maybe 5-10%
of all the way filled lungs
    .

Are you talking here of inhaling your lungs to 5-10% of maximum capacity????  Or, are you saying to breathe in 5 to 10% of the capacity of your lungs?????

I know you are talking about shallow breathing so I can only assume your directions are to the latter and not the former.

Thanks man.  And keep coaching us.  I congratulate you on your quick path to the super O.

    Hi @Turnrow..

You`re correct.. I mean 5-10% of the capacity of your lungs. You`ll get a feel for it.. I actually noticed that the period where I get "out of breath" let`s me focus more on the feelings deep inside and the subtle movements of the aneros.

Once I get the waves once or twice using this method I go over to breathing more normally. I focus on the feelings of the waves it gave me, then I try to achieve them and build upon them until I superO.
Just using subtle movements of pushing out, pulling in, and "holding open". And combining them if you can. The one that takes the most practice is ofcourse "holding open" and a combination of pushing out and pulling in.

Remember to go subtle in the start of movements. Think that you`re only BARELY supposed to activate the muscles. Once you find your combo of how far out and how far in along with a rythm of breath then just keep building and using more(or a bit stronger) movement/muscleactivation as you build.

I really do think to many people do what I did in the start. I used rough contractions, holding them really hard etc. etc., I`m not going to say that is wrong, but I think to rewire fast the clue is that you need more focus on the feelings down there and being able to recognize the subtle movements.

That is what the shallow breath method helps me to do, in the beginning of EVERY session I have :) Finding the right focus and concentrating on the notions of the subtle movements and feelings down there.

What @BigGlansDC writes above here is also correct, using this method you can power the aneros in a completely different way. You can drive it without really using any of the muscles and get a more passive approach to the Super-O experience.

    Thanks Alex

I was just like you in my former tries to rewire.  I used heavy contraction and tried to bully my body along to "fall into" the super O.

Now I am doing like you.  I pay attention to the subtle feelings and try to get them to build.

Wonderful thing happened this morning.  After an aneros session, my sweetie and I got it on and as she fondled my nipples with my dick deep in her (me sitting in chair-she straddling me) my shaft and cockhead started to tingle like my prostate tingles.  I was ecstactic and told her what was going on.  She was happy for me.

I hope this is part of the rewiring.

    Keep teaching us Alex

This is a good post. I have also been experimenting with this technique for a while. You have done a great job of describing it. It feels as if you can "tune in" to just the right spot on the prostate with your light breaths and keep it there. And yes, the lighter breathing allows those subtle feelings to become evident and build in intensity. Deeper breathing tends to hide them.

Thanks for contributing a well written description!

Thank God for this post, it just opened a whole new world for me.
I remember being in a position where I could hardly breathe and got a huge super o before I knew this... realising this breathing part has been key.

My oh my do I remember when I started to feel the tingles when I got started rewiring!! Feels good, and yes, I`d say you`re on the right path!

Glad to see the technique has helped so many already, and I`m happy to share what I discover along my path - it`s a huge and exciting part of the journey :)
  • Guys, I just purchased the Progasm after palying with the Helix for months with nio happy. Can you guys help me on what i need to do to achieve the great things we all are talking about? I would be forever greatful. thank you in advance. Minjulip3

Have you made your nipples erogenous.  That is the key to me as an older guy. My nips send signals to my prostate to light up.

Also realize that you must relax your body.........Begin by breathing .........Read the wiki and try not to force anything.  Those who have had success say they had to just relax, relinquish control, and let the aneros take them where it wanted to go.  Alex is the pro.  I am the armchair quarterback here so listen to guys that are fully rewired.

    Good luck

Hey guys, got a quick question.
Been using my helix for around 10sessions over 1month, no super-anything yet
but last session, got a new feeling, like having something pushing the helix out, but
when i check i was all the way in.
Was that my prostate swelling, and starting to re-wired?

Thats a regular effect. It is however a sign that you have moved on from activly moving it and into the invoulantary movements. Also, remember that when you have a BM you are actually contracting (shortening) your anal canal. That your pushing it out is only somewhat true:) So you might be feeling it "shortening" itself, but the lube and design of the aneros makes it stay in place.

Happy to see you are progressing though :)
