I'm 6'1" and have the helix, when I try with NY finger my prostate seems angled in I don't think my helix reaches it, also because I feel nothing from using my helix. I lay there relaxed doing my contractions and breathing for 30 minutes and by the end its just boring. Not even a super t works. Do I have to awaken my prostate? How do I do this??

@seby223, Im sure your helix is touching your prostate, but like I said in the other forum string on prostate awakening, this takes time and its normal to feel nothing in the beginning.  Yes you do need to awaken your prostate and that only happens after repeated practice during sessions.  The super T may not seem enjoyable either since your prostate has not been awakened.  How long this takes to awaken your prostate is very unique to each individual, some it happens in days, others months.

If you posted up a thread that your helix is amazing and you have super-t's all the time, I'd be suprised. It takes time. For me I felt for the first 6 months that I was wasting my time. I took a several month break and came back with a new outlook. It wasn't long then that I awakened my prostate. Try to focus on the small sensations, if you dismiss them you not helping yourself in the rewiring process. Also I'm fairly sure your helix is touching your prostate.
