Quick and Dirty Path to the Super-O

    Today, I had the most progress ever with this method. I finally got involuntary movement going for a little while ... I was using the Maximus. I will try this method again with  my PS-New (Like MGX) This it the model I have the most success with at this time.

    A question... when you do the rolling motion - do you activate the PC muscle first then the spinchter or the other way around??

    @Alex_xxx yesterday when I tried this approach, after a while when my muscles got tired as I let off the contraction slowly the rolling sensation started on its own. I don't know if that is universal or not. But I had the same question. It seems to happen when the muscles start to compete.

    @Alex_xxx I contracted and held both sets of muscles for a minute or more at a time at about 70% after a while the rolling just started. It felt like it was PC then anal

    quick question, this is a technique i will try just want to know what you guys use for stimulation do you watch porn or just relax and use the device? what do you do whilst using the device?

    @inhope,  I used to watch porn but found it to be unproductive as my attention was drawn away too much from what I was doing, now I tend to run through sexy scenarios in my head during a session, seems to work much better.

    I find porn is a definite no no!

    I just try to relax and concentrate on what is going on down below. Problem is that mind noise does tend to get in the way, especially if the session starts slowly.

    I guess it would be nice to learn Tantric or Tao meditation or something!

    I tried my first sessions using this method in this thread. I need some insight of what I'm doing wrong!

    I found that what happens is this: i lie on my back, legs apart do the muscle guide here etc and find that it feels kinda nice but doesn't move too much but then if i put my feet together (the soles of my feet to the soles of my feet) and lay my legs flat i find that the device starts pounding the crap outta me! Legs apart again and its still moving but MUCH MUCH less.

    Doggy position don't get the same pounding, or anything other than fatigue, same for all other positions except one: lying on my tummy with legs together i get the same ultra pounding as described above, legs twitching crazily etc (basically any position where my legs i.e. bum cheeks are together and I'm clenching seems to make the device go crazy inside me)

    Now the problem. I feel nothing, not pleasure no discomfort just... nothing. Even when super turned on and its pounding away in there. Its been this way for many months. After an hour of doing this I'm exhausted and cannot carry on, not to mention frustrated. I seem to be the only one experiencing this weird auto-f**k thing when in certain positions but am alone in feeling nothing from it? I would love to know what i need to do to make it work better or even differently?

    I will be honest as i can: i'm not 100% sure I'm tensing my pc muscle or if this is just all sphincter movement? but i find whatever it is I'm doing is making it move, but it doesn't 'do' anything for me as such? 

    Last night i did have a go again but found at times of not clenching i felt something very slight, like it was something going on and when i tensed it felt quite nice! i then went for a pee and when i tried this clenching again, it wouldn't feel the same so basically i needed to pee rather than it doing something in there.

    Im a bit lost but i feel with guidance i might get somewhere! open to ideas and suggestions!

    I found that laying on my right side in the fetal position produced better results than my back (my stomach and doggie style do NOTHING at all for me). Then I clench and hold both my PC and rectal muscles about 80% for as long as a minute or more, then slowly release them to about 20%. Wait a few seconds and then repeat the process.

    After a while the two muscles start to compete, then you get the really good feelings. Might take 45 minutes of this, but during that time I still get some good stuff going on.

    I have managed in just a little over a week to get P-Waves going and some shivering building things going. I feel I am on the verge of something grand. I know that I tense up when things start to build and am working on staying relaxed. It is harder than one might think.

    @inhope, sounds like you are getting the right muscle movements, just no pleasure from it?  If thats the case, as with anything new, the pleasure feelings will come, or they might just shoot out of nowhere and knock your  socks off.  Just be patient and allow your mind to just enjoy whats happening and not force feelings to come about because you will them too or expect them, they will come on their own accord.  i have experienced the same as your describing as many probably have too.  As for the positioning of your body, well thats just something you will have to figure out with time, though im sure once your body has rewired you may find that you can get the muscle movements in almost any position.

    sounds good @ineverknew it does sound like i get the movements, which as i have said when my butt cheeks are pushed together (legs together etc) helping push the aneros goes like the freaking wind, seriously its like a jackrabbit! thats why i find odd when i feel nothing from it because its like its getting super excited/pounding away there but for no reason? odd!

    But yeah no real pleasure as such, its *almost* pleasurable but it seems to stem from the muscles feeling the pleasure of the action of it moving not the prostate. After 45 mins of intense tensing/movements it becomes exhausting and have to stop, the next day I'm super tired too. I also experience shooting sensations the next day through my penis and in the anal area, especially when i need to pee it feels very strange/cold or perhaps its just fatigue (just hope I'm not damaging anything is all)

    Also @ineverknew what exactly do you visualise when you're using the device? something thats like porn (i.e. traditional intercourse/sex/penis related) or something else? it would help to know what i need to do to focus! Thanks

    @inhope, yeah i remember when I was at that stage where the involuntaries were kicking in and yet no pleasure, i thought, hey, this is whats suppose to be happening, yet it doesnt feel good.  But alas eventually the pleasure came with time.  usually I try to visualize traditional sex with a woman, trying to get away from hardcore porn stuff, its not as much of a turn on for me anymore, kinda desensitized to it.  But basically visualizing in your head a sexy scenario, or play going on where your an obvious participant, doesnt really matter, whatever you find sexually arousing.

    i had used ID silicone lube for the first year, but then tried extra virgin olive oil and stuck with it, plus very cheap.

    This method is working well for me .... Whew ... No Super O but whatever it is feels friggin awesome! I am starting to get this little auto movement thing going. It just sits there and tickles one spot (I just concentrate on that sensation) until it is HOT and HARD, then I have one of those massive tight contractions sometimes preceded by a shiver that runs up and down my body. I have also had like a quaking body shudder before on of those contractions. They come on without warning and are unstoppable. I have no idea what they are.

    I have also had a VERY different sensation in my prostate unlike a couple of weeks ago. It feels good but it feels very different, very hard to describe.

    @ineverknew do you find olive oil has side effects of any kind? also more importantly does the device move more easily than other lubes you've tried?

  • I've been fooling around with my Helix Syn off and on for the last year, more off actually due to a proctitis flareup, now gone.

    Most of my sessions have run in the 20-50 minute range, pleasurable but not exciting. I've been using Slippery Stuff gel, no glycerine, injecting 3-4 cc and than covering the Syn before insertion. 

    Well, yesterday I went out and bought some shea butter, followed the advice given here, a couple of small grapes-worth inserted, followed by covering the Syn before insertion. Oh me, oh my. No Super-O but I was at it for two hours, just couldn't stop. I was on fire and on a couple occasions felt like I was about to erupt. Easily the biggest step on the journey so far.

    @bravenworld, funny lol.  @inhope, nope no side effects.  I would say it moves the same as the silicone lube.  I quit the silicone cause some people have said that it might not be the best lube since its absorbed in your anus and not sure about long term problems/side effects.  Never could use water based lubes, they dry up too quickly and most cause the purge feeling.

  • @ineverknew I dont know where you got that info? Silicon is not absorbed in your anus it is only expelled.
    My waterbase lasts for hours even all night if i use a lot but it has glycerin in it so it would give you that purge problem. I have never had that problem. lucky me.

    @Love_is I was asking because perhaps its the lube i was using that was causing a problem or not helping my progress.

    Also i need some thoughts on this: when i tense and get those muscles fighting etc i find another strange thing happening to me.... my erection if i have one (even when super aroused) vanishes! i cannot have both an erection and this movement at the same time yet i see from the videos and people here talking as well, that they have SUPER erections whilst doing them? whats that about?

    Do you guys have zero erection with this method?

    Forget the videos too most people sessions do not look anything like those.
    I would say they where BS but it maybe possible so i dont rule it out completely.
    As long as the lube is slippery and you practice the instructions of this thread you will get somewhere over time

    ok thats great! things shall continue. When you say 'slippery' though i find with shea butter thats its not like this? tried olive oil too and that was like shoving sandpaper up there! i think for this to work it needs to be shea butter and something else maybe? Im use admit, if i imagine a sexy scenario or watch even the most remotely porn related thing i end up just masturbating, i have a large hill to climb with this as i can't get off the frustration of sessions not going anywhere and needing a release!

    Olive oil was like sandpaper??? Hmm.. maybe there`s a difference between regular and extra virgin.
    I got my first SuperO when using 4ml of oliveoil and some on the MGX. Have used it lots of time.

    I used to use a combo of a thin layer of petroleum jelly on the aneros and then covered it with oil, it`s super durable. But stopped since I feel that petroleum jelly could have some cancer"ish" sideeffects. It is after all made from Crude Oil, so I don`t trust it anymore.

    Try some other vegetable oil, but be sure to use the unraffined stuff. Raffined MIGHT not be 100% safe in the long run.

    well when i put the oil on it kinda didn't stay? people don't seem to mention that they use it in conjunction with something else, such as jelly! perhaps shea butter and olive together is a good combo?

    Of course, i shan't mention it again @braveneworld, however i just wanted to state again that i am asking about lubes in relation to the discussion about this technique, i felt that the lube i was using was possibly the reason the muscles fighting over the device were not sufficient enough to illicit pleasure.

    Robert Chesebrough, the man who discovered Vaseline, ate a tablespoonful every day for over 60 years until his death at 96.  So I think it can't be that toxic.

    There is an alternative called un-petroleum jelly that seems to work very well.

    Just had another session just now, 2-3 hour one actually following this guide and found i noticed something different! (i also used shea butter coated with olive oil) i found after a while i felt waves of pleasure, VERY subtle! but for around 10 mins on an off i found i could feel a sort of wave, a bit like the feeling you get when your on y our way to an orgasm (a traditional orgasm)

    I feel like i want to say it was like p-waves except it wasn't intense or amazing, just pretty nice. It would give you a nice smile on your face. Its intensity level was like 20% of an orgasm, it also had a hint of 'coldness' about it? also felt a tingling in my right testicle and a sort of internal shivering around the legs/anus/genitals area. Even now, 10 mins after the session it feels sort of like this, pretty nice inside in that area!

    anyway, looking forward to the next session!

    *EDIT* update, just been sitting here and had the most amazing feeling in my prostate, feels quite pleasurable, bit like a mild orgasm or post orgasm 'warmth' one of the waves made me moan a little! and I'm sitting hours after the session and no aneros in sight!

    @inhope  Sounds like an mini-O ;) Know the feeling.. after your first super-O that "coldness" locally, butterflies in your stomach will be there often during the day. Without the aneros. 

    You`re on the right path, I was there to before it tipped over the edge. Just keep on doing what`s giving you it.  Great guide eh!:)

    @Alex_xxx I've not had a supe-O or or even mini-o with the aneros in, not yet. Only after i had finished did i feel that feeling. The mini-o i had lasted for 5 mins solid then went off then came back for 5 and off again, did that for about 3-4 times.... longer than any traditional orgasm I've ever had.

    @bravenewworld Whats really helped is making sure i don't get turned on! no erection, no nothing. How got to this stage was by me playing on video games whilst using the device! I always thought i had to be turned on or watching porn (many users advised it actually) to help it along? i found it to be impossible!

  • @inhope I have never aneroesed while being young I am 40 so i can not say what it would be like.
    You (me) has to be relaxed. Relax into the feelings down there and all starts however if you add arousal things get more intense, real intense. Nipple play and girls in bikinis type stuff is good for me.
    Arousal does not mean erection, however i had a lot to begin with but they stopped along the way somewhere with practice. Now it  feels like I am getting a erection but in reality it is not! I agree erections get in the way but they are a part of the rewire. The hardest thing to learn is the leting go bit, relaxing into the feelings. Your muscles are always trying to take control. Practice is the only solution I can give. Its a quick dirty path but it is still not instant!

    Its all good! i just had another session yesterday evening, immediate feelings of 'coldness' and shooting nerves that went right to the tip of my penis (i wanted to say shooting pains, but they weren't pains, more just a feeling of nerves firing) they lasted a few mins then stopped.

    Didn't experience a super O or mini O even hours afterwards so wasn't as good as previous session (despite doing it for nearly 3 hours!) i also noticed that i got lot of build up of gas and found i had to start and stop to release it, if you get my meaning... and before you ask, my diet is good, very good actually.

    hahaahaa! of course sir, as does wind! Another thing i should mention is doing this method I've found i gets fatigued quickly/quicker which makes the whole body tired! does this get better/go away? i would like to  go for way longer if possible!

    Did you experience the shooting nerves thing i described? (through your penis?) and should i maybe just do the 'do nothing approach' ? and just let the muscles do things subtly rather than me encouraging 'the quick and dirty path'?
  • @inhope well yes it does fatigue you quicker. This is sort of the point so the muscles start involuntary movements. It wears you out quick.
    I would say mix it up, use this method sometimes and do nothing other times.
    I used this method on and off to teach my body to involuntarily work the aneros. Sometimes called autofuck.
    If you can achieve this then you  can go for hours and if you get tired you just lay there and the autofuck keeps going and just feels nice but not intense. Like a baby sucking a pacifier! You would be surprised how content you feel just in that state.
    Yes the nerves in the penis thing happened on occasion from memory but your journey is in flux. It is always changing so it may or may not go away, everyone is different.

    Hint if you build up gas and you are not using a progasm or maximus push the aneros sideways enough so the air can pass without you having to remove your pleasure wand!

    I do have the in-voluntaries already just not autof*ck, instead its sort of twitchy involuntary thats more subtle than full on at the moment. As I've said before i get the in voluntaries hours/days/weeks after using the device, just in general throughout the day!!

    If i do the do nothing approach, its twitchy etc but after a while i fall asleep because I'm THAT relaxed, thats why i tense to keep myself awake! I'm using the SGX, MGX and the HELIX.

    EDIT: I have a problem. Another session that ended in masturbation with a dull/weak orgasm with the aneros in. *sigh* i think i get so fatigued and too relaxed somehow that i get frustrated i get little out of the sessions just when i think I'm about to feel something and then don't, takes it toll!
  • @inhope: when do you usually start your sessions? late in the afternoon, or morning...or after doing sports?
    i like to do sports right after work (and keep in mind not to overdo it), then have a quick (quick!) shower and start my session. when i already feel tired i drink an espresso.
    being THAT relaxed always ended in a dud.

    i feel like i am back in the game and want to try something out. ive read that most guys here use the holding-contraction-for-involuntaries method. this actually gives me involuntaries as well, but the feeling is never as good as doing a normal contraction with my anal sphincter, add a slight pc contraction and slowly release. when i do there is a certain point i get a tingling in my prostate, so i try to hold this slight contraction for as long as possible. seperating my sessions in "doing-nothing until the urge for doing slight contractions is too strong" and experimenting does help me to find the muscles i can tense voluntary and those who contract by tensing others.

    mine vary but I've done them during the day/afternoon when i can, so I'm not tired or anything but i still get so tired i want to fall asleep when i get too relaxed or also when i get too exhausted/fatigued from doing the contractions
