Questions about Milestones

Hi, I believe I've experienced something recently that can be identified as any one of the sensations below:
    • Intensely pleasurable involuntary clamping that is clearly a Dry-O
    • Extremely intense prostate orgasm
    • Unexpected extremely strong orgasm that knocks the reality out of you: Super-O
    • Full body Super-O

    (from Milestones, Wiki)

The four sensations are really identical. Even after experiencing the similar ones for many times, I can never tell which one of them matches what I had. Are they only different in terms of intensity? For example, an extremely intense Dry-O equals a Super-O. Also, does the full body Super-O here means various parts of body have orgasm simultaneously, such as nipple orgasm plus prostate orgasm plus some others, or because the prostate orgasm is so intense, it makes the whole body involuntarily twitching, which may feels like the whole body is having orgasm but it's actually just the natural body reaction corresponding the high level of intensity?

i would try and stay away from labels in the beginning if your new.  I've been at this for 1.5 yrs and still am not sure what is what.  The important thing is to just enjoy the feelings your getting.

Whoa! Dude, you are over analyzing this far too much! You need to just put your analytic, logical, ego consciousness into neutral for a bit. The written word is far too limiting in its ability to accurately describe the physio-emotional sensations of a person in the throes of an orgasmic experience. As informative as we tried to make the Aneros WIKI, when it comes to describing these sensations, it must be understood that every individual is going to interpret these words slightly differently. We are fully aware of this limitation of language, I hope you are now aware of the inherent ambiguity of the written milestones.

The important thing is to just enjoy the feelings your getting.

    AMEN to that!

I was once where you are, and in many ways I still am. Looking back I was so desperate for those answers looking for some frame of reference as far as what was going to be or was this all there was. In my experience so far, what you'll have on your best sessions will eventually become normal for all sessions. I remember the first time feeling my prostate "thumping" and it only happened on my best sessions, now it starts within 5 minutes of insertion. I'm 8 months in and I've just begun the lightest of anal clamping. Some people start off with success, others unfortunately have to build it. It takes patience and persistence... Just keep doing it and your body will take you places. Think of it as learning a new language.. you pick up a phrase here and there, then eventually one day you find yourself carrying on a full conversation fluently.

Yes - I can agree with the other contributors to this thread.

I find it hard to know what is what, and to a large extent I don't now bother to try to work this out, especially within sessions.  If it feels good, or great, then what does it matter?

In quieter non-session moments, it is however nice to ponder the whole thing - it is a function of having an inquiring mind after all, and it is this thinking that makes the connection with something altogether more spiritual (i.e. experiences way beyond normal, and therefore worthy of veneration).  For me, it IS a question of different intensities of experience.  I have a feeling that we are talking here about a continuum of pleasure experience, rather than discrete entities, and in this way multiple orgasms differ substantially from traditional wet orgasms, BUT there always has to be the caveat that this could change in the future. I never close down possibilities with my thinking.  Thinking should only ever be about homing in on what is happening, rather than pin-pointing precisely what is going on, because the latter automatically closes off possibilities.

Despite my pondering, I approach each aneros session as a new start, with endless possibilities, but without anticipation of precisely what those possibilities will be.  Enjoy every subtle nuance, and every steam hammering orgasm for what they are.  Trying at the time to stuff them into a words that don't entirely fit, will never bring rewards.

I want to organize, categorize, classify, and compare. It's natural for me and it's a professional strength. It doesn't work here for the reasons stated by the other replies. Letting go of that behavior developed into a freedom to let go, expect little, and accept what comes. It's not a bad personal habit actually.

I couldn't agree more Xileh - well said.
