Getting Started Question

Hi guys, i was reading the Alternative exercises on the Aneros Wiki getting started. It says to try an entirely passive role. To get into a comfortable postion in a darkened room and just relax and go limp for around 30 minutes with the Aneros inserted and let the Aneros signal to you by tingling/ small pleasure waves, but not to jump in with contractions, but let the pleasure build. Also it says to try this every day for at least 3 days. Have any of you guys tried this method? After the 3 days do you still continue not to contract? Can any of you guys shed any light on this technique? Also would i still need to be aroused in a mental and physical sense, or could i just lay there and let the Aneros signal to me by the tinglings etc?
Sorry if it sounds my questions sound daft, but i'm not to great at breathing techniques and other such things, i'm not even too great at visual fantasies etc,

Whilst you don't contract voluntarily, but you may find little involuntary movements happening, or contractions that leave you wondering "Did I do that or did it happen on its own?"

Belly breathing, or even whole lung breathing, can help induce tiny movements of the Aneros that spark things off.

The important thing is to be as relaxed as possible and open to anything happening, all the time observing and focussing on any new and pleasurable sensations.
