Spasms! What next?

My best session yet happened two days ago. I inserted the Eupho and assumed my usual position of laying on my back with legs bent and feet flat on the bed. During the first 10-15 minutes of doing contractions and the "do nothing" approach, I had the usual, occasional involuntary contractions, and points of increasing heart rate. I also started to get the "I have to pee" feeling, but I knew that if I had that feeling, my prostate was probably getting good contact too, so this time I didn't get up to use the restroom (I usually do). Then I decided to move my knees inward and outward slowly, and that's when they started shaking. I kept this going so the effect would compound on itself, and soon enough, my whole lower body was shaking like crazy! It went on for probably 45 minutes, and probably longer if I didn't have to be somewhere. It was an amazing experience, but the funny thing is that I didn't feel much happening with the aneros and the rectum-area. Maybe some contractions and feelings of it sliding (rarely), but I never got the feeling of it "fucking me" (to be blunt) that men feel when they have a great session. Is this a sign, though, that I will be getting to that point? I tried to be open-minded and just enjoyed the sensations I was having, but still, I'm wondering why the shaking didn't continue to my whole body.

For those that are curious about my "set up," I first cleaned myself out with a rectal bulb syringe. I internally lubed with 5 mL of Probe Thick and Rich, then lubed my Eupho with some cocoa butter followed by some Astroglide X Silicone. The Eupho is modified; the tail is cut off, and the p-tab is covered by the rubber bulb of a medicine dropper to help stay in place.

That's a whole lotta shakin goin on, strug. Congrats!

The Aneros doesn't have to "fuck" you to generate orgasms. Sometimes it will barely move. Other times it will make a motion like a pointing, rotating finger.

When the spasms start, try changing from the position you described to legs flat on the bed, feet spread apart. Then, increase your relaxation by breathing deeply and slowly. Whatever you do, don't tense any muscles. I know that's difficult. Keep practicing, you're close.

    Best Regards,

    Dave

You are really close. Did you experience any pleasure during the shaking? Sessions come in many flavors, don't be fixated on any particular description you read on the form. It is best to let yourself to go with the flow and let your body take you where it wants to go.

It was more pleasure from the novelty of the experience than actual feelings of pleasure; it's hard to say.

Ok, I can replicate this shakes with the Helix, Eupho, and Progasm. But it's not going anywhere. I seem to have hit a wall again :(

Try not to think of it as having "hit a wall" -- more like cruising on a plateau. Semantics aside, you might want to try changing a variable or two and see if that makes a difference. Sometimes, a change as small as shifting positions can be effective. Or have a glass of wine beforehand, or don't if that's what you're doing now. There must be a thousand tips and tricks listed on this site here and there.

I hope to hear you've made it to a new level, soon.

    Cheers,

    Dave

So this is interesting. I've found that I can assume the same position and cause the same spasms without an aneros inserted at all. I'm not sure but I don't believe I was able to do this at the time of the first post. What does that mean?

I it means you've "woken up" your prostate to some degree. That's progress.

    Cheers,

I've also been able to experience those heavier spasms (very sparingly though) and I don't feel like they help much as well. They are just "there" and it's interesting to see what this little piece of plastic can do but to me they always felt kinda distracting.

Struggler and grayfox, this is stage many guys go through during their early prostate awakening and the related rewiring processes!!! Relax. Allow all this. Enjoy. Listen to all the subtle changes as they occur next...
