Not sure what I'm doing right/wrong

    Hey all!

I'm new to this community as you'll notice. Recently, I bought the Aneros MGX a week or so ago. I heard a lot of buzz about it - mostly as the definitive massager for the prostate. So far I've had 4 sessions with it.

Right now, though, I'm having issues trying to figure out where to go and what to do with the MGX.
I'll categorise the issues I need advice on so it's easier to answer in pieces.

    1. I don't know if I'm even making contact with the prostate. This seems to be one of the most common issues with newbies on the Aneros, from what I've read. My 'sessions' with the Aneros (lasting 2 hours tops) seems to more or less feel like I have something up inside my rectum and...that's it. I'm aware that on the Wiki, instructions and other places, it specifically states to focus on the good sensations when making small contractions. I can't, for the life of me, sense these sensations and I promise you that I'm relaxed and not rushing this. Furthering my confusion is that I'm not even sure if the prostate has ever been swelled up (judging by the various posts I've skimmed explaining what it's like).

    2. How do I vibrate my diaphragm? :( I have some idea - is it like a form of shivering from cold air? Also, how crucial is actually controlling the diaphragm to achieving any sort of output from the Aneros? (This interests me because I notice quite a few sites sell on techniques that improve sex through controlled breathing)

    3. How much noise do you make with successful uses of the Aneros? Is it vital? The times I've let slip a moan ("ugh!"), I've felt what might have been a P-Wave come on. It might be because my body shocked itself from my arousing noise. (The chain reaction quickly breaks afterwards though.

    4. Does the prostate really 'awaken' once you found, how to use it? I've seen a certain video explain why some men just cannot have a prostate orgasm and I somewhat believe it. I suppose it does take 2 or 3 years of consistent use, 3 times a week?

    5. Does experience come naturally with repeated use, or does a lot of effort have to be put into each session to know how to work the Aneros?

You don't have to answer all the questions - picking one is absolutely cool and still majority helpful! They're quite beefy from my anxieties and uncertainties but just answer any way you can.
    Thanks a lot, chaps!

    Hello, DarkEngine.

I'm glad to read you're using the Wiki for guidance. That worked for me 7 months ago when I started. i'm no expert so take the following advice with a grain of salt. By your numbers...

    1. What does prostate contact feel like? You do need to figure this out so you'll know when the Aneros is located properly. If you can reach it with your well-lubricated finger, fine. Otherwise, your sex partner can reach it for you. There are specific P-spot probing devices on the market, too. G-spot toys are similarly shaped. Even a small, curved Zucchini Squash in a condom will work. Once you know what it feels like when the prostate is gently pressed, you can duplicate that feeling with a PC muscle or anal sphincter contraction when the Aneros is inside you.

    2. Don't worry about special breathing techniques at this point. Just breath naturally and evenly. Later, you might want to study Yoga and other breathing control methods.

    3. You don't have to make any noise while using Aneros and if you do, that's all well and good.

    4. Aneros use causes the prostate to "wake up" and become a more consciously connected organ. You'll know when that happens because it will "do stuff" like tingle, pulse, swell, and produce "rushes" even when you don't have Aneros in you.

    5. Follow the Wiki and the various sticky threads about getting started. It takes time and practice for most guys; sometimes over a year. Most Forum members who responded to a poll reported that they had success within 90 days. It took me 2 weeks of 1 hour a day practice every day to get to my first Super-O.

    Good luck with it,

Thanks! That really clears a few areas up.

As luck has it, some progress started to occur before you responded. :P
After looking at The Quick and Dirty path to Super O, I tried the idea of rolling the contractions between PC and sphincter. After generating enough vague pleasure PC muscle began to manoeuvre oddly and feel lot more responsive. In a weird way, it does kind of move in fashion to a belly dancer. The kicker might be that I'm beginning to develop the prostate and the 'umph' factor made with repeated PC rolls is that very gland. Right now, though, it's hard to tell as it might of just been my sex bladder being full from leaving ejaculation out for about 5 days. (As it pumps up and becomes a lot more alert, as you know)

That said, last night I got little to no sleep as I was preoccupied experimenting with contraction exercises - now that I began noticing that something was developing. Freakishly enough, some experiments tipped me pretty far on the pleasure scale. Focusing, and telling myself "this feels kind of good" began kicking the pleasures up a notch. I don't think I've come near anything to an actual orgasm; my stomach, chest and head did pulse and tingle all over right before the reactions died off though, so maybe that was an orgy of some sort? (I sweat a little bit before, too)

Had a shot with the MGX today again. Didn't have any better results - and the anus was repeatedly doing that stinging sensation related to excreting most of the time, which kept getting in the way. (Sometimes it's just there and it's not - emptying the bowls from farts and crap doesn't help) Progress stepped back again to feeling like I had no prostate overall - and maybe it was my impatience and frustration. (Again, though, it was an hour and a half session trying not to expect anything) Need to figure out the feeling of my prostate s'more. I'll get there in the end!

Quick question: how does one roughly do the KSMO? Every time the technique pops up, the method is absent and links for it go to a website that wants payment first before anything other than typical marketing hype.

    Hi DarkEngine,

Welcome to the Aneros Forums, your best source of information for learning about the multiple benefits and joys of using the Aneros prostate massagers. 'ten_s_nut' has given you some good words of advice. I'll add my own short words here. Re:#1. - Don't worry about making prostate contact, it's probably there, you just aren't tuned into it yet. Re:#2 - Good breathing technique helps but it is not critical to success, just breathe well and regularly. Re:#3 - Any sounds you make should just be spontaneous expressions, not forced articulations, even directed vocalization such as KSMO protocol should be relaxed and unforced. Re:#4 - That video makes an important point about the psychological component of any human activity and the effect of intent, attitude and belief systems to fetter our physical response. Hopefully it won't take you years to just " Let Go ! " and allow your body to generate this phenomena for your pleasure and enjoyment. Re:#5 - Experience will come naturally with repeated use, however, using a "lot of effort" may actually be counterproductive. Rather than trying to make your body do something, it is better to allow your body to 'do its thing'.

You've already had some positive feedback from initial Anerosessions, let your body lead you in this sensual journey.

In regards to KSMO, there are several hundred threads on this Forum wherein posters have mentioned KSMO in one manner or another, there are numerous threads here which discuss questions specifically centered on Jack Johnston's "Key Sound Multiple Orgasm" protocol (KSMO) such as Subscribing to the KSMO Forum, KSMO trigger, Click your amygdala forward...WTF???, KSMO questions, Should I buy the KSMO CD or KSMO - what is it? Since Jack makes his living from these sales and his personal coaching services and considering he offers a money back guarantee, including a personal evaluation of your Key Sound enunciation and bi-monthly chat/coaching sessions, I hope you will do the honorable thing by not pirating the knowledge of the Key Sound he discovered and support him honestly.

    You said,

Didn't have any better results - and the anus was repeatedly doing that stinging sensation related to excreting most of the time, which kept getting in the way.

That stinging sensation is not normal and is certainly an orgasm-killer. I strongly suggest you find out what's causing that issue, deal with it, and then continue with Aneros. There should be zero discomfort while using Aneros devices, except for a moment during insertion if you're new to the process.

    Best Regards,
