    After 1 month of waiting, I have not recieved the item/s I paid for.

    Then, I sent 2 emails (one via the website) the other manually to inquire about my order and I get no reply.

    How dodgy is that.

    You are posting in a forum that is supported by virtually thousands of satisfied users. As one of them let me assure you that the Aneros company is run by stand up people. Why you haven't received your order or a reply to your emails, I can't say. I can tell you that this is the exception however, not the rule around here. Have you checked your spam filter lately? Is it possible that you did receive a reply that it was whisked off to a spam folder somewhere?

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order. Frankly, our shipping department screwed up and marked your order as mailed without it having been sent out. It didn't show up in our queue of outstanding orders. We will refund your shipping cost and upgrade the shipping method to Global Express Mail. It should get to you significantly faster than with the Registered option you chose. I see your emails to us. I will look into why your email was not answered in a timely manner. I understand your frustration, thanks for your patience.

    It appears Aneros has serious problems with the shipping department. I pre-ordered the Vice. It was shipped, then a few days later, they shipped a second one. I met the postal carrier and refused the second one. Then a couple weeks later, I received a email saying they were sending me another one. I emailed Aneros support and said "please do not sent me a third one". They stated the email was sent by mistake and I never received it.

    I remember a time early on when I had some kind of issue with my shipment. I just picked up the phone and called, somebody answered, we talked, problem solved. Sometimes we have to do things the old fashioned way. I hope you enjoy your new toys.

    Good point Buster, I think many of us forget that the most direct form of communication (outside of being there in person) is to make a call. I've always found the folks at Aneros/HIH to be courteous and helpful. Of course this may not be possible for those outside the U.S., but for those that are here this is often the most expeditious manner of getting something resolved. There is a tendency nowadays that many of us have to assume that email is somehow infallible. While it is generally effective at getting the job done it is still vulnerable to user error (poor addressing), spam filtering and various other issues that may preclude proper delivery. Despite occasional snafus, I still maintain that this is a stand up company, their response to this individual proves that.

  • I mailed my order on dec22,10 and had not gotten it after a month.. I contacted Aneros and my money order had not gotten there. I waited another 2 weeks then cancelled it and got a new money order and sent it.When shipped I got it in 2days. Great service from the support team there. I have learned now to not sent stuff at christmas time. that old order is probably still ina mail bag. I have also found things in the spam file from here.
