Jen-Mo Acupressure Point

After reading the reincarnated "Male Deer Exercise" thread, I followed a link posted somewhere in that thread to an article about the same exercise. A link off that page to prostrate massage techniques led to some very interesting reading - specifically the jen-mo acupressure point
The Secret of the Golden Flower

I have been trying to follow the exercies in "the multi orgasmic man" about seman retention and not ejaculating when having sex with the wife. For the life of me, I just can't help myself ( I blame my wife) and using all the techniques described in that book has not, to this day, prevented me from ejaculating.
the idea of using this pressure point really intregued me so I deceded to try it out alone before trying it during sex.
I had a wonderful aneros session and decided to put my new plan into motion. I greased myself up from top to bottom and gave myself a wonderful massage working my dick just enough to tease it.
after I could stand it no longer I decided to go ahead and ejaculate. when the moment was right, I used three fingers and applied pressure to the spot.
I could feel my prostrate fighting against the dam I had made with the pressure from my fingers, and my prostrate spasmed and spasemed. I did cum a few drops but that was all, and I have been saving this load up for almost two weeks( can you believe that, but that's another story)

My cumshot generally consists of one major squirt and that's about it. watching those porn guys that shoot stream after stream always made me wonder if they get that intense spasm on each and every stream?
    today, I got my answer
when I came, I got those intense spasms every couple seconds, and was able to keep that going for what must have been two or three minutes. It was just estacy for me to keep it going and going. I'm sure that is what a super O must feel like? I don't know if that qualifys ... I would suppose not as I brought it on through ejaculation, but none the less I would honestly say that in 40 years of jerking off, that was the most intense orgasm I have ever experienced.
I even did the test mentioned in the article and pissed in a jar to see if the urine was cloudy or if it separated when cooled. there was no cloudyness so I am guessing that the ejaculate would be absorbed back into the body.
I did have a refractory period afterward but I did not feel totally spent.

I have never read of this discussed on the forumn and would be interested in hearing if anyone else has used this technique? I'm now very anxious to try out this during sex with the wife.
    She better look out tonight!

Interesting. I haven't tried this but now I suppose I should :-). Since my aneros and anerosless practice started, my ejaculatory orgasms have been phenomenal so it would be interesting to see if this technique improves them. I'll report back...

Thank you for posting that article and your experiences with that technique Thhn. I may just try it next time I ejaculate.

I would encourage you to give this a try... what have you got to loose?
I planned to use this technique during sex with the wife last night, but when the moment came... so did I

    thnn,

Just to be clear, when you said that you "came" did you in fact ejaculate or was this a "dry orgasm". If it was the latter, it may well constitute a Super O. Btw. I and others have discussed the "Multiorgasmic Man" in the forum in the past, and have recommended it as an essential read for those on the multi-orgasmic path. I experimented with Chia's technique for bringing about a non-ejaculatory orgasm early in my journey. At the time it seemed to me like a kind of orgasmic brinksmanship...like edging, bringing oneself to the very edge of ejaculation then attempting to divert onto the non-ejaculatory pathway. Unfortunately I never had much luck with it. (I'm delighted that it appears to be working so well for you however!). My lack of success with Chia's method is what inevitably led me to the Aneros which I found to be a more passive technique. Ironically once I became acquainted with non-ejaculatory orgasms I was able to revisit this method and have success with it.

Regarding the Jen-Mo Acupressure point, this is what we refer to as the perineal acupressure spot (the Sweet Spot) here in the forum. This is the area that the P-tab on the Aneros was intended to stimulate. As I've mentioned in the past, once one becomes more familiar with the Super O it is possible to have orgasms from stimulating this area alone.

Keep us posted on your progress!

there was no question that both of these orgasms were of the ejaculate type. I guess I was just thinking out loud to say that they could have been super O's.
I will agree with you that the teachings in "the Mulitorgasmic Man" seem to be more like edging than anything else. I'm not sure I have really made that much progress with that method, but not from not trying. I have not been able to recover from reaching the PONR despite using all the techniques described in that book. what I found appealing about using the jen-mo acupressure point is that it was a way out once you have crossed the ponr.
I'm 55 and can for sure see a decline in my libido. I feel that practicing semen conservation is more important to someone of my age rather than someone who is in their 20's or 30's. If by using that point upon ejaculation, I am able to recycle my semen, that is at least some sort of victory despite of how good it felt.

I don't understand how the Jen Mo point or technique of pushing on it is different from the point described in Multi-Orgasmic Man. Could you explain the difference?

    Brian, et.al.,

This is correct. I have been experimenting lately with non-aneros stimulation. I have found (much to my delight) that I can, indeed, stimulate myself to the point of dry orgasmic pleasure simply by stimulating, ie. stroking, light pressure/heavy pressure the perineum and the underlying tissues that are very closely associated with the prostate.

This area is especially sensitive and sensitized with a nice erection, which I stimulate prior to applying this aforementioned attention to my perineum area. Starting with an erection, and using contact with my fingers to the perineum (you'll find it to be engorged just like the penis) and the back of my wrist to the head and shaft of my penis, I can really begin this process. During an erection, slide your fingers down below your scrotum and you'll feel that the "root" of your penis is erect almost to your anus. This area is extremely sensitive and can be further excited with pressure on both side of the shaft. If you feel a little deeper on each side of the shaft in the perineal area, you'll find that it is very stimulating to the prostate.

This is also when the excellent anal muscle control that I've developed over the three years or so of Aneros use come it. By contacting my anal "core" muscles, I can bring extra pressure against the prostate and this is thrilling.

Gents, give yourself a try. The perineal area is one that I believe has been overlooked as erogenous zone by many. I have gotten to the point where along with my anal contractions, I experience full body organisms bordering on Super O, wave after wave, without my Aneros.

The really great deal about this is that it greatly enhances my reaction to my Aneros use. My Helix has never been better than it is now that I'm aware of the power of educating my perineum.

    Hello thhn,

I've read about this technique in a book about Tao Yoga written by Mantak Chia, and I tried it a lot of times.

Me too I think I'm feeling less exhausted after having an orgasm when I apply it - it's as described in the book: The less energy/biochemical building blocks your glands have to use up refilling the storage, the more energy/chemicals can be used by other systems in your body.

However, I find that having to focus on blocking the "hose" during orgasm is distracting. Being able to control it from the inside via muscles would be cool. :)

The first couple of times I tried it I had a hard time finding the right spot to press on. Good to know that this is exactly the sweet spot the aneros tab is supposed to touch. Thanks for mentioning this, BMayfield!

I tried the technique once when having a super T with the Helix, but it didn't work.
  • I'll put in my 2c worth. Having tried it, though successful, I don't think it is a good idea to restrict the flow this way as it stresses the plumbing! So on the occasions I accidentally go over the edge, I prefer to relax completely, take deep breaths, and allow myself to ejaculate just a little (three of four gentle spurts). After a long session of multiple extended dry orgasms, we become so charged that we can afford to spend a little now and again.
  • Sounds great thhn! Keep pushing the boundaries!

Might anyone answer my question above? (I don't understand how the Jen Mo point or technique of pushing on it is different from the point described in Multi-Orgasmic Man. Could you explain the difference?)

Better than pushing on this spot to stop orgasm is training your kegel muscles to do it by squeezing them when you would push on the point. That's what I'm doing now, masturbating to the point of ejaculation and then fighting the contractions. I hope to get closer to having a dry orgasm this way and is a technique more easily used during sex... but actually that just begs the question; is stopping the contractions a good thing? Because when you push on the Jen Mo point (if I understand it correctly) you still get contractions, just nothing comes out if you do it right.

I think what you are saying, about nothing coming out is exactly right. I have read the multi orgasmic man and I don't recall reading about that technique? maybe I just missed it. I picked up that info in the link from another thread. I don't think pressing on this point will stop the orgasm, it just stops you from ejaculating and extends the orgasm. my understanding of it was you are retaining the semen and letting your body absorb it, thus not losing the energy.
I do think the multi orgasmic man is more about training your muscles (and mind) to avoid ejaculation and thus leading to full body orgasms

So... what do you think is better? Jen Mo (contractions, no semen) or kegel squeeze (no contractions, no semen)? All I know is that I was feeling some strong P-waves the night of using the kegel squeeze. The night I used Jen Mo, I didn't feel P-waves, but that's probably just a coincidence. Maybe I need to experiment with both.

I feel the jen-mo method is a last resort if you are trying not to ejaculate. I was using it when I had the intention of going for a super T.
In the big picture, it just another arrow in your quiver.

I've been having my loving wife massage, twist, pull, rub, otherwise stimulate my perinium, penis, scrotum in all sorts of delicious ways. We try to do this every night. Like I said, I tried the Jen Mo point a few times, once successful, once not (possibly pushing slightly in the wrong place) and because of that small error, I realized it might be easier just to squeeze.

SO! Last night I did the kegel squeeze too early a handful of times (interestingly enough, there are points where I would spill semen, but have weak, easy-to-control contractions), finally I got to that point where I had to really concentrate not to allow involuntary contractions to spill semen. After squeezing for maybe 10 seconds, I let go and the contractions continued for a few more seconds, but nothing came out! I don't think I've ever experienced that. What I realized is that maybe I need to squeeze just long enough to stop the need to ejaculate, and then let go and relax as best as I can to allow contractions to continue. The hard part is knowing when to let go... but now I feel like there's no such thing as the point of no return. I feel that I can stop involuntary contractions at any time, possibly because of a strong kegel muscle, *shrug*.

Did you have a refractory period using this method? When using the jen-mo point, I always seem to have one just as if I had ejaculated

I will get back to you on that for my next session (usually my wife and I stop after I really get to the so-called point of no return) but right now I'm pretty sure I didn't have a refractory period. I think this because any movement my wife made on my penis was still felt and still enjoyed (unlike being completely unable to feel any sexual stimulator with the refractory period.) I can make certain of this next session.

You should read (and even re-read!) the MMM (multiorgasmic man) book because it might clear things up for you that the website (first post link) may or may not say. I'll try to explain everything I can think of that would be helpful to you... and that I remember.

Injaculating (as the website describes it) or retro-ejaculation will cause a refractory period, a shorter one than normal ejaculation. Retro-ejaculation is like saving 50% of your sexual energy as opposed to losing 100% of it. You can tell if you retro-ejaculated by peeing into a clear cup (as the book and website suggests, wait for semen to settle) to see if your pee is milky (contains semen). What you really want is to totally avoid having semen come out of you, of course.

i could retro ejaculate and still can just by tensing my pc muscles very hard on last few seconds before coming i think it does nothing and can even cause problems i stopped around time i started using aneros as i became more concerned about my health after researching the matter

Yes Toker, I'm also concerned about that. Do you think that's a reason to use Jen Mo and not Kegel squeeze? Also, I've been using the kegel squeeze and find that I can get to some kind of orgasmic point multiple times (that half-second pleasurable sting before ejaculation). What I need to try is going one step further to the point of no return. Also, what about using the kegel squeeze *before* the "last few seconds" you speak of? I guess the real question is does kegel squeeze prevent ejaculation/retro at all? I'll see if I can find out for myself.

I used this technique again last night and pressed on the point just before I reached the point of no return (sooner than I had been) and did not have an ejaculation. I was so close to the edge but the feeling completly went away. Not my erection, but I eneded up not having any sort of ejaculation.
Don't know if it was a fluke thing or what?

Thhn, maybe the goal is to get to the point where you start having involuntary contractions. The real headache is that semen spills out before the contractions (for me at least). Mother nature really did us in, f**k... maybe you need to be pressing on the Jen Mo point just before the ejaculation, then continue stimulating till you get contractions.
