Continuous sensations-will they stop?

I use the helix and have been using it now for at least 2 years. I used the helix last Sunday night and have noticed something unusual and wanted to see if anyone else experiences this. I have not used the helix since last Sunday but the sensations in my groin will not stop. They especially move (like my muscles are moving in my rectum) when I sit or lay down. It almost feels like the aneros is still inside (aneros-less sessions). Don't get me wrong the feelings are nice but at the same time they can be annoying especially when I am working or trying to concentrate on something else. I know this is something I brought up here on the website about (chair / car gasms). These seem to be endless at times.

From what I have read here it seems that most of you have control over this? Am I wrong on this? It seems that what is happening I have not control over. I was laying in bed the other night on my right side and I thought my rectum was going to jump out of my body, that was how intense it was. The rest of my body was NOT in the mood and I wanted it to stop. That particular night I just wanted to go to sleep.

    Anyone else have these issues?

I had that happen pretty regularly over 2-3 weeks - they'd come out of the blue - but recently I've been able to control them better. I can call them up when I want (without Aneros) and if one surprises me and it's not a good time or place I can get it to stop. Good luck - enjoy them when you can ...

How do you control them? I have not been able to do that yet. They do feel good and I guess you can say that I am not complaining but would like to be able to call them up and stop them at will.
  • Hey, guys,

I would call these sympathetic contractions. As you develop both the physical and mental "muscle memory" required of a true Anerosian, you may experience these sympathetic muscle contractions from time to time. I know that if I've been particularly active with my toys lately, like right now as I type this, I'm going to experience them. I believe they are natural, not at all harmful, and I actually enjoy them.

What I have learned is to either discourage or encourage them. I often get them in the morning before dawn, warm in bed, and I take advantage of them as a huge headstart towards a nice aneros-less outing. Other time, I guess I've been able to suppress them and not let them bother me. Perhaps that comes with practice as well.

In any event, I really don't have a solution for you other than to stop using your Aneros for a while and see if that makes them diminish for you over time.

    Good luck.

Rather curious that these waited until two years of use to pay you a visit. I take anything like that as a good sign of better things to cum. :)

I agree with Cockadoodle -- go with the feeling and build some nice p-waves and a mini-O. Enjoyable and a good way to allow your brain to get what it's craving. If you've got time, chain on additional orgasms and see what develops.

OTOH, if you really want to kill it, hop in the shower and let cold water blast on the base of your spine for several minutes. (standard antidote for a priapism) That failing, a small cold rectal douche should do the job. Avoid a warm or hot shower which will probably rev it up.

I often wonder if while we are rewiring and feeling these great sensations, that we might be screwing up nerves as well.

I have never experienced what you have, but often times after a session, I feel the effects for a good hour later. There are times that I may get an anal thumping, or even a jolt through my body (such as we feel in sessions), but nothing too distracting.

I have had subtle movements off and on since using the aneros. Lately though the sensations happen anytime I sit or lay down and are constant. It doesn't matter if I am in a car or sitting in a chair. The only time they don't bother me or I don't feel them is when I am walking or standing. Don't get me wrong the sensations feel rather nice and have gotten very aggressive at times but like I said there are times I would like to be able to stop them until I am ready for them start again.

I just recently purchased the progasm and anxious to see what that does since these have gotten more intense and aggressive.

What you describe was how mine started but as time progressed they get more frequent and they last longer.

I was using them quite frequent and was having some intense sessions and then I did back off on using the aneros so they would settle down since my mood has changed this week. The odd thing is that here it is Saturday and as I sit here and type the muscles and energy are moving. The last session was a week ago?
