  • Hi!

I ordered my husband the aneros. We are open and enjoy anal play but I wanted him to experience more that I was able to give him. So I ordered him an aneros. I loved the health benefits which is something he also needs. However, like most first timers, he is having a hard time learning how to use it. For instance, I have read that he should contract his muscles, then I read where they should be "voluntary" contractions. Which is it?

I told him that this may be something that he wanted to experiment with on his own. But alone time is not something he has very much of. I enjoy anal play with him but I am afraid I will be in the way. We have had intercourse with the aneros in and I definitely noticed harder than normal contractions. So any advice for us lady participants would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
  • Welcome to the forums!

There is more than 1 technique. It is recommended that your hubby starts to make light contractions. Once his body is ready the involuntary contracts will start by themselves at which point one needs to be carefull not to overpower these involuntary contrations with the voluntary light contractions one is making.

On the other hand some users simply relax breathe and do nothing! the body will eventually take over, but it doest always happen.
  • Great thank you! That sounds easy enough :D

It isn't but practice is the key. Over and over and over again. From my own experience, I would suggest that you could help things along by giving him 30 minutes to relax, do deep breathing and generally adjust to the Aneros inside him. Let him start the light contractions without you and then you come in and start teasing him for all you're worth.

Pay particular attention to the balls, nipples, chest and sides of the stomach but do not touch his penis. Very light contact on your part, suggestive language and maybe even his favorite lingerie will get him focused on feeling aroused with the Aneros as his only outlet. Remind him frequently to take deep breaths, relax and search for the sensations coming from his prostate.

    Good luck!

All good advice as my wife is able to launch me to new heights this way. However I would also recommend in addition that the pace of the movements be VERY slow. Allow him to savor them and for his body to respond as you slowly explore these areas.
  • I would suggest that you hold him and stroke his body as he is trying out various techniques. I have found that I can achieve incredible results without even using my aneros by lying with my wife and hugging and fondling her while she sleeps. The contact of my flaccid penis in her ass crack while she sleeps and I am contracting my anus and pc muscles will send me into incredible non ejaculatory orgasms. I would give anything to have my wife involved while I was using my aneros. I am sure that if she were tweaking my nipples or holding my balls, or gently squeezing the corona of my penis ... I would go over the top in record time.
