Have i Awakened my Kundalini?

At the turn of the New year i was bordering 16 stone. i am 23 years old, and basically i was experiencing what i thought was heart faliure or somthing. This prompted me ito losing weigtht, i am now boardering on 14 stone now, hoping to get to 13 1/2 stone. Basicaly i thought i was dying. As it turned out, i wasnt. But what was it that was causing it (obviouasly thanks for the wake up call, before somthing WOULD have really happened).

As i did more reaserch, it turned out to be anxietey with occasional small panic attacks which seem to be getting worse, and i seem to be losing it somewhat. I nearly cried at work the other day because it is getting worse. plus the ever threat of redundancies means i must get out of there. Clear my head and get another job.
But sometime back in march, i was getting headaches (kind of like how old wolf had described, not painfull but you feel like your skull is going to explode from inside out- i still get them today just not as bad.
I think thats when it hit me (i may have unleashed the serpent at the bottom), ive become more energy sensitive now, i can feel enrgy moving and circulating around my body. I now constantly wear an Orgonite pendant (possibly the only thing holding me together right now).

But the funny thing is, if it is Kundalini. If i had a choice to go back to how i used to be, or sit it out and see what happens, id rather sit it out. Im not religious atal, but ive become a very spiritual person.
Im convinced it is the Progasm that has done it to me i had a few super o's with the MGX before i got the Progasm and i was fine. If that is the case then perhaps the manufacturers should carry a warning for the Progasm? (like: Caution, extended usage and prolonged orgasmic states can result in severe mental and psychological changes)

Either way, i think i really need to talk to someone as i really do feel alone alot of the time now.
I dont think anything is physicaly wrong with me, but from what my body is telling me. Ive definately got issues, one way or the other.

Any help is appreciated. Im going to book apointment about the Anxiety (i wont take pills as i think itl make me worse, i really just need someone to talk to like a counselor or somthing).

    Johntrevy,

Anxiety is literally a killer with the effects it produces within the body (high blood pressure, heart palpitations, adrenaline surges, etc.). I’m glad that you are addressing it by booking the appointment to discuss the situation with a qualified therapist. I suspect this will greatly help you. Obviously, the job situation is stressful, I’m glad you’re also being pro-active in seeking another job now rather than waiting to get the official notice of termination. This action is also a positive affirmation for you taking control over your life in addition to controlling your weight.
Here are a couple of thoughts to perhaps help you get ‘grounded’ a bit. If you are concerned about Kundalini energy, perhaps refraining from Aneros usage for a period of time will allow this energy to dissipate until you feel more in control of the other stressful aspects in your life. Begin practicing regular meditation sessions in lieu of the Aneros sessions, this will help you deal with the intense physical and emotional feelings associated with your future Aneros sessions.
Perhaps you could also join a local group of yoga practitioners, this is an excellent form of low impact exercise that will aid in your weight control, help connect your mind and body in beneficial ways and is very stress relieving as well.

Um, im extreme rare cases where there was somthing wrong with the body to begin with. But it is generally ststed that anxiety is NOT life threatening mental illness.

    johntrevy,

You are absolutely right , "anxiety is NOT a life threatening mental illness." I should have been more careful with my wording. What I should have said is that anxiety produces stress and it is well known continued high levels of stress are damaging to the human body, even to the point of causing death (heart attacks, stroke, failed immune systems, etc.).
It is in the interest of avoiding stress that I sincerely hope you can resolve the anxiety issues as quickly as possible, so you can return to full enjoyment of the Aneros experience.

    The simple answere is yes.
when you opened the first chakra you allowed a fresh stream of energy into your body
Even opening the lowest chakra will stir up energy all through the body.
Particularly the mind will be stired up. Old memories will resurface emotions that were set on the back burner.
Be careful how much you bite off at once friend.
I had the same probs as you by the way.
continual weight problems..loss. And moodyness to put it mildly. If your careful it will simply come down to a healing crisis and you will find yourself becomming far stronger mentaly and phisically as I have.
The effect on stiring up the mind is what is most important to keep tabs on.
This is why i had a fit over the girls bein present with guys using aneros and opening their kundalini.

I'm sorry Tiphereth, I saw your post here early this morning and decided not to reply because I seem to upset you, but now that I've read it again I feel I need to ask you about your last statement.

I have a husband that I'm encouraging to start down the same path that you're on, not to mention sons of my own, and sometimes I need help understanding the male psyche. If it's possible my husband may end up dealing with some of these same issues I'd like to be prepared and able to help him if I can, so I have to wonder why the mere presence of a woman is so disturbing. On a message board I'm easily overlooked or ignored, but here at home hubby will have to deal with me day in and day out; do you think that will become a problem as time goes by?

If this question bothers you please feel free to ignore it, I'm not trying to irritate you or cause problems, just trying to learn from other's experiences. Thank you.

johntrevy: Your self diagnosis, speaking energetically, sounds more like kundalini syndrome than an actual kundalini rising. I agree with rumel's thoughts. Also, hug a tree, that'll ground you like no other! :)

Also, I feel that orgonite pendants, or anything that keeps you 'together', are crutches. It should be a temporary fix. The sooner you can get 'normalized' and function without one, the better.

buttercup: You are fine. You have just started this, and have only had, what, one session?? Even if your husband does "end up dealing with some of these issues", which I highly doubt, you two have already dealt with so much together, it should be easy cheezy. Heck, you might even have to deal with these issues before he does! (again, highly unlikely!!!)

If anything, this milestone is a ways off, if it happens at all.

Meditate and ground. There are a bajillion ways to do both.

I would like to hear what artform has to say. :)

I think ive got a lot of emotion blockages. because i seem to not be able to cry anymore unless i force myself to. Plus the headaches i get seem to go awy once ive been able to cry. So perhaps there is a alot of sadness in me. Which makes sense as i was bullied at school, girls tend to avoid me because im not outgoing about my sex life ( Im a virgin and i need to feel like im in love before i can even consider losing my virginity) and my beliefs. Im not asking for sympathy, its just how it is.
Its hard when most of the people i am around dont understand me, and think i should just lose my viginity to some slut (why?i need emotional release, not sexual).
Its too easy to say that its all in your head and you are imagining it, when someone is not going through it themselves. The kind of girl i would need would be someone who is going through the same thing. At the moment i dont even talk to girls anymore because quite frankly in the back of my mind ive given up.

Does anyone have any tips for clearing these emotional blockages?I know the root poblem is personal, ut there must be somthing to get me on the right track.

    Hey J.T.,

I am not a doctor either and I really feel for you going through this. What I have experienced with people going through similar situations is that people that have never gone through it just don't understand how powerful it can be. I would get yourself a good therapist who can help you with these issues. There is certainly going to be a way through, you may as well try to make it as painless as possible.

    Take care of yourself.

Thanks Rumel and Buster. Its funny that as soon as i forced myself to cry, my heache went away.
strange eh??As for prolonged stress killing you slowly. Yes, i agree. If the spirit is hurt, the physical body becomes hurt. I think that as long as i dont spiritualy give up, i can never die. I would defiantely be dead by now if this happened 5 years ago (i wasnt clued onto this stuff atal then, and confusion would have got me). The whole awakening journey started 4/5 years ago, but at the turn of this year it just seemed to accelrate.
Good job i know what im dealing with for the most part.

EDIT:Note to Aneros company, i really think some kind of cautionry notice should be placed on Aneros packaging or, even better the site itself about possible Kundalini awkening. and possible long term implications. yes you may lose a few sales, but Kunalini awakening/Syndrome is a very serious matter, and not everyone has the will to be able to deal with it. After that, it is of course "use is at your own risk". Some people may say "Enhanced awareness, id like a crack at that".

Please tell me if im wrong.

Trevy, the emotional blockages will dissapear when you bring a satisfactory close to the process that caused the emotion(Energy). it's supression that realy makes the block however because it is memory(Containment).
You realy dont have to force yourself...it's easier to just let it happen ...so just be watchful.
Be honest with the emotions you feel for they are truth even the negative ones must be acknowledged ...then you can decide your own ending or begginning.

    J.T.,

Over at the KSMO site, Jack spends quite a bit of time talking about these "emotional furballs" that come up in practice. He addresses them head on. It is very important that you deal with them. It just makes sense that you do. The Aneros chat session this Saturday is going to be talking about KSMO so hopefully you can be there. I would think that an Aneros chat session would not be the place to get all of your answers, but if you get comfortable with the concept you can jump over there and check it out and spend a little time. The blogs have quite a few entries of people who are dealing with their own "emotional furballs".

    I really hope that helps.

I cannot answer conclusively for you if yours is a case of full blown Kundalini awakening. My gut response is no, though your issues maybe energetically related.

I have experienced something of what you are describing at an earlier time with the Aneros. In my case, after stopping use for some time and consciously avoiding contractions at times other than when using the Aneros, things settled out for me. You may find that you can resume, as I have, in the future without these issues being a problem.

There is an excellent forum run by Bob Boyd at:

    http://www.kundalini-support.com/index.html

Bob is an all around great fellow, very helpful, and generous with his time and energy. He is also very knowledgeable, having had an active Kundalini for 40 years.

If you have concerns and would like to get some sage advice, please do not hesitate to give him a buzz on the forum.

Thanks for the link, looks like ive found somewhere who could give some answers for sure.. Im going to see a doctor on Thursday (I wont be getting any medication if i can help it).
Maybe it isnt full blown Kundalini, but i sure do show the symptoms.
But one thing is for sure, is i am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks :(
  • johntrevy

Sorry to hear that you are having the issues with panic attacks. I think conventional medical attention is a great move. Don't completely discount the anti anxiety drugs available. You can get very quick relief and perhaps break the cycle of those emotions. I have suffered with anxiety and depression at times. I have used some of the anxiety drugs and have found them useful at times. Like you, I don't want to be dependent on stuff like that. On the other hand, I think it is helpful to feel good sometimes just so that you can remember what that feels like and be able to get back to that. Just my two cents...

I have also used something called CES, or Cranial Electrical Stimulation for anxiety and depression. I have to say that it is pretty effective for me, though your results may vary.

    http://www.mindalive.com/2_2.htm

I am not a medical professional, and I do not have a fully awakened Kundalini, but I have experienced pranic or energetic phenomena so I have an idea of this sort of thing. If you would like the Kundalini issues dealt with, Bob Boyd may be able to help you.

Best of luck for in your search. Please check back and let us know how things are going. :)

    Kind regards,
    TLR

TLR, I could not have said it better myself. I have experienced exactly that as well. Hopefully J.T. will find some relief after his appointment.
