PC muscle exercise with ANEROS??
  • Does any one know if this is a good excersize substitution for the PC muscle? I really want to shoot my load farther than normal and I get bored with clinching my anus with nothing in it. SO I thought maybe I'll have fun and gain pleasure while using the aneros, but I just am not sure if it is an effective way to get this damn muscle worked out? Anyone have experience or testimony to back this theory?

Helpful answers would be greatly appreciated!

While a PC workout is not my particular application of the device, I would say that the Aneros can definitely be approached that way. I should mention also that I have seen posts from users in the past who have reported increases in the power and length of their ejaculations. Naturally, some of this may be due to the increased volume of ejaculate that is produced as a result of the massage of the prostate and the seminal vesicles .

    Check it out!

Actually, I had a session last night that proved very positive. not only did I have multiple waves of pleasure but i did hold out and did find myself shooting farther than usually. Thanks for the info!

Hi, You can look at this site:

I have it and it seems to work. It has been discussed in the forum:

I like it and continue to use it but how much time do you really have to PC exercise exclusive of other things: work, commuting, cooking, spending time with loved ones, exercising the rest of your body, etc? Keegles can be done anytime anywhere. I like that the gizmo focuses on keeping a tight clinch and therefore (at least theoretically) greater strength and stamina. But I can also take a minuet while doing anything else several times a day and get the keegles done.

It seems more to the point that getting the blood flowing in the pelvic basis is helpful in general. The Aneros does this. Whenever I finish a session I feel much more relaxed in my pelvic basin and lower back. This is true even if the session is not stellar in terms of sensations. And this relaxation is what seems significant to overall health and the pelvic basin specifically.

One last thing that someone in the forum suggested, and I have not read it so I cannot say anything about it, is a book by Dr. Wise: A Headache in the Pelvis. It may or may not be helpful.

    Good luck,
