Shakes...Good or Bad?
  • Thanks Darwin for the suggestion of the soft palete nursing (SPN) technique. It has produced amazing results for me yesterday and today. For something that takes about 2 minutes to learn, SPN is truly remarkable.

And that brings me to a question for those who have reached the Super-o:

SPN ramps up the prostate pleasure feelings (and it works every time) to the point that I have uncontrollable shaking of my upper body when the pleasure gets to an intense level (usually SPN 2 times gets it to this level). Depending on the situation and position I'm in, the shaking can go on for anywhere from a few seconds to more than 5 minutes. All this time I'm trying to keep the pleasure feeling going, but I eventually lose the battle because of the intensity of the shaking. This happens both with and without the Aneros. The shaking also causes my muscles to tighten up in the abdomen and pelvic areas.

So here's the question: Is the shaking something I should encourage or should I try to keep it from happening? It is reasonably pleasurable (and probably a great aerobic exercise...I'm out of breath on the long ones).

I've seen suggestions on the forum that the thing to do is draw the pleasure up into the upper chest area, but with all this shaking going on, I don't have a chance.

If the shaking is to be avoided, how do I do that? It is very intense and starts on its own every time I get to a level of high arousal.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all.

    Thanks.

    Hey Rivendell!

I also use SPN (Soft Palete Nursing) and it's a great tool!

I have been having Super-Os for a while now and never have the Shaking that everyone describes. (proving you don't need it to do O's)

Although, I would LOVE to have them! I consider them neither good nor bad, they just are??? I say if your body wants to give you the gift of full-body Shaking... embrace it with open arms!!! I have found it is best to just make friends with all these wonderful new feelings and let your body have its way with you!

Then I always tell all my new friends, thanks... Nice to meet you... hope we can do this often??? LOL!

    Hi Hlaser99,
Ive been having super O's now with and without the use of the aneros. Theyre fabulous, in fact theyr'e so good I only masterbate occasionaly, usually once a month. I would like to know how you do the SPN. as I use nipple stimulation. to enhance my pleasures. Thanks Jason

    Hi,

When I started out with the aneros, I had some major shakes too. Now I get a lot of movement within my pelvic region. Sometimes when it's rocking I find myself just a humping. Each session is also quite different. I will have the hip movement using the mgx, but not with the euphos. I like when I had body shakes. It was really enjoyable for me! Sometimes it could be erotic. The first time I started to shake it scared me at first, but then I knew it was important to the whole journey and went from there. Peace, Nood

    Hello Jason.

The Soft Palete Nursing (SPN) technique was explained by darwin on October 12, 2006, and there is a thread by that name (soft palete nursing). Right now it's near the top of the second page of recent forum topics.

In my short time on this journey, SPN is the most amazing thing I have discovered. It works every time to ramp up feelings of pleasure, with or without the Aneros. I tried SPN at a traffic light yesterday and before it turned green I ended up having an abdominal spasm and 3 quick spurts of "pre-cum" (that's never happened to me before). I was feeling in my pants to see if it was real as the traffic started to move.

And although it seems to work every time, when I'm able to get it just right, Soft Palete Nursing is like having a direct line to the prostate to set the level of pleasure however high you can stand it. I think of SPN as the handle on a faucet... with pleasure running out of the faucet... turn it up as high as you want.

Darwin mentioned "dropping your jaw". I think that should be emphasized. After holding the SPN in place for a few seconds, drop your jaw about 1/4 inch and the feelings will be multiplied. Drop it 2 or 3 more times and it's unbearable.

And that's what prompted me to start this thread about shaking. With Soft Palete Nursing, I went from "not much going on" to "so much going on I can't handle it" in one day.

Thanks again to Darwin for making me aware of SPN. I'm forever indebted to you. Somewhere I read the comment that SPN can be used in place of the Key Sound of KSMO to achieve arousal. I like that idea since the Key Sound is difficult to do when others might be around.

I would be very interested in knowing if Soft Palete Nursing works as well for you and others as it has for me.

Hello Rivendell. I've had body shakes everytime I've used the Helix. At first I thought that was the orgasm. For me, the more I shook the more I was able to exert some control over the shaking. At times it was uncontrollable thrashing on the bed. It left me exhausted. I found that if you start to shake, let it happen for a moment or two. Then stop, and make yourself relax again. Chances are you will start to shake again, but keep stopping it and starting over. Try to keep the shaking centered around your hips. If you do that in addition to SPN you may reach a new level of pleasure. I did.

    Hey Jason!

I would tell you the same thing as Rivendell's post about Darwin's earlier posts (that's where I found this little nugget!)... Also the post by about thumb sucking is a great way to start the practice: also by Darwin!

I often use nipple stim and SPN together too! (whatever gets you goin'!)

I am also using KSMO (multiples.com)as a way to broaden my experience base and KSMO, along with the great support of Jack and others on the web site!

KSMO is also enhancing my life in a natural and kind of spiritual way (check it out?)... (Anerose and KSMO are very compatible and several people from this site frequent there, as well!)

I find that the shakes get in the way and go no where - it is an unique experience but I end up tired and drained if I let them run their course.

Also, I believe that the tension in the muscles they create dilutes or "blows" the pathways to the Big "O". Whatever "charge" you may have created in your nerves as you look for the Big "O", it gets "neutralized" by the shakes.

The term "orgasm" gives us all the wrong idea...tension, build-up, intense peak, release. That type of process is what we tend to look for but it seems the Big "O" does not work that way...

All the veterans say it is the relaxed state that moves you toward the Big "O". It is all about small, slight sensations and relaxing.

As soon as the shakes start, I relax as much as possible...my journey has progressed more since I started relaxing at the tension rather than pursuing it as the beings of an "orgasm".

    Hop that helps.
