Anerose and KSMO...
  • Hey All!

I have a question to B. Mayfield and others that have come to use the Anerose method of MMO's after going thru Jack Johnston's KSMO method???

There seems to be a slow trend in some Anerose threads lately... People are saying they are practicing KSMO, in addition to using the Anerose. Curiosity got the better of me also, and I have started the process of learning J.J's "Key Sound" approach to MMO's (multiple male orgasms).

    My question is:

Can the Anerose and KSMO methods be used successfully together simultaneously, to complement each other??? If not, what benefits can be drawn from each seperately???

    Thanx,

    Hlaser

in my case, i dropped the aneros and switched exclusively to KSMO.

i did so for two reasons. one, because the aneros aggravated a pre-existing pelvic-pain problem. two, because i was frustrated by the aneros, gaining in desperation and never ramping up past the phase of having some good feelings and some leaking.

a few months after switching to KSMO i had my first minor-O's, and progressed quickly from there.

i recently returned to the aneros, trying a brand new eupho, and it felt fucking great. i'll be giving more reports of that in the future.

my suspicion is that "out of the box" the aneros hits some men's spot just right and they ramp up very quickly. others of us need to work on "the software" as B Mayfield says. KSMO is a very good way to go for that.

people have asked how does KSMO and the Aneros relate? here is my answer.

first, going into KSMO with Aneros experience i believe significantly improved my KSMO learning curve. As B so cleverly put it, the Aneros is like "tantric training wheels."

second, i did not use the aneros while i trained for KSMO, so i don't have personal experience. but, my suspicion is that if you insert the aneros and then just forget it, KSMO will only be enhanced. on the other hand, the aneros technique of concentrating on holding varying levels of contractions to bootstrap the involuntaries would definitely be counter-productive to KSMO. KSMO uses a different method of bootstrapping (or amplifying) involuntary contractions and pleasure: vocalization, relaxation and breathing.

I have been recommending KSMO to guys who are stuck or frustrated because it helped me out of that rut. but, as i have emphasized in my RELAX post, to get unstuck, you need to move out of desperate bullying and into self-aware relaxation. that is the KSMO specialization.

My experience with KSMO was to some extent the "flip-side" of Darwin's. Although I was not totally satisfied with it on its own as a means for attaining the Super O, nonetheless, it gave some essential tools to work with in developing my chops with the Aneros. In the same way that the Aneros is like tantric training wheels the KSMO can be said to be a breadth requirement in ones Super O exploration. For others (like Darwin) it can be much, much more.

As Darwin has said, there are some individuals who have connected with the Aneros right out of the box, while others require more time. The same can undoubtedly be said for KSMO. This is one reason that I've suggested that people be open to everything!

The one thing that I can say, without any equivocation is that these two methods ARE complimentary in many respects. The techniques that Jack discusses in preparing for KSMO sessions alone, will be invaluable to Aneros users, particularly those who are unfamiliar with more passive states of awareness. Whether one is using these methods simultaneously or not....there is something of value for everyone.

Long ago I posted a response to a user who was complaining about being stuck and feeling stalemated, suggesting that he consider mixing it up a bit. Mixing it up constitutes....stepping out ....trying something new.... new techniques, combination of techniques...new ways of thinking. KSMO falls into the latter.

As I said recently, ..it's my belief that the KSMO will emerge as a terrific piece of "software" for many people,.... for others it will be an entire OS !

    Check it out!

Thanks to Brian and Darwin, for your great replies to the Anerose and KSMO questions! (I posted similar questions on Jack's site as well...)

Darwin, please let us know if you have any success doing KSMO and your Eupho together! (Details, Please!!!) I have more of my Super O's with my Eupho also... Something about shape and positioning or something???

I have been thinking: "Maybe start out with the KSMO and when you get really cranking ... just add the Eupho and blow yourself into MMO Land??? Oh, Well...might work???

I am another user of the Aneros that combines it with Jack Johnson's KSMO technique. I started out with the Aneros first and had some okay experiences, but not what I was hoping for. Then I found J. Johnson's site and began using his program. That's when things really took off for me. I was enjoying multiple orgasms with the KSMO alone. It's been amazing. I was not using the aneros for the first year that I was using the KSMO. Then a while back I started incorporating the Aneros with my KSMO and it's taken me to new levels. I feel that the KSMO helped me to be in a place where the Aneros can work much easier for me now. They are not in conflict whatsoever. They work wonderfully together as tools that help us achieve multiple orgasms. I definitely recommend exploring both. My sessions usually include both the aneros and the KSMO together now. They are both excellent tools.

    Hi Cory!

It's really nice to be able to go to both forums and feel at home, isn't it??? It is obvious that the Anerose and KSMO are capable of giving us multiple orgasms, but in different ways!

Do you start out with the Anerose or the Key Sound? Could you tell us how you incorporate the two? (I guess ... I mean: Could you give us a detailed description of one of your average sessions, using both the Anerose and the KSMO procedure???)

I myself am very interested and I am sure others are, as well!

    Thanx for your input, Cory!

    Hi Hlaser!

Yes, it really is fun to find these discussions on both forums. I'm glad we are all here to support and learn with each other.

When I use both the KSMO and the Aneros together, I don't really make it a habit to start with a particular one first. I do like your idea though... of starting with the KSMO and when you get really cranking add the Aneros and blow yourself into ecstasy! : )

I guess I do more or less start with the KSMO during a session, though it's not a rule. The thing with the KSMO is that once you have practiced it over time and gotten comfortable with it like it's second nature, I find that it's easy to incorporate into whatever else you are using. Sometimes I've started them both at the same time. In general though I do find it helpful to do the KSMO for at least a few minutes first and then add the Aneros. That has been what's really helped me to be more sensitive and successful with the Aneros overall.

During a session I will enjoy the Aneros and every once in a while I'll use the key sound. I'll use it every few breaths while continuing to contract the Aneros. There may be times when I stop the key sounds and just continue working the Aneros. Then after a while I use the key sounds along with it again during the same session and it starts to amp me up and take me to new levels.

Of course like everyone says, I find that relaxation is the key. I usually have a great session with mulitple orgasms once every few weeks. My body is not always ready or willing more often for some reason, but when it gets in the mood and wants those multiples, boy oh boy! The sessions that give me multiple orgasms go on for hours and even days when they happen. I can feel them starting sometimes without even using any techniques. Just thinking of them and getting aroused is all it takes to make the good feelings start. That's when I know that I am "ripe" for a great session and I use the Aneros and the KSMO.

What has been your experience with the Eupho? I've been using the Helix lately and I love it. Do you recommend trying the Eupho? I'd also like to know what your opinion is of the "Slightest Touch". I'm considering trying that product as well.

    Thanks for your input, Hlaser.

I'm looking forward to hearing more of your experiences.

    Hey Cory!

Cool, you just seem to let your body tell you what it wants, eh?

I have recently noticed that my non-Anerose orgasms, which I have been having for some time, are shockingly similar to a KSMO session! Yesterday a.m. I started having mild O's in front of my computer, as usual, and I noticed my natural response was to moan in a way not unsimilar to the first part of the key sound! I then started doing key sounds and had a great session for an hour or so!

I am a novice at KSMO, but I feel that my body had already started me on that path, but I didn't know what to call it??? (I had been calling it "Chair-Orgasms" for lack of a better name and just let my body dictate whatever it wanted and it felt so good, I was happy to help!) A gift from nowhere!!!

Your combining the two sounds really great! Sounds like you are getting a handle on what works for you??? Getting the good feelings or Echos without trying is the way mine always start. And I also can tell when I am really ready for a good session from these! We are all different, but in some ways we are all the same???

I also like my Helix sometimes, but I seem to get more super-Os with the Eupho for some reason??? To me, it seems more versatile in its movements and just plain hits the right spots more often...

As for the S.T., I occassionally pull it out of my tool box for something different. It seems to put me a little more higher up on the ready-to-rumble feeling? As a matter of fact tho, sometimes it seems to be a little over-the-top in this area for me??? (maybe too ready, so much so that I have to disconnect it to ride to a Super-O???)

The thing is: Now and then I have to re-visit my tools and often find they are better than they used to be, based on my experience on the "journey to bliss"...

If it were me deciding on the S.T. or Eupho...I would go for the Eupho... just me!

    It's been interesting talking!

    Oh Cory!

Forgot to recommend the post by B. Mayfield, "I SING THE BODY ELECTRIC..."

It's a great read and he seems to have gotten much more that I from the Slightest Touch!

    Hey Hlaser,

Thanks so much for your post! Like you said, it is cool to hear that others have similar experiences. It's neat that you too have those feelings of mini O's just by sitting in your chair. I first started experiencing them by "happy accident" years ago before I found any of these wonderful new tools. One day I started feeling an orgasm happen just by having my penis pressed slightly between my legs. I knew that I was experiencing something different as I was not quite aware before of our ability to have a hands free, internal dry orgasm. I loved it so much. I started experimenting on my own with putting slight pressure on certain points of my penis and groin area. Over time I had some really great orgasms that way once in a while, but they were fewer and more far between. Then years later when I decided to do some research on the internet and found "multiples.com" it really opened things up for me. Those KSMO techniques were just what I needed to fully open that door and have me experiencing long, multi orgasms. I had owned the Aneros a couple of years prior to finding the KSMO, but had not had the experiences with it that I now have thanks to the doors opened by KSMO.

Thanks for your input about the Eupho and the Slightest Touch and for pointing out B.Mayfield's post about it. It all sounds great. From what you describe, I think I'd like to give the Eupho a try.

It really is great to connect with all of you guys here. To know that we are experiencing similar things on this new journey. This has been a long time in coming. For men of this present day to open themselves up to these expanded places in their sexual selves. There are still so many men who are not even aware that these types of orgasms are possible. I'm so happy to be part of it all. It really does bring a smile to your face to say the least.

Happy continued journey to you! : )

    Hi Enemagra,

What seems to have helped others in your situation is to add the KSMO practice to your efforts!

It can be found on multiples.com and the cost for the seminar on DVD is about $29 on the site and I got mine for $19.95 on Amazon.com??? This also allows full-access to their excellent web site and great Forum...

I am enjoying it myself and it is ramping-up my sessions quite well!

    Just a thought???

You must buy the DVD seminar and follow the disk's instructions for registering with the code given on the disk.

You'll then be able to practice Key Sound with the Disk and access all the stuff on the site after registering.

I was just reading some of the stuff in the multiples.com-site. I just can't figure out what that "key sound" system is about. What do you do, quite practically? Using sound? Is it like singing or what?
I got my Aneros just two days ago. Have been trying it three times now, and could not get any immeadiate great experience from it yet. But I will keep practicing.

    yeah, the site is confusing.

in a nutshell, the KS is a kind of one-breath moan. the audio seminar makes it clear.

it turns out that if you do the KS every few breaths, each time you do it (when doing it right), your arousal ratchets up a notch, leading, with practice, to dry whole-body orgasms.

as with the aneros, once you're "wired" from the KS, you can go into orgasm mode pretty much at will, even without the aneros or the KS.

    Very well said Darwin!

I was searching for the correct answer, but you said it better than I could have...thanks. (you have been into KSMO for a while...I have not)

    Thanks for your reply!
I suppose the KS is something, that does not require any special skills? I mean I am not a very good singer, but could propably moan well enough...
Maybe I should give it a try.
As I am quite new to Aneros, do you think it is alright to start with KS, and try to learn with both of them at the same time?
I now understand that I should be patient, but at the same I would like to put as much effort in it as is reasonable. Maybe I have to approach it like meditation, and not like a physical exorcise.

KS does not involve any special skills. you just have to learn it by following Jack Johnson's protocol.

both the aneros and KSMO require your body to become neurologically senstive to new pleasure stimuli (aka "rewiring").

the two methods complement each other well.

yes, it is similar to meditation. in that case, you are training your body to become deeply relaxed. here you are training your body to become relaxed and sensitive to new sources of pleasure
