Body Shaking/Impasse- Now What?

I've owned the Aneros for over a half a year now, and am still stuck. I can't seem to find any answer on the forum here for my dilemma. I can reach a point in my aneros sessions where my breathing will speed up, and whole body shaking convulsion start taking over my body, particularly in my legs and arms. It feels like the tension builds to a climax with the aneros, but then my body can't hold the contraction anymore and the anus muscles relax to a "released" position. From reading posts here, it seems as though the body shaking is a key part of the super-O process, but for me it seems to short circuit any contractions that I can get going. This has been going on for many months now, with no progress or any sort of pleasurable/orgasmic feelings, although the sessions are relaxing/erotic in a mild to nice sort of way. What specifically can I do???? Believe me I 've tried every position, technique, vibrator, porn, relaxation suggestion in this forum...

The orgasm and 'body shaking' are two different things. I've had quite a bit of success with the aneros and it's helped me achieve some incredible full body orgasms, but they have not been accompanied by convulsing and shaking as some describe. As the waves of orgasm increase my breathing gets heavier, but I've never had any kind of shaking of the body. Don't get hung up on that shaking aspect of it. Take it easy, remember to relax and concentrate on feelings of arousal.

    P.S. -

If I am understanding your post correctly, it sounds as though you are using some very strong contractions therefore pressing the aneros into the prostate with a lot of force. If that is the case you are actually inhibiting your chance to build the orgasm. When you start to feel sexually aroused and turned on, use some very soft contractions. Almost like a teasing. Only when you start to feel orgasmic feelings start to build should you use use much stronger anal contractions to put more full pressure on the prostate. If you use the strong pressure before you feel the sensations start to build it will most likely chase them away.

Sometimes trying too hard is a trap. It took me a couple of years before I had any kind of multiple orgasms using the aneros. So don't give up. Using the aneros in combination with the techniques from "multiples.com" has helped me a lot as well.

    Hmmm...
No, I'm definetely not using strong contractions. Once I get a nice loop of involuntary contractions coupled with breathing (either that or I just try and hold a low level contraction for as long as possible), the shaking starts to take over. It seems like its induced by the aneros, but always ends up short-circuiting the process. Really, I've tried EVERY suggestion in this forum, none seem to make a difference in sensation or arousing feelings, so I really feel I don't know what to keep doing and what to ignore or eveen what I supposed to feel at all. Ziltch, nada, zero...

I guess I’m going to be the odd one here. I have the MGX, got it back in January. I have gotten pretty good at the SUPER “O” also. I twitch, shake, rattle and roll when I have a super “O”. I do get the feeling in my groin as though I’m about to have the largest and most intense orgasm in the history of mankind. When they start they just sort of roll on one after another, one starting before the last one has ended, from less than a minute to 10 – 12 minutes per. A good session will last from 45 minutes to 2 hours+.

I would say you need to pay real close attention to what you are feeling in your prostate. Don’t try too hard or try to force a super “O” because it just won’t work at all. My best way is to get ready by cleaning, lubricating and inserting, then move to the living room and watch TV turned to something that is pretty much mindless lean back and enjoy. I have done this during Hockey, NASCAR races and currently during the late replay of the Tour de France. One fine way to spend an evening at home.

    Well,
I wish I could pay attention to what I'm feeling in my prostrate. Unfortunately, I can't feel anything in my prostrate at all, I wonder if I even have one LOL... I bought the MGX about the same time as you in January. The only response, which is pretty big, is body shaking and convulsing, but again, nothing pleasurable or interesting or orgasmic. Perhaps I'll try watching something boring, like a long sports game or movie. Usually, I try to watch porn to heighten my arousal level.
