what a dilema
  • I am sitting here reading posts and really want to get a session going yet I am very sore from my couple hour attempt last night. The toilet paper at work is sandpaper and have some slight bleeding from the outside of the anus do to harsh wiping. Should I use some neosporen?

If you're experiencing a tremendous amount of discomfort from your session, the chances are that you need to modify your technique. Bleeding is a definite indicator that something is not working for you. I don't know whether you having a prexisting condition that might have precipitated this (hemmorhoids), or if you've worked the Aneros by hand, or if this is simply a result of high intensity contractions applied continuously over the two hours. Whatever it is, it's time to regroup and take stock a bit. In the meantime, go easy with the wiping, and carry your own t. p. (something softer) to work with you!

With respect to the use of Neosporin, I'm not a doctor, so I can't really advise on this (doesn't seem like it would hurt though...frankly, something that was applied as a balm such as Prep H might work as well). If your bleeding becomes yourself a favor and get it checked out by a doctor promptly!.
