I thought that I should share my experience of last night as it took me over the threshold and introduces other possibilites that I have not seen recorded in any of the threads.
After sufficient lead in time and progressing through regimes that by now we all hopefully understand to focus and relax yet maintain a level of stimulation, I arranged myself in (by now) a highly aroused state (yet without an erection - I had begun with a raging one - Aneros lubed and inserted) on my back, knees drawn up and feet flat on the bed, legs open but not wide. (As in five minutes to one.) My intention was to take the pressure off the sides of the handle of the Aneros (Helix) by pulling my buttocks apart gently a 'liberating' my anal sphincter. What I did next was the bit that really took me to a new place. I reached down between my legs and with the middle finger of each hand (two 'outside' fingers tucked in held by thumb - index finger - free) I drew the skin along each side of the perineum towards the base of my penis. This had the effect of letting the abuttment reposition itself and increased the tension on the area of the perineum itself. Within a matter of minutes my, by now swollen, perineum started to rhytmically contract from the sensations being generated from the pressure on my prostate. My index fingers, very lightly touching the perineum (still maintaining the tightness with my middle fingers), picked up the random contractions - I then arched my back very slightly so as to push my butt downwards and bring the end of the Helix handle just in contact with the bed (whilst not breaking the sensations with too much pressure) to increase the pressure on my prostate - all the while keeping the self induced contractions going - and after a short while I started to fly! (Sexually speaking!)
The answer I think was that I was not pushing against or putting direct pressure on the perineum itself to destroy the sensations generated by the Helix but rather letting the tab find its place to best advantage. The effect was wonderful and I guess because it was something new it was extremely intense. I really thought my way into it (sensate focus) and my whole 'being' was centred on waht I was experiencing.
There was on other aspect that I changed from my 'normal' routine. I diluted the lube that I normally use (similar to KY) with the lighter version of KY as I thought the free movement of the Helix internally might be greater - and I think that was a key part of the experience.
Hope you manage to follow all of this and if it is of interest - try it! I would welcome any thoughts about it or experiences you might have if you decide to try. I will take questions! Let us all know.
    Enjoy! - I certainly did!

So basically you stretched the perinium tight and that helped mobility and focus, right?

    Flesh Joe,

Yes. But I made sure that I did not 'destroy' the involuntary contractions, hence the idea of drawing it at the sides (and pulling up each side of base of penis root towards base of scrotum) taking care not to press directly on the face of the perineum - but rather along the inside 'crease' where the top of your leg joins to the perineal area. Flesh Joe, although it may not have increased the mobility of the Helix, (which I find can be achieved by pulling the buttocks slightly apart and placing a pillow under the base of the spine, leaving a gap from butt to bed) it did improve the sensate focus as this is directly drawn to and centred on the palpitating perineum - so the involuntary contractions feel really strong. Additionally, because your fingers are in very close proximity to this 'action' you can ever so lightly touch the perineum with your free index fingers and appreciate the rhythmical contractions in a tactile way and that in turn adds to the sensory experience. The effect (that I described in the thread above) of moving the handle (by arching back to move butt down) towards and touch the bed, does slightly inhibit free movement but does transmit pressure to the prostate. (This last as in Aneros instructions I think) The resulting sensations, in turn, increase the contractions in the area around the prostate - and so it all goes round in a circle - the sensations increasingly building on top of - and provoking and bouncing off each other.

I have since indulged in this approach again, and this time because the tension was so intense in my perineum - the prostate obviously swollen by the attention that it was being given - I began to strongly massage my perineum, in strokes, one hand after another (ends of fingers together) from the abuttment tab point towards the srotum. If you follow on hand after another (i.e. always one or other in continuous contact with the perineum) this creates a milking sensation as you draw out precum and then eventually prostatic fluid. For me, this provoked an incredibly strong and vigorous erection and with, by now, the focus shifted to penile centred stimulation. By this time there was no going back, and I had to sate my concupiscence (lust!) - (I do quite like the word though!) by devoting an albeit relatively short, but mega-intense period of time with my Fleshlight SR. With the Helix in place to keep pressure on my prostate and the abuttment tab pressing in the other direction, my hugely intense orgasm sparked off a strong and copious ejaculation.
This 'type' of massage technique is something that has its roots (along with other Tantric methods) as a form of Lingam Massage (Masturbation). (Lingam being the Sanskrit word for the male sexual organ.) For those who have interest in this and want to consider all the possibilities (particularly as they are dealing with ideas that can be realised with an Aneros device) and are really at the centre of what some call 'dry' orgasms - go to
[i:migrated]http:www.whitelotuseast.com and choose to look at
Lingam Massage (2 pages), Erection (11 pages), Sweet spot massage (3 pages), MultipleOrgasm (6 pages). The site also considers among many other topics, Ejaculation control, Female Orgasm and Female Ejaculation (Amrita).

The Sacred Spot page in particular draws attention to the idea of the "Hidden penis" - one third of the penis being buried in the perineum. It explains why prostate massage is pleasurable and deals with what they describe as "Ejaculation reflex sensation". This is the specific and very feeling that the Aneros is trying to create and I quote it in part.

"Despite this restriction," ... (it is describing not being able to touch the prostate directly) ..." the lobes of the prostate are highly sensitive to pressure. An array of sensations may be produced by pressing, rubbing or by means of stroking the gland through the rectal wall. The most profound of these feelings is similar to the sublime sensation which is normally felt during ejaculation, as the prostate begins pumping semen."

Sorry for droning on, but all is gained from the attention to the detail - hopefully it may help to add to everyone's knowledge - and sorry too to anyone who has a handle on all of this already!
Enjoy! - we all need to derive the most intense of experiences possible from our physiology that can offer us opportunities to develop these sensations to the full!

first thing, sorry for my bad english... I have aneros standard model since few days, and I've not reached any orgasm. I got a lot of milking fluid only, with aneros in and wearing underpant, trying to push it out, as I have to evacuate. But this means to have my but hole quite open for many hours!

See STICKY above - 'B's Key to the backdoor.

I suggest you read this with a view to understand the type of contractions that you have to make. Although 'pushing' forms part of the regime with the Aneros - you should not try and 'hold' this pushing for a length of time. I am not a health professional but am aware that you could provoke haemorrhoids if you persisted with the practice you describe.
I am sure that if you read BM's Bee-Line and adopt his suggestions, you will find a way through.
    Good luck!

  • Hey Carlton. Thanks for the tip.
I am a newbie and have asked a few questions on here as I was not really getting anywhere. Well tonight I was taking Mayfield advise and not spending too long in 1 session. Just before I stopped I tried what you suggested. Well, I had involuntary muscle spasm and for first time could really feel my prostate being massaged. I had violent shakes through my abdomen all the way down my legs and a huge erection.

It felt really good but there is more. I could feel it right inside as if it wanted to explode. Unfortunately I didn`t get any further. I know I was beginning to try to force it so I stopped. Any pointers as to how to proceed to the next stage please?

Glad to hear that you are making good progress towards the sublime!

I have been wondering how 'newcomers' could move faster towards achieving a 'Super O'. I now use a variation of the method that I have described above and find that I can now provoke a 'Super O' within a very short while of inserting my Aneros. I recently returned to my MGX and it was after inserting it that I discovered how I could bring about this swift success. Success that persists too (3 sessions so far) with the Maximus that I have just received but more of the Maximus later.
First I ensure that I insert more lubrication than I have used hitherto - about 6ml. I now use ID Glide. I find that the Aneros really has to be able to float freely to create success. As with all sessions it is essential that you are in a sexually responsive state so that you can place your prostate at the centre of your sensate focus. Lying on my left hand side, left leg out - right leg drawn up, I insert the Aneros most of the way in, then contracting my PC muscles, let the sphincter slowly draw it fully in. This for me is a particularly intense sensation and with the Aneros fully drawn in creates a tension in my perineum. I move onto my back and place a pillow to support my lower back and another for my feet - with my legs drawn up as described in earlier threads, but at 'ten to two'. What this means is that the perineum and butt area is over a space created by the two pillows. I ensure that the perineum abuttment tab is situated within the 'million dollar point' and (prior to insertion) that the tab is free from lubricant. I go through a very short period of relaxation making sure that the I am comfortable and the upper part of my body supported and begin contracting my PC muscles. Following two or three minutes of this, now with tension in the perineum, I place my middle finger of my right hand so that sits against the perineum tab and continue my contractions. After about another five minutes with the perineum even more tense and swollen I begin to press my finger into the 'million dollar point', this makes the abuttment tab move further 'in' against the prostate and with a mixture of voluntary and involuntary contractions the sensations are exquisite. I arch my back, raising and lowering my butt from the pillow. My finger feels the involuntary contractions at the abuttment point and I can now press harder (not pressing the Aneros itself though) into the 'm.d.p.' About twenty minutes of this and now able to remove my finger, the sensations send me over the edge and I can maintain a state of many consecutive, then rolling (one on another) Super Os. This 'folding in' or overlapping of orgasms is what makes the experience so delicious for me. Such an experience, that I don't even bother to count numbers any more - moving away from sense of (male) performance - rather, shifting into a more detached (spiritual, perhaps) space that flourishes on the awesome nature of the pleasurable experience.

This technique is somewhat at odds with the idea of the Aneros being hands free but the use of my finger does not interrupt the free movement of the device itself. What it does provide for me is a surefire way of moving directly to the rewards that the Aneros has to offer. I would be interested to know if anyone else (particularly newbies) find that they can achieve success using this technique. So many threads from 'newbies' express disappointment that I feel any encouragement that reveals directly what we are searching for, will spur on those yet to cross-over to Super Os.

I now enjoy a Maximus with great success - particularly with this regime. The Maximus offers a 'fuller' feeling internally with increased pressure against my prostate. It presents a more aggresive tab to the Helix, and one similar to the MGX. I think (for me) the extra pressure of tab and Aneros body provide the necessary trigger for orgasmic release.

I no longer finish every session with a penile centred orgasm as the sense of invigoration from dry orgasms of Super Os leave me feeling elated. However, when I do stimulate my penis after many Super Os, my erection is particularly vigorous, the sensations extraordinarily intense and the resulting ejaculation, extremely powerful, longlasting and very productive.

Long post but I hope this helps those that are new - and those 'closer' to the edge.
Enjoy the journey - and the destination. Keep on travelling ...

  • Hey Carlton,
Thanks for the indepth answer.. Now for another question. After laying on my back as you suggested I then turned onto my side. The usual position and had real trouble feeling anything, and yet as soon as I laid on my back again the response was immediate. Now I must be doing something wrong not to feel the same as on the back ?

Also I asked a question that Mayfield wrote about valley breathing and vibratory breathing. Do you know how to do these?

A bit of a guess - but you may be short on lubricant internally so that when you move position the Aneros fails to come into contact with your prostate when you apply contractions. Clearly it is working when you are on your back. You should find that either side position will let the Aneros do it's job, but it does have to be able to move around freely to react to your voluntary contractions to generate involuntary contractions.

The breathing exercises that B F Mayfield refers to are I think based on Jack Johnston's KSMO (Key Sound Multiple Orgasm) technique. You could look at his website - enter 'multiples.com' on yahoo and you will pick it up. Choose 'Orgasms continuous wave' on the homepage and you should find an explanation. I think B F Mayfield explains them (?) in his abriged Bee Line.

I should add a line further to my most recent post above. I have had success too, for the first time using the arousal technique I described but in a kneeling position with upper body supported on pillows - very different but equally wonderful! I can recommend it for a change!

So Calton, lets see if I understand -- you add pressure on the perinium with a right hand finger. You do not press on the Aneros tab itself, instead you put your right hand finger to the right side of the tab and press directly on the perinium? If yes, I must try that tonite. I've been away from using the Aneros for a week now, so there should be quite a buildup of sexual energy, lets see if I cant cause something exciting to happen! :)

Forgive me for not responding sooner. Calton has it right, the term “valley breathing” is something that I picked up from Jack Johnson several years ago when I was at the beginning of my own journey to the Super O. Although I no longer use this term (I believe Jack has dropped it as well), the concept of using this kind of breathing to generate sensation, has remained with me. Valley breathing is really belly breathing , particularly breathing into the lower abdomen. As contrasted with normal breathing that only involves the expansion of the chest cavity, belly breathing involves the deep expansion of the abdomen.

Of course, one is not actually taking air into the abdomen, …it’s really about opening yourself up and filling yourself energetically. The vibratory breathing that I’ve discussed is based on this belly breathing (holding lower abdominal expansion) and then voluntarily making small very subtle in-and-out contractions of the diaphragm….almost as if one was sobbing. When doing this in conjunction with anal contractions one can produce some very interesting results.

These techniques can be used for anything from generating pleasure waves, to anal involuntaries to taking a Super O into a more global (whole body) realm.

In addition to the great tips that Calton has offered, I would also strongly urge you to consider the use of visualization. As I’ve said countless times, the use of erotic mental imagery can often times actuate involuntary reactions of the body that would be difficult to coordinate cognitively. All of these physical techniques that have been put forth are great, but don't dismiss the mental component. If you've not done so already I suggest that you read the first post in B's Best of Bee Line .."Arousal and Generating Sensation with the Aneros"

Just to clarify the position for your finger - not to the right or left of the tab (this may push the tab sideways) but rather on the scrotum side of the tab and dead centre. In other words just touching the narrow edge. What you are doing is adding more and spreading pressure alongside the tab so it is important that you are effectively pressing on the 'million dollar point'.

Although I 'discovered' the sensations that this technique produces for myself, I was naturally curious and have researched what is happening physiologically. (I was aware of the possibilities of the perineum in a broader sense). I found that a similar technique (pre and without Aneros) is part of an established method for the generation of multi-orgasms (dry orgasms) based on a 'triangle' of fingertip pressure on the 'million dollar point'.

An interesting additional thing to try whilst doing this is to apply a bit of pressure with your left hand on the area (central) just above your pubic bone. You now are pressing on the prostate from all around. Ever so exquisite for short bursts of ecstasy. Ensure your bladder is empty first!

Hope everything goes well for you FleshJoe. I'm sure you will enjoy it!

B F Mayfield makes a good point that may not have been explicit in my posts that tend to deal in detail with the physical aspect of things. There is little sense in just trying to promote all of this in purely physical terms, the experience is all the more stimulating and enriched by the mental engagement that visualisation offers - wise words as a reminder, BFM. The way to the real rewards of sexual stimulation and satisfaction comes via the brain and not directly through your pants!

  • Hi Carlton and BF Mayfield

I seem to losing the gist of this. Let me explain

Last night I again chose the position mentioned by Carlton. On my back with legs at ten to two. Great sensations built up very quickly, but were they sensations of an involuntary nature or my own doing?
I find it very difficult to determine whether they are correct or not. I get to the stage were my legs and abdoman are shacking voilently and the aneros is contracted without releasing causing my prostate to feel an enormous pressure. The trouble is it is very tiring and this is were I can not workout what, if any, I am doing right. Trying to relax is hard through the constant shaking. Breathing becomes irregular and the the contractions seem to become one constant contraction. Oh and one huge erection.
I feel I have reached a certain stage but that is it. I do not feel fulfilled or satisfied. I must be doing something wrong and trying to mentally focus from the inside is near on impossible with all what I am experiencing. Advise would be appreciated

I am sure B F Mayfield who has longer experience than myself with MMOs will probably be able to throw geater light on what you say but I make the following observations based on what you describe, and in light of my own experience.

You should be able to separate the involuntaries as these are provoked by your voluntaries. My interpretation from what you describe is that you are getting to, in conventional penile orgasm terms, the 'point of no return' but are failing (in dry orgasm terms) to tip yourself over the edge into a Super O. Once you provoke a Super O, (I find) - provided you keep the tension going, they start to roll on from one to another. Remember, the feeling will be different to an ejaculatory orgasm where additional pleasurable sensation is provided by the seminal fluid being dynamically released into your urethra and being forced out of your penis by involuntary muscle spasms. It is the latter part of this action (dry involuntary spasms) that you should feel as you experience your Super O. Another indicator as to how close to the edge you are coming to a Super O is the arrival of a sudden and vigorous erection. The 'bulb' of the penis sits in your perineum very close to the 'million dollar point' and when the muscles begin their involuntary spasmodic contractions the nerve endings react and venal blood supply from the penis gets shut off, forming (often) unusually strong erections. Conventionally, (wet orgasm) this is what should be happening at the height of ecstasy.

You sound as though you are at a point where the development and utilisation of skills in visualisation as suggested by B F M would help you through. But you need to adopt the technique throughout the whole session - not 'scramble around' in trying to sort it out in your head as things begin to happen! This is all about sensitive and careful control - not a 'wham-bam'.
You do describe that you have tried visualisation but you may want to re-look at how you can make best use of it.

I experience the shaking too, and understand this as a reaction to the sexual tension that the body is generating. This is not something that is exclusive to this type of stimulation, I often react in this way with sexual stimulation (without Aneros) that is particularly powerful. I have seen it too with female partners as they become highly sexually charged - and very often prior to their orgasms. I have alluded previously (as has B F Mayfield recognised) to experiences/sensations that are similar to those that one can compare to female orgasm - particularly with the technique I have described that involves arching the back and raising the hips (the lower abdomen) in a thrusting motion prior to and to enhance a Super O.

I hope this helps you manage your experiences so far and helps you move on to success. I am sure that BF Mayfield has further points that he will want to raise to support you on the way forward.

Thankyou for your reply,it is very helpful in my quest to achieve the big O.
You mention and I quote " point of no return" feeling towards a super O. Could you explain the feeling that you experience compared to a normal penile orgasm? and do you suffer fatigue like I descibed?

    thank you again

    virginsoldier -

The 'point of no return' to which I refer above, is in the context of 'penile orgasm. When I go over into a Super O, the involuntaries sweep into spasmodic palpitations in the perineum that form the contractions that one feels when having an orgasm conventionally, but in a Super O are (for me - and others by all accounts) vastly extended in number and time. The action of the pressure on the perineum and particularly the 'million dollar point', as in tantric practice, suppresses the 'point of no return' so denying that ejaculatory sensation. (In an ejaculation, as I'm sure you are aware that is the sensation that is felt at the start of the 'explosive' release of the seminal fluid from the prostate i.e. when you know that regardless of anything - you are going to ejaculate!).

This issue of fatigue is not something I have experienced as I find that Super Os leave me feeling invigorated, probably due to the release of chemicals into the bloodstream as a consequence of the orgasms themselves. (The same chemistry (obviously) that leaves us happy after intercourse concluded by orgasm - no need to discuss these here - unless you want to!). I would have thought if you were an active fit male you should be able to overcome the fatigue factor.

You might find a herbal preparation that is the answer to this (fatigue) issue but am not sure if this forum is the appropriate place for me to make suggestions of this nature. You could consult a professional in this area to best advise you.

    calton

  • Carton

I believe I must be patient and take more time. I do achieve the shaking but have not got to the stage of point of no return. As such I feel that the fatigue must be caused from me either expecting too much at this early stage or unwittingly forcing the feeling to get to the point of no return.
After each session I feel that I am getting somewhere and look forard o the next session. On the otherhand also feel frustrated which is probably one of the problems

    thanks for your reply

Don't become too frustrated - I am sure that you will get there shortly. Be aware that you don't want to over-contract your PC muscles - remember the Aneros instructions about finding that point where you are just holding on to it. Perhaps if you are over-contracting this could be the reason for your fatigue - and why you are not having a Super O. Keep in mind the advice that B F Mayfield has in his many threads particularly those that refer to voluntary/involuntary contractions. Remember too, that over-contracting can 'kill' an involuntary.
Once you start having Super Os you will look forward to the next session with even greater expectation!

    Virginsoldier,

I suspect that you're over-doing it just a bit. Consider paring down your sessions to around 60 to 90 minutes. It's easy to get inundated with thoughts about all of these techniques. With respect to fatigue, it's a very common side effect for newbies who have the mindset that they are going to force a Super O. Too much contraction, too much effort,.....impatience, frustration... and it's game over. You may want to consider adopting more of a "beginner mind" and backgrounding the techniques for a while.

Concentrate instead on generating arousal. I posted previously about using visualization. When doing this it is important to explore many different types of mental images, there will be some that are productive for you, while others are not. So play with it. If you can develop images that you find exciting, try encouraging them with gentle, subtle anal contractions. Let sensation be your guide, using techniques in a subtle way, pausing to be observant of the results. For instance, the onset and release of a contraction may afford you with different sensations, don't ignore either of them. Being mechanical and systematic is the essence of a penile orgasm. Conversely, it is the undoing of a Super O,... so don't go there. One of the reasons that the Do Nothing Approach produces results for some, is that ones mind becomes passive as they sleep, and in this way the body is able to respond involuntarily to the stimulation of the Aneros. (Not that I am in agreement with this method as a short track to the Super O, as very little is actually learned in this way). But what it demonstrates to some extent, is that our bodies know the way. So consider being less directed, less cognitive, more subtle.

Also, be aware that visualization is not just about coming up with some terrific fantasy in your head that gets you hot. It's about what you do with the arousal that is produced by such fantasies. It's about forming a mental image of the sensation (that you are feeling) and magnifying it with mind and body. For example, see (in your minds eye) sensation growing deep within your lower abdomen like a spinning ball of light, tickling your rectum, anus and prostate. Feel/see it grow larger, subtle anal contraction hold...feel/see it grow larger still...release contraction (not completely) and feel/see a higher intensity of sensation. Next you try a subtle rectal contraction (pushing out) and at the same time squeezing in with an anal contraction....you see the ball of energy compressed slightly....now you release all and see the ball swell to even greater magnitude. As it grows you feel these sensations surge in your abdomen and soon thereafter a feeling of imminence develops (Calton's point of no return approaches). Several more contractions, you tell yourself you're coming, you get more excited still, you see the ball of energy encompass your entire pelvic region, now you visualize yourself coming.....you are coming!

Does this really work? Well, yes...I actually just came as I wrote it...so it does. (lol) But it can work for you as well.

Dispensing with our preconceptions about what constitutes an orgasm. Exploring without expectation. Being open to new and undiscovered sensations. Allowing our minds to become passive so that this long hidden orgasmic pathway may emerge. This is the journey!

Trust B F Mayfield's sound words. You may also take comfort from the technique I now use in regard to contractions and is alluded to obliquely in B F Mayfield's post. I begin by trying to provoke involuntary contractions by applying a bare minimum of tension with my volunatry contractions. Perhaps because my body has 'learned' what to expect this is proving to be a highly successful way for me of bringing on Super Os.
