I own both the SGX and the EUPHO. I get no response from the EHPHO so I'll direct my post to the SGX.

I have been using the SGX for about 1 month now. I have tried all of the methods listed in the forum. Here is where I'm at...

I get no results from the "Do nothing" method. My sessions are always about two hours. The only way I can get stimulation is to lie on my back with knees up, feet on the bed then grasp the curly handle and wiggle it with a vertical up-n-down motion thus alternately pressing upon my prostate and sweet spot. using this method I can get what appears to be the threshhold of a full-O. My entire pelvic region tingles, my penis and scrotum shrink and tingle and my heart rate races. I get to the brink of full orgasm but cannot bring it over the edge. The task of reaching down to wiggle the SGX is tiring and I end up running out of gas.

This "brink" feels extremely pleasurable and very exciting. I need to get over the threshold.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks all.

    Hi TeeJay,

I don't want to sound discouraging, but my opinion is that even if you get over the edge once or twice by manually manipulating the device, it's not likely to help you achieve the kind of results the aneros is capable of providing, i.e. effortless, mutiple orgasms.

To achieve the Super-O, or similiar orgasmic states over and over again without effort, you simply must allow your body to do it for you. I'm not saying "do nothing," but I am saying you need to learn to let go (In this case, literally. Holding on to that handle is preventing your body from using the aneros properly).

When it comes to the aneros, let your body control the device. All *you* should worry about is becoming aroused. If you become fully erect and aroused, that's the first step towards helping your body use the device to give you pleasure.

A common issue with new Viagra users is that they try it and then go back to their doctor and say "it's not working." And the first thing their doctor asks is "did you do anything to help yourself feel turned on?" And their answer is usually "no." Viagra doesn't arouse you and make you erect, it helps you become erect when you are aroused.

Same thing with the aneros. Rather than an "instant orgasm device," think of it as a "pleasure amplifier," which helps to (dramatically) build and expand on the pleasure you already feel. If you're not excited about using it, or by some external souce (a partner, an erotic film, etc), then it's not likely to do much for you.

So my advice is, take your time becoming fully erect and aroused before you start "doing" anything. And of course, I highly recommend the Helix as the best model for beginners.

    Hope this helps,

    Pan

Agree 100% with Pan. Let your body do whatever it wants, don't do anything active with the Aneros. The Aneros is about submissive passive pleasure. You're an observer, along for the pleasure ride! :)

Yea, I see what you mean. I tried the "do nothing" technique again and really did do nothing. I began to see the results described (involuntaries, etc.).

I now know what I have to work on.

GOT IT! Now I know exactly how to do it. It takes a bit though (2 hrs). I have to refine my technique to reduce the time.

Now I know what they were talking about when they said that you have to learn to work the feelings and go with them.

Congratulations, Teejay! I've had mine (MGX) for almost a year and I can't stress enough how much practicing your technique helps. It used to take me several hours to reach a full blown body orgasm, but now it can happen as quickly as 10 minutes into it. The technique that works best for me is lying on my right side with my left knee pulled all the way up to my chest. The stretching of my thigh muscles seems to make the orgasm more intense for some reason. Also, I think that position keeps your butt apart slightly which helps the stimulator move more easily. And absolutely use lots of lube!

The only position that works for me so far is on my back. I've tried the side positions with little results. The main problem I have now is with comfort.

I've found that "doing nothing" is harder than "doing something". That is, the "do nothing" method tends to result in fatigue from prolonged stationary non-movement. I always have to move to adjust my position. It then seems that I have to start all over again.

I am looking for a position that I can maintain for a prolonged period of time without fatigue.

I start to get results after about 20 min. After I have relaxed and allowed the urge to clench go away, I get light involuntaries, prostate sensations etc. One thing I never get is an erection. Just the opposite. My penis remains in an almost "turtle" state. (Like after swimming).

On this forum I've read of those that experience wicked hard erections. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong of if I'm just not as close as I think I am.

I'm at the point now when I can get right to the edge. I just can't bring it over. I get the feeling of an orgasm approaching and some great sensations from deep within, but no release.

I'm waiting for my Helix to arrive. Maybe that will do it.

    Hi Teejay,

This is Matt. My "Do Nothing Technique" works for me, only when I use it inconjuction with going to bed at night. I sleep on my back and awake , EVERY TIME in the midst of a Super O. For me, my modified MGX works best. The Helix is designed to be more mobile .......... but my "Do Nothing Technique" is based upon CONSTANT, DEEP pressure on the G spot. Because of this, it usually takes about 2 hours after I go to sleep, before I wake up in the Super O. As far as I know, when I am asleep, except for involuntaries taking place .... I do NOTHING. Once awake .... I do work with the Super O. This can go on for hours !!! I have a 100% success rate with this.

    Hope this helps,

    Matt
