No fellatio, I rubbed/pinched my nipples just a little from time to time and it may or may not have helped, i think it helped a little, but it wasn't much stimulation. Techpump, when I had 26 or thereabouts I could have gone on. When you get in the groove, they just keep coming, or cumming.
