    I have been using aneros helix for more than one year now.

    I can reach dry orgasms but only for 15 min (40 min in total including breathing exercices, squeezing and then involontary contractions). I see many of aneros users can hold for one hour, even one hour and an half. On my side the fatigue comes 15 min after the involontary contractions started, which considerably limit the period of pleasure... I get too tired to keep on squeezing my muscles and must end the session.

    How do you do to hold that much long ? How do you deal to face the fatigue ? Any tips ?

    @cedamain --- What time of day of you typically have your sessions? Most of mine are after I've had a good nights rest, rather than in the evening after a days work.

    Morning sessions may not be convenient due to the need to get ready for the day. If that's the case, and morning sessions are not an option, then I would recommend you be happy with the time you do spend, and get your rest as needed!

    Nothing kills my sessions more than being tired!

    I hesitate to comment here except to say that if you really are feeling fatigue after just forty minutes into a session, it sounds as if your physical input is too strenuous.

    As @Theme_Gasm has suggested, if you are doing your sessions at bedtime, it might be worth trying mornings instead. I must admit that after going to bed, my body is usually ready for sleep, so night-time sessions don't work terribly well of me.

    We don't know how long you have been on the journey, but you may also find that as you become more used to the routine, it may become more easy to do. Really, this should be a form of relaxation.

    IMO. Your problem is your intentional contractions. My first Aneros session was with a Progasm Classic, and lasted about two hours, therefore I find it interesting that a Helix is wearing you out. Keep up those intentional contractions, and your ass is going to burst into flames.

    I'm still at just the beginning stages, but morning sessions have always been best for me, which I learned even from my pre-Aneros years.  My schedule has settled into going to sleep at 9 pm and waking up at 4 am ready for a good two hours of action while everyone else is still asleep.  I do check in the morning whether to give priority to my wife or instead go off by myself.  Be sure to get yourself physically tired enough during the day via physical work or workouts, not just the usual mental desk work and stress wearing down your mind and emotions, then falling asleep early will be easier.
