    The craving has started. A couple of sessions a day that last 30 to 40 minutes with maybe a day in between
    It feels pretty dam awesome, I find myself holding my breath and tensing up just before the body response kicks in which limits the heights I can get to. Helix moves about in wild ways
    Tried to focus and consciously relax but it happens anyway, guess its what you call a mini O.

    So I've read that the craving is only for a period and then settles down.... is this true ?
     and should I let the tensing up happen or try to control it somehow and if so how...tried everything I can think of

    or is it just more patience required
