money charged but order not registered
  • I placed an order for the MGX starter kit, but for some reason I got an error message upon confirming the purchase, and I was redirected back to an earlier point in the transaction pages. I attempted again 2 more times unsuccesfully. However, upon checking my bank account I found that I had been charged for the cost of the product no less than 3 times, for the total sum of 240 US dollars, and the purchase is still not registered on my web site account. Now, what the hell do I do.

    This forum is dedicated to discussions of the use of Aneros products and the Male Multiple Orgasm.  Aneros customer service does not routinely monitor these pages.   For customer service issues I would direct you to the following link  contact which will provide you with several ways to get in touch with the manufacturer.  I'm sure that they will resolve this situation to your satisfaction.   While email is good for back up I would try and speak with someone by phone if at all possible.
